Kevin and Kelly happen upon each other at the grave of their son. Kevin admits that he comes often to visit his son. Kelly cant stop thinking about Blair coming home to her children. Kevin admits that he is worried about Blair also and has told Todd about Asa. Kelly blames herself for what happened between them, she thinks that she shouldve never gotten involved with Paul. Kevin doesnt blame her, but says that Paul was a horrible person. Kelly comes right out and asks Kevin if he killed Paul. Kevin, shocked at the question, denies it. They agree to start over with each other.
John is at the scene where Julies accident occurred. He orders all sorts of reports to be filed. An officer thinks that it is just an accident. John thinks its more than that.
Bo, Van, Nora and Dan conclude that the letter found in Jens printer could NOT have been printed from that computer, due to inkblots on certain letters. Van is excited and goes to tell Jen. Dan, whos a little irritated, wants the case closed ASAP. Bo tells him to relax because they still need a credible suspect. Dan tells him to start doing a little better at his job, and then walks out. Nora starts to follow but Bo pulls her back. Bo wants Nora to use their relationship to make Dan back off.
Mike pays a visit to John to tell him that Julie was neither drunk nor on drugs when her car was smashed up. John admits that hes totally confused with this case so far. Mike tells him to just calm down and begins to show him pictures of his party. John admits that his birthday wasnt that bad. Mike gives kudos to Nat for throwing the party. Mike decides that he wants to tell Marcie about Julie before she hears about it from the news. As Mike leaves, Bo shows up and wants Johns advice on Pauls case. John tells Bo to forget everything he knows about the case and start over. Bo will give it a shot. He leaves, John resumes looking at pictures from the car accident.
Marcie brings Jen and Riley a housewarming gift. They chat about the case; Marcie believes that Jen is innocent. Van knocks on the door and is invited inside to bring the good news to Jen that she is clear, for now. Jen is excited, as is Marcie. Riley thinks that Rex is setting Jen up so he can come to her rescue. Marcie, who has a known disdain for Rex, defends him by saying that Rex would never set Jen up.
Dan tells Nora that his promotion has moved up; he might get it by the end of next month. Nora is happy and excited for Dan. Rex sneaks in and tries to hide the files and slip out unseen. Bo catches him and asks what hes doing. As Bo is taking Rex into his office he overhears Nora accept Dans proposal to move the wedding date up. Nora gets Dan to back off of Bo and let him do his job.
Nat finds Roxy and Rex drinking. Nat takes Rex aside and tells him to return the files to Bo immediately. Rex promises that he will. Roxy, being nosy, wants to know whats going on. Nat tells her to never mind and expects Roxy to tell John that the party was her idea. Roxy thinks that Nat still wants John. Nat tells Roxy that John is with Van and she and John are only friends.
Van meets Nora at a shop to try on wedding dresses. There, Nora asks Van to be her Maid of Honor. Van, who is taken aback by the question, graciously accepts. Nora goes to try on dresses. Van checks out the store and holds a dress up to her. Nat and Roxy, who decided to go on a shopping spree, enter the store and see Van with the wedding dress. Nat takes off and Roxy follows. Nora comes back out and thinks the dress she has on is hideous. Van agrees and goes with her to help her find a dress.
Riley, Jen and Marcie run into Dan. Dan expresses his apology to Jen and wishes them both good luck with their new apartment. Riley thanks his father. Dan leaves. Jen thanks Riley for not bringing up Rexs name. Marcie just remembered that she wants Jen and Rileys signature for a fundraiser she is doing in honor of Hudson. They agree and Marcie only has to get Julie to sign the paper. Mike shows up to tell them that Julie was in an accident and has died. Jen turns to Riley for comfort. Marcie, teary-eyed, tells Mike that this cant be happening.
