One Life to Live Recap for Monday, January 10, 2005

Cris is getting ready for his first gallery showing, he doesn’t seem too enthusiastic about it. Lindsay, seeing that there is something wrong, asks Cris if he is ok. Cris tells her that he is fine, as people start to arrive.

John tries to get Nat to understand that she is in danger. Nat thinks that Cris will be the man he was when he left in time. Van agrees with Nat saying that John is just trying to break up Nat and Cris’ marriage. John tries to convince Nat that he is only looking out for her well-being and he really thinks that Cris poses a danger to her. Van and Nat are on the same side about this and both think that John is way out of line. Nat storms off. Van tells John to back off from Nat. John promises that he won’t say “I told you so” when Nat turns up in the morgue. Van takes off.

Jess thinks that Antonio is the one who trashed her room. Antonio says that he isn’t capable of that because he still loves her. Jess tells him that her car was also vandalized and she believes that someone has been following her. Antonio wants to call the cops. Jess tells him not to, she’ll look through her things and then call Bo herself. Antonio leaves to go to Cris’ gallery opening.

Blair goes to see Bo and begs him to look into Mrs. Bigelow’s death as being a murder, not a suicide. Bo sends over 2 detectives to investigate. Blair then begs Bo to put an APB out on Todd. Bo admits that he’s doing everything that he can and can’t put out an APB. Blair tries to get Todd to see that she is somehow connected to Todd and feels that he is still alive and was kidnapped. Dan comes in and demands information on why Bo sent over detectives to investigate Mrs. Bigelow’s death. Bo tells Dan that Mrs. Bigelow knew information about the whereabouts of Todd. Dan thinks Bo is wasting his time as he storms out of Bo’s office. Bo calls to put a statewide APB out on Todd. Blair thanks him and leaves. Bo calls Paige to set up a dinner date at Capricorn. At the same time, Dan is setting up a dinner date with Nora at Capricorn.

Dorian and David are at Capricorn. Dorian just returned from Pine Valley and says that Adam Chandler pressured her for information on the whereabouts of Ace. David missed her. Dorian can’t wait to keep Kevin away from Kelly and settle old scores with Viki. Viki overhears and wants to settle everything right now. After a few heated words are exchanged, Viki storms off. Gov. Brooks stops Viki and wants to continue a relationship with her. Viki sternly tells Gov. Brooks that she has no desire to have any relationship with him what so ever. Blair calls David and asks to meet him. Dorian asks David to talk to Blair about not holding onto the hope that Todd will return. David reluctantly goes to meet Blair. Gov. Brooks comes over to Dorian and tells her that it’s very hard to tell Viki that he doesn’t want a relationship with her. Dorian laughs.

Jess and Nat show up at the gallery. Nat tells Jess about what John said. Jess doesn’t know what to say. Cris comes over and tells Nat that he sold his first painting. Nat is happy for him. Viki enters in time to hear the good news. Jess and Viki give Nat and Cris a few minutes alone. Cris tells Nat that she’s always been his inspiration and he loves her. Nat and Cris give each other a hug. Jess tells Viki about her room being trashed. Viki asks if she called the police. Jess didn’t call the police because she thinks that Cris is the one who trashed her room.

John arrives at the police station and is aggravated about the lab not processing the latex glove. Bo can see that John is upset and asks if he’s ok. John admits that he was defeated by 2 females in Angel Square. Bo laughs and goes to call the lab. Antonio shows up to tell John about Jess’ car and room. John wants to put police protection on Jess. Antonio tells him that he can’t do that as Antonio vows to protect Jess no matter what.

Van shows up at the gallery and spots Cris. Cris was just bombarded by questions from people and is a little stressed out. Van tells him that she knows a good doctor for him. Cris grabs her arm and tells her that he doesn’t need a doctor and wishes that everyone would leave him alone. Meanwhile, Antonio has arrived and is talking with Jess. They both witness Cris storming out. Jess admits that she thinks Cris trashed her room. Antonio follows Cris into the elevator and asks him what’s wrong.

Van shows up to see John. John asks what she wants. Van admits that she was wrong about Cris and believes that he can hurt Nat.
