One Life to Live Recap for the Week of January 9 - January 13, 2006

Tess doesn’t believe that Nash has an order out against him, but Nash confirms it. Antonio leaves the room to give them their privacy, Nash refuses to tell Tess why he had a restraining order against him. Antonio comes back in the room and tries to get Jess out, Tess stays strong and wants Antonio to take her back to Viki’s house. Mike is sitting with Kevin, explaining that they are trying to figure out how Kevin got the virus. Spencer reveals that a side effect could make Kevin sterile. Mike thinks Spencer crossed the line by telling Kevin of the side effects, Spencer – in his smugness – thanks Mike for disagreeing with him. Duke goes to visit Kevin, wherein Kevin asks if he has romantic feelings for Kelly. Duke assures Kevin that they are friends, that’s all. Bo and Paige have a fight over whether or not to tell Spencer about his son. Paige doesn’t want Spencer to know and tells him to forget about helping her. Spencer sees them fighting and asks Paige what happened, Paige wonder why Spencer is always lurking around the corner spying on her. Spencer leaves for an appointment. Mike goes to see Paige about Spencer’s actions regarding Kevin. John sees Starr at the police station and asks why she’s there. Starr says she’s there waiting for news on her father. John explains that the trial just started and there probably won’t be any new anytime soon. Nat sees John dealing with Starr and is impressed with the way he handled it. Nat takes Starr downstairs to get some hot chocolate. Bo storms into the station and calls John into his office. Bo read Dr. Crosby’s report and takes John’s gun and badge away. John promises to go back to Dr. Crosby and not freak out, and seek help. Bo returns John’s badge and gun. John runs into Nat and tells her that Cris told him about the divorce, John wants to know if Nat wanted a divorce so they could be together. Hugh starts to questions witnesses. One places Todd at the scene of the crime, the other claims he washed and detailed Todd’s car the day after the murder, Denton confesses that Todd asked him to create an alibi by doctoring the tapes. Hugh calls Viki to the stand. Viki tells the court that Todd isn’t perfect but there is no way he could’ve killed a baby. Hugh asks if Todd ever said he “took care of Margaret,” to which Viki responds “yes.” Van starts to question Viki, asking about her DID. In the end, Van was trying to discredit Viki. Viki walks out of the courtroom, Spencer is called as a witness. . .

Nat explains that she divorced Cris because she hates him, it has nothing to do with her nonexistent feelings for John. Viki returns to the courtroom, Dorian wishes Todd luck but Viki thinks she is mocking Todd. Hugh asks Spencer about the night Todd arrived at the hospital, Spencer admits that Todd said Margaret stabbed him, was pregnant and he was going to kill her. Van discredits the testimony by proving Todd was delirious. The judge calls for a recess. Asa is staring at a photograph of a lady. Clint and Bo visit Asa, who is acting very strange and talking cryptically. Asa tells his sons to watch their backs and be careful. Dorian shows up at Asa’s house looking for Clint, Bo heads back to the office and Dorian asks Clint out on a date. Asa takes Clint aside and tells him to take Dorian – only to find out if she can be trusted. Clint agrees to go on a date with Dorian. Bo arrives at his office to find Matt there, Matt thinks that Nora is going to wake up because she was moving her hand as he was telling her about his science project. John overhears Bo reassuring Matt that Nora will wake up when she’s ready, Matt reveals that he is scared something will happen to Bo, Bo promises to be extra careful. John interrupts them and apologizes for his recent actions and truly wants to see Dr. Crosby to mentally get better. Todd thinks that Blair is beginning to doubt his innocence, Blair assures him that she still believes he is innocent. Van approaches Viki to apologize for what she did, Viki understands why Van brought up her DID and hopes it helps Todd. Van sees Blair and Todd fighting, Van tells Blair to go with Todd to the cell. Viki meets Nat for lunch and they talk about what their family is going thru. Viki tells Nat that Van brought up Niki, Nat thinks that Van crossed the line y doing so. Viki sees Clint and Dorian entering the restaurant arm-in-arm. David meets with Paige to discuss her son, Paige reveals that Bo is helping her find her son. Spencer interrupts them, Paige gets paged to the hospital. Spencer tells David that he has to break into Asa’s house to steal back a photograph that Spencer gave Asa on New Years Eve. Spencer offers to tell David about his vendetta against the Buchanan’s but David doesn’t want to hear it. David breaks into Asa’s mansion and steals the picture – only to discover that the picture is of someone he knows.
