REFLECTIONS BY JILL for December 11, 2006

From Jill Berry, for About.com

And when, if ever, are things going to be normal for Starr? Now she has to deal with the fact that Cole’s mother was responsible for Spencer getting a mistrial. There was enough trouble between Starr and Cole without adding that to the mix. It’s a wonderful thing that Starr has her Aunt Viki to turn to. Viki always takes care of her and gets her to see things in a way she can live with. It’s sad to see Starr finally being grown up enough to realize what her father did to Marty and now she feels like she doesn’t know how to relate to him. Viki seemed to have made things right when she told her to just tell her dad that she loves him and that it would mean so much to him.

In conclusion, it seems like everyone in Llanview has already made a point of saying that they would like to kill Spencer (or stop him, which is the same thing on soaps). The list keeps growing so that if and when someone knocks Spencer off, the list of suspects will be endless, including the likes of Natalie, Michael, Todd, Blair, Starr, and Paige. I could go on, but you get my drift. But actually, at this point, I think Blair would rather kill Marty than Spencer, so maybe Blair will do double duty if the necessity arises. At any rate, November sweeps were pretty good. I can’t say I was disappointed.

See ya next week.
