REFLECTIONS BY JILL for December 11, 2006

I guess Jessica’s past as Tess is coming back to haunt her once again. I hated when that sleazy guy kept annoying her and wouldn’t take no for an answer and I thought he was really brazen to trail her to the winery when Nash and Antonio were inside and grab her the minute she walked out. The to top it off Jess has to deal with the other guy that Tess had a go ‘round with. It’s sad for Jessica that she has to deal with the thought of all the men Tess was involved with when she was in control and it’s worse for Jessica now since she is aware of Tess’s experiences and feelings. It must be hard for Jessica to face what Tess did with her body.

Well Blair finally scored some points with Todd when she talked to Jack and got him to realize that Spencer was the bad guy and that his dad really was the one he should be close to. It’s not often we get to see Todd in a vulnerable moment, but he certainly was overjoyed to have his son back and not terrified of him any more. And now we have a new Jack. He’s a cutie.

And Blair is going to be pregnant. Well, MAJOR LEAGUE SURPRISE! Blair has herself in a pickle once again! Do we need another “who’s the daddy” storyline? I would be the baby is Todd’s, but if it turns out to be Spencer’s I will just spit.

Weren’t Bo and Matthew the cutest? Matthew is turning into a great little man and it was adorable the way he brought his dad dinner and even when his dad told him things were going well, Matthew wasted no time telling him that things would be so much better if he had a wife to share his life with. I enjoy watching Bo’s face when Matthew drops these little bombs on him and I love waiting for what Bo is going to say in reaction. He never disappoints. Maybe Paige can be a part of their lives after all.

Are you finding Adriana and Rex just a bit boring these days? I sure am. It just seems like their relationship is in that “not going anywhere” stage. It’s nice that Adriana is trying to get her own business off the ground, but is she that naïve that she doesn’t realize that Dorian just might be behind that designer wanting to have an appointment to talk business with her? And now Dorian has caught Rex coming out of the record room with the papers on Tommy. She doesn’t know what he has, but it sure is enough that she knows he was up to something illegal and Adriana was helping him. Dorian never has to wait long to find leverage on people to get what she wants.

And Dorian is so proud of herself. She made sure she told Clint she was doing everything she could to make things right with Adriana. She needn’t worry. Clint doesn’t seem to hold a grudge for very long where Dorian is concerned. That was very evident in the courtroom at Spencer’s trial when Viki snuck by Dorian to sit with Clint, knowing she made Dorian mad and jealous. Viki was hysterically funny when she told Clint she totally enjoyed making Dorian jealous and Clint said, “Now Viki, I would think that would be beneath you” and Viki just chuckled, looked at him and said, “Oh no, you overestimate me.” I love it when we see that little devil in Viki come out and have a little fun at Dorian’s expense and Clint showed his true colors when he admitted that somehow, no matter what Dorian did, he still cared about her. Ah Clint, you are hopeless! And you are a perfect victim for Dorian because you are a man who loves the attention more than his principles where that woman is concerned.
