Now we know that Ross Rayburn is behind Tea’s problems. Elijah is working for Ross and continues to torment Tea by threatening to reveal her secret if she doesn’t give Ross what he wants. So far, I don’t know what he wants but Tea is desperate to keep her secret while at the same time, she doesn’t want to knuckle under and be pushed around by Ross and Elijah. She even gets to speak to Ross on the phone, which leads her to realize that he won’t back down. It was pretty evident that Tea was desperate when she cried her eyes out and begged Elijah to stop the blackmail and even offered to pay him a lot more money than Ross is paying him. (It’s pretty funny that Tea was upset about being blackmailed since her tactics are often just as nasty.) Her plea fell on deaf ears and Tea figured she had no choice but to confront Ross so she packed up to leave for Tahiti with her suitcase and that briefcase (which probably holds what Ross wants from her). Unfortunately, she runs into Todd as she is leaving the house and Todd has just come from a session with Marty, which miraculously convinced him that he needs to move forward and admit his feelings so he can put Blair behind him and be with Tea. Oh, give me a break! Obviously Marty was torn about giving Todd that session, but she probably got as much out of it about moving on as he thinks he did.
So, Todd sees that Tea is leaving with luggage and she tells him she has to go away on business. Somehow, Todd feels like she won’t be coming back and he gets desperate for her to stay. She tells him she has to go but of course she will be back, but Todd, as usual, doesn’t take no for an answer. He doesn’t care what Tea says, he only knows what he wants and what he wants is for her to be with him and move forward now that he has finally figured out what he wants and that he loves her. Give me a break! Tea keeps saying she has to go and Todd gets angry that he can’t get his way so he pulls out all the stops and tells Tea that he loves her. Honestly, I don’t care if he does really believe he loves Tea; he just didn’t want her to leave when he finally thinks he’s ready to be with her. As usual, what Todd wants is all that matters. But, I’m sorry to say, Tea was so moved by Todd’s words that she finally let him convince her to stay and fell into his arms. Again, Todd gets what he wants, regardless of what anyone else needs. So, Tea has a hot night with Todd (ewww) and in the morning he finds out that he won in court and no longer has to live with Blair. Tea figures he’ll move back home so she plans to go back to The Palace when Todd shocks her by asking her to marry him.
Will Tea be sorry she didn’t go after Ross? Blair is hot on the trail to Tahiti and she does find Ross pretty quickly. She confronts him and wants to know Tea’s secret and she tells him she won’t let the authorities know where he is if he tells her Tea’s secret. (Way back when, Ross tried to kidnap Blair’s kids and hasn’t been back in the U.S.) Blair and Ross will be teaming up and that can’t be a good thing for Tea. And surprise, surprise; Ross tells Blair that he and Tea are married.
And we can’t forget Stacy this week, can we? She is down to her last chance to get pregnant and she heads for Schuyler’s apartment, armed with a drug that should get him to give her what she wants. She drugs his iced tea and gets him into bed with her, but before they can do the deed, Schuyler realizes that she is not Gigi and he can’t go through with it. Stacy leaves and is very dejected when she gets home to Kimmy and has to tell her she didn’t sleep with Schuyler. Stacy starts to realize that she has exhausted all her options and finally decides to tell Rex and Gigi the truth about losing the baby. Kimmy insists on going with her to see them and when they get to Gigi’s place, they do not get a warm welcome (big surprise) and right after Kimmy calls Gigi a bitch, Shane comes home and really lets Stacy have it for everything she’s done to his family. Kimmy goes off on Shane and the heat level rises to the point where Stacy doesn’t get a chance to tell them she is no longer pregnant because Kimmy gets her out of there, telling them that she’s pregnant and needs her rest. Stacy just tells them that she found another doctor so she’d let Rex know when her appointment is. Obviously, she needs time to figure things out and she can’t take Rex to a doctor’s appointment. So, that was Stacy’s chance to come clean and she didn’t get to do it. I’m not surprise.
Later on, Stacy winds up at the bar and is throwing back tequila shots when Fish walks into the bar after his confrontation with Layla and he is also determined to drown his sorrows. And just as Stacy is about to give up hope of getting pregnant, she overhears Kyle and Fish fighting about the gay issue, takes a drunk Fish home with her and does get him to have sex with her. Have you had enough yet?
