And let’s talk about John for a minute. I am impressed with one thing about him these days. Knowing he has a temper like a firecracker (or more like a Molotov cocktail), I thought he showed incredible restraint when he confronted Spencer and Spencer just stood there goading him, listing all the crimes he says the cops think he committed. It must have taken all the restraint John had to keep from knocking Spencer’s teeth right down his throat.

Talk about bad timing! Did you just want to scream when Clint and Kevin were at the bar, trying to get Lenny the Forger to admit that he forged Bo’s signature on those morgue documents and Roxy showed up and blew their act right out of the water? Roxy never has a clue what she’s walking into and witnessing, but she does it every time. I thought those Buchanan boys showed a lot of restraint and kindness by not trying to wring her neck. But hey, it’s Roxy, and Bo certainly didn’t hold it against her. But now, of course, old Lenny the Forger has alerted Spencer that the cops have figured out who he is. I really thought Spencer was going to send Lenny on to his next life when he told him he had to disappear for good. Let’s hope the cops can get to Lenny before he gets away on that boat Spencer has him shipping out on.

And Blair…what can I say? I’m surprised it took Spencer this long to figure out what she’s up to. She hasn’t exactly been discreet in her quest to get the goods on the creep. He’s probably been setting her up for a long time, proposing marriage, wanting to build a new home for her and the kids. He probably just wanted to see her reaction when he tried to pin her down to a real commitment. And he probably didn’t even believe that page from the hospital when she got him out of the room so she could search it. Of course, he popped in right at the moment she was rummaging through his drawers, literally.

I’m enjoying seeing David working with the cops. I’m surprised he hasn’t had some kind of allergic reaction yet. David and cops; what a combo. Every time David puts on his thinking cap he remembers something else about the night Thomas McBain was killed. This time he remembered that there were two guns that were a matched set. Maybe Dr. Jameson should give Jessica a break and put David under hypnosis. Who knows what else he’ll come up with? And now that Paige wants to try to make amends to John by helping him get Spencer, hopefully Spencer’s reign of terror will soon be over. Hey, I can dream, can’t I?

And speaking of Jessica, I am really getting tired of having to watch her calm Antonio down every time he gets it in his head to destroy Nash, which is all the time. It’s so obvious that Jessica is developing feelings for Nash, especially when Antonio does things like calling Nash “a low-life, murdering scum” and Jess doesn’t even have to say a word in response to that comment. She just gives Antonio “the look” and her disapproval is obvious. How many times do we have to listen to Antonio complain about not wanting Nash to be a part of their lives, only to have Jessica argue that she won’t cut Nash out of their lives since he is Brennan’s father and he loves her so much. Nash didn’t score any points for himself in Antonio’s eyes when he ran off with Jess and the baby, so it’s hard for Antonio to accept that Jessica defends Nash all the time. Nevertheless, Jessica seems to be handling things pretty well and unfortunately for Antonio, she doesn’t share his need for revenge and retribution.
