And there we have Dorian, at home drinking champagne, trying to make herself believe that she accomplished some great feat and won some very delicious revenge. She is definitely off the wall, lining up her Cramer girls and unveiling her new company, C.E. (Cramer Enterprises). She was shocked that her family refused to jump on the bandwagon and when Blair said, “Nobody wants to profit from a takeover that resulted in a man’s death” Dorian just stood there and denied that she had any responsibility for Nash’s death. I thought Addie’s line was priceless when Dorian said that their name would be famous and Addie said, “Yes, like Manson or Capone.” Adriana is through with Dorian now, too, so it’s just a matter of time before Dorian realizes that she only has her new company to keep her warm and from what I hear, once the summer is over, Clint and Bo will get B.E. back.

Then we have Charlie. I can’t wait until Viki finds out what Dorian did to him. That’s all Viki needed, getting called to rescue Charlie from that alley. It didn’t seem at all excessive to Dorian when she kidnapped Charlie, got him drunk, dumped him in an alley and washed her hands of him. Hey, she needed to keep him quiet until she could expose the truth at the board meeting and why should a little thing alcohol poisoning mean anything to her? Viki already knows about Dorian’s actions at the meeting. Now she overhears Jared calling Charlie “dad.” Will the surprises never end? When the dust settles and Viki has to deal with Dorian, I wouldn’t want to be in Dorian’s shoes. After all, what will come to Viki’s mind first is that Dorian is already responsible for the death of someone in her family. We all remember that Dorian was driving that car out on the road to Crossroads years ago when she hit Jessica, killed Jessica’s baby, Megan, and drove away, never to tell the truth until she was cornered in court. In one, sweeping little speech at that board meeting, Dorian ruined so many lives that I can’t even count them.

And what can we say about Jared? Whether you consider it an accident or not, Jared did not belong in that group with Natalie’s family waiting outside Nash’s room. It took Bo telling him he should leave for him to do so. Now Jared has to deal with what happened to Charlie and he finally broke down with Charlie, talking about how he just wanted to be a part of a real family and now he’s ruined everything and blames himself for what happened to Charlie and Nash. The difference is that Nash was an innocent bystander to this scam and Charlie was a willing participant.

Natalie is certainly going to pay for keeping Jared’s secret. This was certainly not the time for her family to find out that Jared wasn’t a Buchanan AND that Natalie knew it and was carrying on a romantic relationship with him. Her family is justifiably disgusted and who can blame them? Jessica really blasted Natalie when she came to her room to talk to her and who could blame Jessica? Did Natalie really think she could try to explain what happened? Did she really think she could get away with AGAIN telling Jessica that it was an accident? That was so inappropriate. All Jessica needed was for Natalie to ask what she could do to make things right (as if there was anything) and Jessica went off on her. What a speech. I couldn’t blame Jessica when she said, “You can go downstairs and tell my daughter why her daddy isn’t coming home. I hope it was worth it, the sex with Jared. Was it worth letting him steal from and lie to our family and was it worth killing Nash?” I know that Natalie is distraught over what happened, but she was pretty stupid to say, “It’s not like that, Jess. I love him.” Actually, she deserved that big slap from Jessica and I couldn’t blame Jessica when she said, “You are a disgusting and hateful person and if you love him then I want nothing to do with you.” Natalie didn’t get any sympathy from Viki when she went downstairs and Viki said, “You have to understand that the choices you and Jared made hurt so many people.” Very true. I couldn’t believe that Natalie couldn’t give it a rest and asked Viki to just talk to Charlie. Is she kidding? As Viki said, her only priority now is Jessica and Bree. HELLO NATALIE! A LOVED ONE HAS DIED! I really like Natalie, but her worries about Jared and her love for him pale in comparison to what everyone else is going through.

What is going to happen to Nigel now that the family is going to find out that he has known the truth all along and was the one who helped Jared perpetuate the scam?

At the hospital, I thought it was totally wrong for Natalie and Jared to go in to see Nash together. I thought it was really out of line when she stood over Nash’s bed and told him she’d take care of Jess and Bree, as if that’s what he would want to hear after what she did. To me, the most appalling thing was Jared standing over Nash’s deathbed and saying, “You’re what my dad always called a real gentleman and I hope someday I can be like you.” Was he kidding? It would have been a blessing if Nash were unconscious so he couldn’t hear that garbage.
