FAN FEEDBACK AND QUESTIONS

Madelyn writes: “Ok, is it just me or has everyone noticed this about Todd. For years and years he had a problem with sex and NOW after he slept with Marty he is now a sex machine with Tea, which is disturbing, but funny. Stacy and Lola are little tramps, but every soap opera needs at least one tramp in the storyline. It's also great to see RJ back. I wonder if he is going to visit Lindsay in jail. I am truly upset with the killing off of Talia since I always liked her character. Antonio can never get a break with his relationships.”

Dear Madelyn: LOL, yes, Todd is a real sex machine. Somehow that always makes it hard for me to digest my dinner when I’m watching the show after work. Lets not forget that he has had no trouble having sex with Blair for the past several years either, so as usual, the writers are altering history to suite the storyline instead of being true to the character. And although TPTB want us to believe that Todd now has a thing for Tea again, I think it is just one more way of Todd being a control freak. He knows that Tea can’t stand in the same room with him without wanting to rip her clothes off (ewww!) and he uses that every chance he gets. The fact that he gets to enjoy the sex is an added bonus for him. You say that Stacy and Lola are little tramps. I say they are BIG TRAMPS, especially Stacy. I love the fact that her old boss from Vegas came after her to retrieve the money he stole from her. Like Todd, I will never feel sorry for whatever consequences this character suffers. I also love having RJ back in town. As far as visiting Lindsay goes, maybe he’ll say he visited her and we won’t actually see it. Who knows? They were always close. I agree with you about Talia. They could have done better by her than have her pine over a guy who didn’t notice her for a long time and then kill her off once she finally got him to love her.

Myra writes: “I have been watching OLTL for 10 years, but I do not recall a character by the name of Powell Lord. Who is Powell Lord that everyone seems to be talking about being the serial killer? Thanks so much for the answer.”

Dear Myra: Ten years of watching wouldn’t be enough to know who the heck Powell Lord is. There was a time when I wasn’t watching the show and I barely know who he is but I did look it up and found that Victor Lord (Viki’s father) had a brother named Powell. The Powell we are seeing now is his son, which makes him Viki’s and Todd’s cousin. It seems that Rebecca Lewis (who is posing as Marty) was involved with Powell but also had a thing for Todd. What DO women see in Todd once they get past the handsome face?

Janet writes: “People are disgusted over the Shane story and I get that but what about Starr's Baby story? Aren't people sick of Natalie along with Jared playing god yet again? Jessica will wind up going back to St. Ann's but Starr and Cole deserve to know their baby is alive.”

Dear Janet: As you know by now, the story of what happened to Starr’s baby is about to be told and Natalie and Jared (who even after having a harsh lesson obviously haven’t learned that soap opera secrets come back to bite you in the butt every time) are about to have everything blow up in their faces. They didn’t bargain on Kyle using the lab’s confidential information to blackmail them and they sure didn’t count on Starr getting enough information to want to exhume the baby’s body.
