FAN FEEDBACK AND QUESTIONS

Patty writes: “YEAH!!!!!! Trevor is staying!!!! What else can we fans say? Now that "Vang" is possibly leaving the show, who do you think Todd will wind up with? Blair??????”

Dear Patty: I read something the other day where Dena Higley said that she was going to wind the story around and eventually get Todd and Blair back together. I really can’t see either of them with anyone else. No matter what happens they are always going to be tuned into each other and I would probably call them Soul Mates From Hell but soul mates nonetheless. Even when it looks like they have finally had enough of each other and the hate seems too big to overcome, they always wind up being there for each other. They can’t stand the fact that they need each other, but sadly, it’s true. So the answer is yes; I always think Todd will wind up with Blair.

Judy writes: “I agree with everyone else. I can't believe how they've changed Blair and Evangeline. It's bad enough that Blair has become not only a slut but she’s a drunken slut. And the way Evangeline defends Todd makes my skin crawl. Marty is really getting on my nerves now. If by some chance, God forbid, that Todd actually finds out that Michael & Marcie adopted Tommy, I can just see him throwing a tantrum, about how he is his son & he wants him. And some stupid judge will probably give him to Todd too. I can't wait to see Tate's father. You're right. Tate has turned into an obnoxious egomaniac. I'm so glad Randy Mantooth is on the show now. I wonder if it will be like father like son. What is with this musical at the high school? I can see Kristen in it. She has a beautiful voice but Cole? Did he know he'd have to be able to carry a tune when he came on?”

Dear Judy: I do wish that Blair had enough self esteem to realize that using sex to get what she wants from men is just about the most tacky thing a woman can do. I suppose that bringing up her past this week and reminding us that she grew up basically unloved in foster homes made it easier to remember why she might be the way she is. And you can be sure that Todd is going to find out that Tommy is his son and will fight tooth and nail to get him back from Marcie and Michael. I’m not looking forward to Michael and Marcie being hurt and on top of that, Marcie is going to be furious and so disappointed in Michael for lying to her all this time about Tommy. I don’t like even talking about Tate. He’s about as big a fool as we’ve ever seen drop in to Llanview and I can’t stand him. Sadly, poor Cole does not have a great voice but I have to give him credit for auditioning so that the show would go on and Starr could show off her great talent. I didn’t care much for Brittany’s voice either.

Pearl writes: “You are certainly entitled to your opinion but many, many fans do not agree with you and the Jessica/Nash storyline. Many online fans I communicate with would like to see Nash's contract come to an end and be written out of the picture. We do not feel sorry for him. He is the reason for the change in Jessica's personality. If he had accepted her integration and moved on she could have retained a lot of the old Jessica personality and become a better person for herself. But we feel that he took advantage of her instability and brought out the Tess in her for his benefit and that makes him despicable to us. But then again it also reflects the inept script writers this show has.”

Dear Pearl: I am a big supporter of everyone being entitled to their opinions, so I thank you for respecting mine. I will say that I don’t agree that Nash is the reason for Jessica’s personality change. The man who abused her as a little girl is responsible for that and I don’t think it could have been that easy for Nash to accept Jessica’s integration and move on. Once she was integrated, she put herself in Nash’s orbit as much as he put himself in hers. She couldn’t completely deal with her feelings once she knew and could feel all of the Tess personality and she definitely did a “push him away/pull him back” thing with Nash. There were times when he did try to pull away and she panicked and didn’t want him to. There was that whole dramatic scene a couple of weeks ago where he basically said good-bye and told her to leave and he’d have nothing further to do with her and when she couldn’t bear that she walked out the door weeping and begged him to let her know if he changed his mind. And let’s not forget that Jessica/Tess was pregnant with Bree months before the integration and when she became pregnant it was just Nash and Tess. Nash had no idea that she was anyone else but Tess. If Nash had left her alone, it wouldn’t have stopped the feelings of love she had for him. She was haunted by her feelings for him way before her wedding to Antonio and the more she adjusted to the integration, the more she realized she couldn’t fight her feelings.

Sylvia writes: “I've been trying to find a picture of Vicki when she married Ben. Do you think you can help me out?”

Dear Sylvia: Can I help you out? Do bears poop in the woods? Go to Google and simply search “Viki and Ben’s wedding.” I think it’s about the third link down. There are many pictures from the wedding and you’ll even find the exact wedding vows they spoke to each other. Enjoy!
