From Jill Berry, for About.com

Janet writes: “Please, Please, Please tell me that John and Natalie aren't done for good! I watch this soap primarily for them and I would just be crushed if they never work things out. Please tell me there is good news coming down the road!”

Dear Janet: I sooooo wish I could tell you there was good news down the road. From all that I’ve read and heard, it doesn’t look good for a John/Natalie future. This really sickens me because I have rooted for this couple from the very beginning and I could never understand why they put so many roadblocks in their way, even more than most couples on soaps. Anything could change, but for now I don’t hear good news. I wish I had some.

Mel writes: “I love Evangeline and Todd, but not together. Their friendship is great and if they have an affair, Evangeline will be hurt. I can understand why Todd feels close to Evangeline because she, Starr and Viki were the only ones that believed he was innocent. Blair and Todd deserve each and they will always have a love/hate relationship. I wish they could get back together, raise their kids together, and be truly happy. I hope Evangeline, Blair, Todd and the kids never leave the show. They are my favorite characters. Vincent is okay but bring back RJ sometimes. I hope Todd finds his baby. One last thing I don't like Starr and Cole together.”

Dear Mel: I think it’s a stretch even seeing Evangeline and Todd as friends. Todd claims that he does things for her to make her happy, but he doesn’t do anything unless it serves his own purpose and his selfishness doesn’t fit into any kind of friendship as far as I’m concerned. It’s obvious that he’s still in love with Blair or he wouldn’t care that she slept with Cristian but now he’s too stubborn to admit it and you’re right; he’ll probably hurt Evangeline. I’d give anything to get rid of Vincent and bring back RJ. There is no comparison between the two.
