And it didnt take long for Nash to break his no contact with Jessica rule when she dropped Bree off at the diner with him. One look at Jessica and Nash couldnt let her leave. These two are headed for an intimate encounter very soon. (If you want a peek look at the photos on this site for upcoming scenes for April.) I love Nash and Jess together and I want to see them together. I just wish there was less collateral damage to deal with. That stuff is very painful.
Okay, so far all the airtime weve had to watch with Tate Harmon is wasted airtime as far as Im concerned. His ego is too huge for my screen and his no holds barred play for Adriana is obnoxious. The fact that she might not be immune to the attention is even more annoying to me. I just shook my head during that entire scene when those groupies came up to him at The Palace and he pretended that Adriana was his girlfriend so they would leave him alone. That was bad enough, but laying that big kiss on her was disgusting and even more disgusting was the fact that she didnt smash him for it. Too bad Rex didnt come in a minute sooner and see the whole thing.
And can you tell how seriously Todd has written off Blair? Is that why he ran to the hospital without even hanging up the phone when Dorian called to tell him Blair was shot? Is that why he was so blinded by rage when he found out that Blair and Cristian slept together that he attacked Cristian? Surely he didnt think he could take Cristian in a fistfight, did he? But it never entered his mind to refrain from attacking a professional boxer. Todd can have all the sensitive and gooey encounters with Evangeline that he likes, but when it comes down to it, getting over Blair, if he ever does that, will take a very long time. Hes nowhere near there at this point.
I do have to agree with Todd about one thing. When he told Blair that its obvious that she always has to behave like a whore, he wasnt off base. She has used her body so many times to get what she wants and to soothe her heart that I have to say, If the shoe fits. Blair never stops to think of any other way to deal with her stress or what goes wrong in her life. In that respect, she is not a good example for Starr because all shes ever shown Starr is that turning to a mans bed is the way to deal with everything. Its miraculous that Starr has grown up having a mind of her own and actually being a very decent young lady.
On to Starr and Cole. I think Starr was much better at rebellion and running away when she was a little kid than she is now with years of experience. And Cole is not very sharp leaving that letter to his mother behind. All joking aside, I think its a sorry commentary on Marty, Blair and Todd as parents that their answer to keeping their kids away from each other is for Todd to keep Starr out of school and for Marty to send Cole away to military school. Yeah, that will solve the problem. Starr and Cole would stand a much better chance with Viki and Nora as their parents. And maybe Aunt Viki and Nora would advise her in a sensitive way that it was not a good idea to spend the night with Cole alone in a hotel room.
And it figures that Todd would find Cole and Starr at the bus station before John and Marty can get there. I cant believe Todd put a GPS device in Starrs purse to track her down. That was low. John should lock Todd up at least for assaulting Cole. Todd wanted to charge Cole with kidnapping is just ridiculous.
