From Jill Berry, for About.com

And getting back to Jessica for a minute, she really showed how much of Tess’s personality she has these days when she decided to go back to work and refused Viki’s offer to work at The Banner, then went to Todd at The Sun and asked for a job. When he asked her why she didn’t go to The Banner she just said that The Banner wasn’t her bag anymore. I wonder if she’ll be writing stories for Todd about aliens giving birth to humans, or 90-year old women giving birth to kittens. I’ve always thought it was funny how much pride Todd takes in his newspaper’s lunacy.

Then we have Blair turning in her resignation. It was no surprise that Todd refused to accept it, but Blair wasn’t going to be stopped by that. I think she’s being a bit ridiculous not even giving Todd a chance and not even leaving the door open to consider their relationship in the future. I mean, let’s face it, if Blair saw Todd dating someone tomorrow, she’d have her claws out like a vulture ready to swoop down on her prey.

And Blair was way over the top when she caught Starr and Cole kissing in the coffee house and literally embarrassed everyone around her by screaming and physically dragging Cole to his mother’s office. It only added fuel to Blair’s fire to see that Marty’s new patient is Miles. Blair needs to calm down before they lock her up.

Boy, John sure didn’t waste any time getting back in the saddle at the Police Station. And it only took him about 5 seconds to look at those crime scene pictures of Spencer to realize that someone had tampered with the evidence. Now he knows that Natalie took the evidence to protect him and honestly, he shouldn’t be shocked that she thought he could have killed Spencer at the time. Now we’ll have to see what Bo does about the whole situation. I guess the writers are determined to through roadblocks in front of Natalie and John and it’s getting pretty tedious if you ask me.

And my dear Clint. What can I say? It doesn’t take much for him to be taken in by Dorian’s flirting, does it? She knew just how to get him to warm up to her by showing her the pictures that Kelly sent of Zane and that was a nice touch when she was rubbing his hand while he looked at the pictures. I didn’t see him removing his hand, did you? I laughed when he told her she was a piece of work and she reminds him how intelligent, delightful and charming she is and he reminded her, “and don’t forget beautiful.” Boy, it doesn’t take more than a tiny bit of attention for Clint to start falling all over himself. And it sure didn’t go over too well with Viki when he mentioned to her that her “accident” with the horse (at Dorian’s hand) was just that, an accident.

And I don’t know what’s worse, Dorian sending Lindsay to distract Viki from her date with Clint, or Lindsay actually doing it. Lindsay deserved to feel horrible when she made up that charity event she wanted Viki to help her with and just happened to say it was for Lupus. She deserved to feel guilty and very small about the way she upset Viki and at least she felt bad enough to confess that Dorian put her up to it. Viki shouldn’t forgive either one of them.

Now Viki has to deal with Asa coming to her house and telling her she has to use her feminine wiles to get Clint away from that she-devil, Dorian and to the altar. I’m wondering; does Viki really want to date Clint or is it more that she just gets a kick out of getting in Dorian’s way like Dorian always gets in everybody else’s way to get what she wants? Viki seems to have a lot more fun sticking it to Dorian than actually dating Clint.

On to Jamie’s birthday party. Gee, Evangeline walked in and Cristian said, “You’re late” and I was thinking nobody was even there yet. Cris wasn’t too happy when Evangeline got that call from Todd and wanted to go to him but he let her go without much fuss. But when she didn’t make it back in time for the cake and presents, he didn’t look too happy. Todd is always going to be a bone of contention between these two.

Did you like the Valentine’s Day episode? Personally, I could have easily lived without it, but some of the characters were kind of fun to watch when they were taken out of their element. I especially thought Todd was a riot as the King and Starr did a great job as his young daughter in love with a boy he did not approve of. Rex and Roxy gave me a good laugh, too, but Dorian was the best as the maid, especially when she kept having to toss back that thing she was wearing on her head. The most unrealistic part was Antonio stepping aside so Jessica could be with Nash and not even being mad at them for it. Yeah, like that’s going to happen!

See ya next week.
