'One Life to Live' Recap for Friday, April 9, 2010

Starr can’t believe that Langston would choose Ford over Markko. Starr makes Langston realize that when she ends it with Markko, their circle of friends will never be the same. Langston realizes this, she also realizes that she can’t keep lying to Markko. Meanwhile, Markko runs into Cole and thanks Cole for making him see that he was being paranoid about Langston. Cole is happy to give some good advice for a change. Markko planned a big evening with Langston, hoping to rekindle their lost romance. Markko takes off, Hannah runs into Cole. Cole tells her that Marty is cutting her office hours, but he’ll be glad to talk to Marty if Hannah still wants help, which she does. Markko arrives home, Starr takes off to give Langston and Markko room to talk. Markko tells Langston about the evening he has planned, Langston tells Markko that they need to talk. Starr catches Cole with Hannah, she pulls Cole aside to tell him about Langston and Markko breaking up.

Blair sees Elijah out as John explains to Kelly that he’s got a lead in California that he’s going to check up on today. Todd, making like it’s high school and he’s vying for Kelly’s attention against John, explains that they don’t need his help when they have his P.I.’s on the case. Kelly thanks Todd for the help, but sides with John – thinking that John has less chance of getting arrested should Todd take matters into his own hands. John allows Kelly to join him in California, if she doesn’t get in the way. Kelly goes to pack a bag, John gets the call about Bo’s good news and goes to the hospital. Blair returns to find Todd alone, Todd explains what happened and how he’s going to stop Kelly from going to California with John.

Rex, Natalie, Clint, Jessica and Matthew wait for word on Bo. Brody shows up and sees that Jessica and Natalie are hugging, a good sign of their relationship recovery. Nora rushes out of Bo’s room to get Greg, Greg goes in to examine Bo while Nora explains to everyone that Bo woke up. When Greg returns to the waiting room, he explains that Bo is awake, breathing on his own and is expected to make a full recovery.

Matt goes in to see him first, thanking God that Bo is ok and apologizing for the pain and agony Matt put both him and Nora thru regarding his surgery. When Matt is finished, Rex and Natalie go in to see Bo. Rex, in the same sentence, both thanks and scolds Bo for taking the bullet. Bo explains that he’d take another bullet for Rex, explaining that he thinks of Rex as his son. Clint comes in, Rex and Natalie leave. Natalie can see that Rex is having a tough time accepting that Roxy isn’t his mother, so she tells Rex to go be with Roxy and act like a son to her. Natalie sees Brody, she tells Brody that if he ever wants to get Jessica back he needs to do something and not just wait for it to happen. John shows up, Natalie is excited to see him and hugs him. Clint tells Bo that it’s time they put their differences aside and act like brothers again, Bo is happy to hear Clint say that. Nora comes in to relieve Clint, when Clint is gone, Bo asks Nora to marry him.

Danielle and Destiny put their differences aside and plan on breaking into the hospital to see Matthew. To their surprise, Matt shows up at school and tells them the good news – Bo is going to be ok. Danielle and Destiny both think it was great that they weren’t fighting and plan on never fighting again…until the casting results come in for the musical. Destiny is furious to learn that Danielle got the part of “Starr” and she got the part of “Langston.” However, Destiny doesn’t feel angry for long when she learns that Matt will be playing the part of “Markko.”

Gigi accidentally walked into Schuyler’s hearing, Schuyler asks her to stay while he admits his guilt and is remanding into custody – against both Tea and Roxy’s wishes. Schuyler and Roxy get a minute to talk, Roxy explains that she will always be there for her son. Rex is a little put off when hearing this but tries to understand where Roxy is coming from. Fish and Kyle show up, with Sierra, ready for the custody hearing, they run into Schuyler. Schuyler talks to Sierra Rose, telling her that everything will be ok and that Gigi will take good care of her. Fish begins to doubt his abilities as a father, but Kyle promises to stand by him and help Fish raise the baby. Elijah arrives, ready to take on Tea and win custody for Gigi. Tea is ready to win custody for Fish. The judge enters and the custody battle begins. . .
