Hail to Kale
Who's the man behind Sam Rappaport?
"...the main reason Sam came to town was to help out none other than Todd Manning." |
It will be two years this April, that Llanview got it's first view of sexy lawyer Sam Rappaport. Little did fans know what an important role Sam was going to play in the lives of Nora and Bo, and many other Llanview citizens. In less than two years, Sam has sleep with Nora, had a baby with Nora, proposed to Nora, bought a house with Nora, started a joint law practice with Nora, and at this point has now left Nora. Not to mention Sam's ongoing relationship with his ex-wife Lindsay, brief affair with Blair, finding his brother Ben, and losing his sister Grace. Wait, to back-up a bit, we have the main reason Sam came to town, to help out none other than Todd Manning. Whom Sam had befriended years earlier in Chicago, and was like a son to Sam. Then there is his real son Will, and daughter Jen. Now Jen we don't know much about still, but Will and Sam has been through their share of father/son conflicts many times already. And finally, the biggest question of all still remains, is Sam even the father of Matthew, or is it really Bo's. Boy, what a tangled life Sam leads.
So is the man behind Sam Rappaport anything like his character? Well, to use Kale's own words when asked by a fan about his similarities to his character, "We're both the same height". So needless to say, Kale and Sam do share one major common factor, and that is, tremendous talent. Sam's talent is helping out others in need, like Todd and Nora, whereas, Kale's talent lies in his acting ability to pull off such a believable and incredible character, which so many fans have come to love. But what is really behind this tough yet caring attorney from Llanview, and what is Kale Browne really like?
