One Life to Live Recap for the week of October 30 - November 3, 2006

Nat runs into Cris at the coffee house and tells him that Vince just confessed to setting him up. Cris wants to go to the police station, Nat doesn’t think that her statement will convince – hearsay. Cris thinks that Nat is covering for Vince because she has something for him, just like she had for Paul Cramer. Nat explains that it’s nothing like that, Cris tells Van that she’s going to the station tomorrow to put a statement in. Van runs to a nurse and explains that Hugh is trying to tell her something, Vince shows up to see Hugh. Van, upset that Vince is there, tells Vince that Hugh is trying to communicate. They go in to see Hugh, Hugh mumbles something incoherent. Vince mentions Nat’s name, Van still believes that Vince did something to which Vince denies. Hugh stirs in his bed at the mention of Nat’s name. Van walks out, Vince sits with Hugh and tells him about Layla, confessing to Cris and then kissing Nat. Hugh grabs Vince’s hand and squeezes as hard as he can. Vince jokes saying that he won’t go after Nat, but explains that he has a connection with Nat when they kissed. Vince leaves and runs into Van; Van wants to figure out what Hugh was trying to tell her.

Starr thanks Cole for sticking up for her, Cole goes in for a kiss but Starr backs up a little. Todd and Blair go over to see them, Blair can’t believe the slideshow, and Cole tells them not to be too upset over it. Todd wants Starr to go home because they have school tomorrow, Blair convinces Todd to let Starr and Cole stay a while longer. Cole asks Starr about Todd’s rape conviction, Starr explains that the incident happened a long time ago and Todd hasn’t done anything like that since. Cole apologizes for upsetting Starr; Starr wants to leave and goes to get her jacket. Todd and Blair go home; Todd is upset that the kids are making fun of Starr because of him. Blair explains that Starr is strong and can handle it; Todd just wants to erase his whole past. Cole and Starr stand outside; Starr says that she had a good time. Cole asks for a kiss, meanwhile, Blair pushes Todd against the wall and kisses him. Starr kisses Cole.

Bo talks with Paige and Paige thinks that Spencer might be able to help Kelly. Bo thinks that Spencer is just looking for a way out of prison. Bo explains to everyone the situation with Spencer and goes to see him. Dorian doesn’t think Kelly should know about Spencer while Viki thinks that Kelly needs to make the decision whether or not to see him. Clint, Dorian and Viki go in to see Kelly. Mike explains that they don’t have much time left; Dorian explains that Spencer might be able to help. Kelly asks Kevin what to do; Clint thinks that Spencer might lie – just so they can sweat it out. The OB/GYN explains that time is running out and a decision needs to be made. Kevin doesn’t know, Kelly tells Kevin to call Bo and get Spencer to the hospital. Kevin goes outside and prays to God, he then calls Bo and wants to talk with Spencer. Bo puts Spencer on the phone and won’t let Spencer near Kelly. Spencer tells Bo what Kevin said and also thinks that Kevin just killed his grandson. Clint is convinced that Kevin did the right thing; Kevin goes in to tell Kelly. Mike gets prepared for an emergency C-Section. Mike delivers the baby, it’s a boy. Both Kevin and Kelly realize that the baby isn’t crying. . .

Adriana and Rex are sitting at the coffee house; Rex is going over her notes and thinks that he might have a lead on where Todd’s baby ended up while Adriana is doodling on a napkin. Marcie shows up, with Tommy, and goes over to them. Adriana looks at the baby and thinks that it looks like Marcie, Marcie goes to get a cup of coffee while Rex holds the baby. Adriana makes a comment about how good Rex looks holding a child, Marcie comes back over and explains that she has to get Tommy home before Mike comes home. Adriana looks over the “want ads,” Rex takes the napkin and asks what she was drawing. Adriana explains that she wants to start her own fashion line; Rex thinks it’s a great idea.

David goes to see Spencer, wanting to know why Spencer just didn’t come out and say that he was a Buchanan in the first place – that way he wouldn’t have had to con anyone. Before Spencer can answer, Bo shows up to tell Spencer that the DNA results aren’t in yet and Kelly had the baby. David becomes concerned when he learns that Kelly had a premature baby. Bo tells Spencer that everything is falling apart for him – Todd is alive, David and Paige are cleared of Thomas’ murder and he’s still commissioner. Bo gets a phone call and excuses himself; David notices that Spencer is sweating a little bit.

Spencer explains that he’s not worried at all; David tries to convince Spencer to sign over his will. They are interrupted by Bo, who reveals that the DNA results are in. Starr walks in on her parents heading up the stairs; they ask how the dance was. Starr explains that she and Britney are now friends – even though neither Todd nor Blair believes that. Starr runs upstairs to get ready for bed. Todd is glad that Starr walked in on them, Blair explains that what they were going to do could still happen. Blair goes to get something for them to drink; Starr comes back down because she can’t get her computer on. Todd sits her down and explains how sorry he is for Starr having to bear the brunt of his actions years ago. Starr knows that what he did was long ago and that Todd is a changed man, she goes on to explains that she can see the good in him…just like Blair can. Blair overhears this, Todd takes Starr upstairs to check on the computer as Blair pours her and Todd drinks. Todd returns and they toast for a new beginning. Kelly and Kevin are concerned when they don’t hear the baby crying,
