One Life to Live Recap for the week of September 5 - September 8, 2006From Richard Schwertfager Blair and Todd go back into the apartment, Todd makes Van return with him. Van explains that she feels uncomfortable being there while they fight. Todd makes her stay while he and Blair go at it. Blair accuses Todd of trying to start a relationship with Van, Todd counteracts by wanting to know exactly what she said to Spencer. Blair storms out, Van asks why he cant accept the fact that Blair was helping him not hurting him. Todd doesnt want to forgive her yet, Van tries to explain to Todd that he is his own worst enemy. Van takes off. Vince and Cris are training, Ted asks why Vince is making Cris train so hard. Van explains that Cris needs to work on his wrist, Blair interrupts them and tells Cris that Todd has a thing for Van. Van goes to see Cris and runs into Blair, Van wants to know why shes there, Blair just walks out. Phil brings Jess out from hypnosis
Nash can see a little Tess in Jess eyes and is elated when he thinks Tess emerged as the dominant personality. His joy is short-lived when Jess explains that she is back and Tess is gone. Viki and Clint are happy to have their daughter back. Jess apologizes to Nash, Nash asks how it felt to be apart of Tess. Jess explains that situation it was almost like holding hands with a twin, saying that they became one. Nash is upset that Tess is gone, Jess thanks Nash for truly loving Tess and not using her like Norman did. Antonio gets upset at Nash for trying to get Tess back, Phil explains that Tess is deep in Jess psyche and will not be back. Jess explains that she can feel and understand how Tess felt about Nash, Nash has no choice but to accept that Tess is a part of Jess and Jess is in love with Antonio. Nash takes off, Jess just wants to be sure that Tess will never re-emerge again. Viki tries to convince her that Tess is gone, but cant help to think that they told her Niki was gone and then Niki came back. Jess will always be grateful for Tess protecting her. Rex finds the storage container empty and calls Dorian to report the findings. Dorian blames Rex for tipping someone off, Rex explains that Dorian wont put the blame on him. Rex hangs up and goes in search for Adriana. Bruce and Adriana stop at a rest stop, Bruce explains why hes kidnapped her because he is so much in debt and also did favors for people when he ran out of money. Adriana is convinced that Bruce wont hurt her, Bruce explains that hes already got the FBI on his case for felonies, so adding another serious crime wont bother him. Adriana wants to get back to Llanview to get back at her mom. Rex returns to Dorian and explains that he found Adrianas bracelet around the storage container, Dorian is convinced that Adriana will be ok. Bruce calls Dorian to tell her that he wants the money now. Dorian wont give him a cent until she knows Adriana is safe. Bruce lets Adriana talk to Dorian, Bruce explains where they are and what he wants Dorian to do. Dorian hangs up and is ready to go, Rex has a plan he wants to explain to Dorian. Dorian doesnt want to go over a plan, she wants to follow Bruces instructions and then asks Rex not to follow her. Rex plans on going with her, Dorian and Rex take off. Adriana asks Bruce if he really needs the gun, Bruce explains that if Adriana went to the cops or brought anyone with her he will be using the gun. . .
