Viki looks at a picture of her kids, she tells Clint that she never thought something like this could happen to them…again. Clint reminds Viki that this is not her fault. Viki knows, Clint gets a call from Dr. Jamieson saying that he can see Jess tomorrow first thing in the morning. John goes to see the judge, the judge explains that John is wasting time because, even if he approved the search warrant, Spencer would win at the trial. John knows that Spencer and the judge play golf together and sit on the hospital board together so John suggests the judge take a look at the evidence before he tells the news about the judge playing favorites. The judge reconsiders his decision, but reminds John that he’ll only be humiliated in court when Spencer walks out without being convicted.

Vince and Ted, his assistant, have set up a press conference for Cris. Cris and Van show up early, Van sees the poster and is excited for Cris. Mike is there and warns Cris to be careful, reminding him about his hand. Van is taken aback when she hears that Cris’ hand is still hurt. Vince shows up and takes Cris aside to ask if he’ll be ok to fight. Cris doesn’t plan on not boxing. Mike tells Vince to watch out for Cris, Vince promises that he will. Ted asks Vince if he was really going to not let Cris fight, Vince laughs – explaining that he’d betting big money on Cris’ opponent hoping that Cris gets beat. Layla shows up and takes Van aside asking, because Van didn’t come home last night, if she and Cris slept together. Carlotta overhears this and is overjoyed that Cris has finally found happiness. Vince gets on stage and announces Cris, as Vince gets the crowd excited, Cris’ opponent, a boxer named Abbot shows up to say that Cris is going down – talking smack about Cris. Vince breaks them up, reminding them to save it for the ring.

After the conference, Van makes Cris promise that he’ll be careful. Bo and Nat return to the station, Nat runs into Mike. Mike tells her about Marcie and him adopting Tommy. Nat thinks it’s great that he and Marcie are doing that. Mike takes off, Bo tells Nat that the results of her forensic test are posted. John interrupts them before Nat has a chance to see her grade, John shows Bo the warrant. John leaves with the intent to arrest Spencer. Blair gets flustered and makes up a story about how she went to Todd’s apartment to get something when they got into a fight. Spencer tells Blair to go get whatever it was she came for, while Blair is gone Spencer tells Todd not to lay a finger on – or even talk to Blair.

Todd shakes his head and laughs, Blair returns and is ready to go – explaining that she came for a special piece of lingerie for her wedding night. Spencer goes to get in the elevator, Blair pops back into the apartment saying that she forgot something. Blair reminds Todd that everything will be over tonight, she is confident that John’s got the warrant. Blair takes off, Todd can’t help but think that Blair is not only playing Spencer but playing him too as he recalls all the times he’s seen her with Spencer. Blair and Spencer return to the apartment, Blair explains that she has a big surprise for him. Spencer misinterprets that as her going to put on the lingerie, but is double surprised when John shows up at his door and puts Spencer under arrest. . . Kelly immediately wants Kevin out of her room, Kevin explains that he’s there to take her back to Llanview. Kelly explains that she came to Arizona to get away from everyone, the doctor comes in to check on Kelly as Kelly tells the doctor to make Kevin leave. Kevin explains the situation to the doctor, the doctor pulls Kevin outside the room and explains to him that Kelly is under enough stress and she doesn’t need to be more upset. Kevin apologizes and promises not to make Kelly upset, Kevin goes back into the room to find Kelly asleep. Kevin takes Kelly’s hand and apologizes for everything he’s done wrong. Kelly hears him and starts to cry, apologizing for everything she did wrong. The doctor comes back in to check the baby’s heartbeat. Kevin starts to leave, but Kelly asks him to stay to hear the heartbeat with her.
