One Life to Live Recap for the week of August 21 - August 25, 2006

Langston visits Starr in the hospital, she brings with her all the information she found on amnesia. Starr still plans to fool Spencer into thinking she has something wrong with her. Langston doesn’t think it’s such a good idea, Starr’s objective is to get Todd and Blair back together again – this time for good. Jess notices that something is a little wrong with Bree when the baby doesn’t finish her bottle. Jess picks up a nursing book and reads up on it, she begins to have a flashback of when Nash bought Tess a nursery book. Jess quickly shakes the memory and feels Bree’s forehead. Jess senses that Bree have a fever. Nash tries to escape from Claudia, but she keeps offering to invest in his new business – whatever that may be. Nash keep declining the money, finally explaining that he wants nothing to do with her – monetary wise or emotionally. Nash gets a call from Jess saying that Bree is sick. Nash rushes right over, Jess explains that he can’t stay there. Nash doesn’t want to leave his baby while she is sick. Jess has no choice but to let him stay.

Nora, Mike and Marcie show up for the gala. Lindsay and RJ run into them, Lindsay starts on Nora about her kiss with RJ, RJ explains that it was a friendly kiss and there is nothing going on between them. Lindsay wonders what RJ would do if she kissed another men, RJ claims that he wouldn’t be at all jealous. Lindsay takes Mike and plants a kiss on him, Marcie is furious with Lindsay for kissing Mike. Lindsay explains that it was nothing personal, she just wanted to prove RJ wrong. RJ retaliates by kissing Nora, again. Lindsay is so furious that she storms out of the gala. Marcie is so mad at Mike that she too storms out, Mike follows her as RJ follows Lindsay. Claudia saw the whole thing and goes to see if Nora is ok, Nora explains that she is having feelings for RJ that she knows she shouldn’t be having. Blair is stunned at Spencer’s proposal and has no choice but to say yes. Todd is livid when he hears Blair answer yes.

Viki and Van run over to Todd to see if he’s ok. Todd freaks out and stands on a table to get everyone’s attention. Todd begins to explain what Spencer did to him – how Spencer set him up for murder and how he’s got a son out there that only Spencer knows where he is. Spencer brushes off everything, saying that Todd is going crazy. During the bedlam, John manages to get the key from Blair. John and Nat take off for the bank. Spencer speaks up and accuses Todd of losing his mind. Paige sets up to say that she delivered Margaret’s baby – long after Todd was arrested for her murder. David backs up Todd’s story also. Spencer explains to everyone that the accusations were a conspiracy against him thought up by three troubled people. Spencer and Blair take off. John and Nat arrive at the bank, their plan – to get into the safety deposit box room by opening Nat’s box, then distracting the guard so they can retrieve the other key. Nat gets into her box and pretends to faint. John looks thru the bank box and finds the other key that will open Spencer’s box. Nat and John retrieve the box and open it up to have a look inside. . .

Cris and Van return to his apartment, where they begin to make love. Van stops and explains that she’s not been with anyone since John. Cris explains that their relationship isn’t all about sex and can take her home if she wants. Van reconsiders and they go upstairs and make love. Kelly checks herself into a clinic after she started spotting. Viki finds Kevin at Llanfare, Kevin admits that he thinks he made a mistake concerning Kelly. Viki tells Kevin to forgive her for what she did, after all she is carrying a Buchanan baby. Kevin doesn’t know if he can forgive her. Kevin gets a call from Kelly, Kelly explains that she’s spotting and in a clinic somewhere – she won’t tell him where. Kevin gets angry with her and tells her to think about the baby not just about herself. Kelly gets furious at the comment and hangs up on him. Kevin throws his phone, Viki hears this and goes to see if he’s ok. Kevin starts to freak out, thinking the baby isn’t going to be ok – he explains to Viki what happened to Kelly. Viki reminds Kevin that Jess spotted when she was pregnant. Kevin knows that the circumstances are different and wants to find Kelly to bring her home.
