Fan Recap for One Life to Live

Tess is having a dream – her and Tess fighting for control. She suddenly wakes up, Nash is startled and wakes up with her. Tess says that she has an interview with a fashion design company. Nash overhears Tess referring to herself as Jessica Buchanan, not to mention using Jess’ social security number, when making an appointment for the interview. Nash wants to know why she called herself Jessica. Tess doesn’t give him a straight answer saying that her past is not an open book. Nash accepts this and they” go at it” again. Mike finds John passed out, he wakes John up. John runs for the bathroom, almost not making it. John reveals that he got drunk last night and went over to see Van. Mike can’t believe he went to see Van and asks if he’s going to Hayes’ arraignment. John doesn’t want to go for fear that he’ll kill Hayes. Mike thinks John ought to go, just in case Hayes slips and gives a clue to where Nat is hidden. John decides that he should go. Layla’s interview didn’t go to well as she was turned down yet again. Layla is hung up in her own life when Antonio reminds her that he is there to find Jess. Antonio gets closer to finding Jess when he talks to the restaurant owner. The owner says that Jess was there but then took off, after Nash accused Todd of stealing a purse. The PI calls Antonio saying that Jess’ social security number was used. After finding out the address of the fashion agency, Antonio and Layla wait for Jess to show up there. Bo, Hugh, Marcie, Rex, Roxy and Van all wait for the arraignment to begin. Roxy is upset and wants to know where Nat is. Bo and Rex calm her down. Hayes is brought into the courtroom. Van can’t believe how smug he looks, Marcie hopes that he gets what he deserves. Van goes to look for John. The judge enters and Hayes’ lawyer enters a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. John and Mike show up. The judge orders psychiatric evaluation, Roxy steps up and begs the court to make Hayes tells them where Nat is. Hayes’ lawyer intervenes and the judge, by law, cannot make Hayes say anything. Mike gets a little more jealous as he sees Marcie and Hugh leave together. Nat tries to escape her confinement, to no avail she fails. Nat calls for John to help her. . .
