Todd soon enters, Blair tries to cover saying she wants to help Paige get her job back. Paige doesn’t play along and each share heated words – Paige to Blair about her kids and Blair to Paige about her drinking. A catfight ensues as Todd and Spencer watch on. Nat makes a lab technician sneak her and John into the lab to do some ballistics work. John produces the slug that was produced from his father’s body. Nat runs it thru the computer and does some analyzing while John talks to Bo. Bo explains that he’s got some info about Lenny – who’s real name is Larry. Bo goes on to explain that 10 years ago, Larry needed a heart transplant, he was very high on the list but moved down rather quickly – Bo reports that Spencer was the attending physician. Nat calls John over for him to look at something.

Dorian shows up at Llanfare looking for Clint, Viki is appalled to see Dorian at her door. Antonio shows up to explain that he’s got news on Jess, Clint pops out of the living room and listens as Antonio explains about his conversation with Bruce – also explaining that Bruce has apartments all over the city and in a few different states, which Antonio has “his people” checking out. Antonio goes into the living room and Viki follows him. Clint asks Dorian why she has to interfere with his family’s business. Dorian pretends not to know what he means, Clint explains that his private life is just that – PRIVATE. Clint joins Viki and Antonio, wherein Antonio gets a call from one of his contacts. His contact spotted Jess and Nash is NYC, Clint and Antonio fly out the door on their way to NYC. Rex is trying to make up with Adriana after their little tiff. Adriana doesn’t see how they can trust each other if he can’t trust her enough to look at his laptop. Rex explains that he was doing research on stalkers and didn’t want her to see. Adriana feels like a fool, explaining that she’ll never doubt him again and never wants to fight again. Adriana sneaks away so she can call Dorian, wherein she explains that she is falling in love with Rex. Dorian understands and is accepting of their relationship; Adriana is flabbergasted to hear that. Meanwhile, Rex sees someone dressed in a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants. Rex goes over to the man, flips out his wallet and hands the man a wad of bills. The man has a hood over his head as he takes the money. . .

Rex makes sure the man knows what he is supposed to do, as they masked man nods his head “yes.” Meanwhile, Adriana is getting the house ready and wondering why Rex is taking so long, she goes out to find him and almost catches him with the other man. Rex sees her coming and intercepts her; they both go back to the house and enjoy each other’s company as the man looks thru the window. Nash is touched that Jess would do that for him; Jess changes her mind and doesn’t want to revert to Tess. Nash keeps trying and trying to coax Tess out, Jess screams and yells for him to stop. Just in the nick of time, Clint and Antonio come barging in. Jess explains that she doesn’t want to press charges; Clint goes to help Jess pack. Antonio tells Nash that it’s not over by a long shot. They all head back to Llanview.

Cris stays with Van as she recuperates in the hospital, the time has come to take the bandages off but she wants to wait for Todd, Cris doesn’t see why but respects her wishes. Layla and Vince show up to show their support, Vince doesn’t go into the room but sends Layla in. Hugh is talking to Kelly, convincing her that she needs to get out of the house after she called him to cancel their “date” to go see Mary J. Blidge perform at Capricorn. Hugh runs into Vince, turns out they are former college roommates and make plans to hang out later on. Van thanks Layla for being there, but reminds her of the big concert and wants her to go to work. Vince managed to finagle a nurse at the hospital to let him peek at Cris; records – where he learns that Cris, with how bad his wrist is, can’t fight anymore.
