Antonio receives a call from Claudia telling him the name of Nash’s lawyer – which happens to be Bruce. Antonio calls Bruce to get any info out of him that he can, but Bruce catches on and doesn’t reveal anything. Van tells Cris that she really means it – she is falling in love with him. Todd interrupts them and tells Van about the eye surgery. Van is furious with him for going ahead with the procedure without his permission and becomes even more infuriated when she learns Todd called her mother for permission. Van tells both Cris and Todd that the fighting has to stop – she tells Cris that Todd is her friend and she tells Todd that she has feelings for Cris. Both Cris and Todd agree to call a truce, Van makes them shake hands. Mike shows up and kicks them out so he can examine Van. Outside the room, Cris explains that he only made a truce for Van’s sake; Todd can see that their relationship isn’t going to last – with Cris lying and all. Todd gets on the phone with Simmons and tells him to get to Llanview ASAP to remove the bandages. Mike finishes with his exam and tells Van that everything looks good; Cris comes back in and is excited that Van might get her eyesight back. Mike explains that the bandages come off tomorrow, Mike leaves. Cris sits with Van and tells her a story to make her go to sleep. Todd sees this and becomes more jealous of Van and Cris’ relationship. . .

Jess goes to put Brennan down for a nap, and then returns to the living room with a gun in hand. Nash sees the gun and makes her realize that it isn’t loading, explaining that Bruce wouldn’t leave a loaded gun lying around. Jess apologizes but wants to go home; Nash explains that he wants to go home too – only with Tess. Nash goes on about how he and Tess were looking forward to raising their baby and about the winery. Nash makes a comment about him not being able to say goodbye to Tess. Jess offers to let Tess out for Nash, only for him to say goodbye. Todd taunts Spencer as they both hit golf balls at the driving range. Todd taunts Spencer about Blair – thinking that she will only betray him. Spencer retaliates by attacking his relationship with Van. Spencer takes off, Todd follows. Blair meets up with Bo at Rodi’s, where she discusses her progress – or lack thereof – with her “Spencer plan.” Paige comes in and sees them together; Bo goes to make a phone call. Paige goes to sit with Blair, only wanting to find out what she and Bo were talking about. Blair explains that she, Bo and Todd are working together for something – but doesn’t tell her what. Spencer walks in and sees them, he sneaks in to eavesdrop but Blair notices him.
