One Life to Live Recap for the week of July 3 - July 7, 2006

Todd interrupts Blair and Spencer as he wants to have the final dance with Blair. Blair, to Spencer’s disagreement, agrees to dance with Todd. Todd reassures her that he will never forgive her for hurting him and tearing their family apart. Again, Blair resists the urge to tell Toss what she’s really up to. Todd vows to do something equally as bad to Blair, just to get her back. Blair reminds Todd that he already has. Spencer gets edgy as he watches Todd and Blair dance, he goes to interrupt them but Starr stands in his way. Starr wants to talk, they sit to talk. Starr tells Spencer that he won’t win, that Todd and Blair will get back together. Spencer tells Starr not to get her hopes up.

John wants David to tell him everything about the night his father died. David doesn’t want to do it where there is a crowd. Nat comes over to see if John is okay, seeing him with David. David fills Nat in on what he did and she wants to know if he’ll change his plea. David wants to tell John everything, John tells David to meet him in his apartment in an hour – to which David agrees. Spencer sees David leaving with John and takes him aside to warn him not to say anything to John, otherwise he’s a dead man. ..

Rex and Adriana are in the middle of making love when Rex blurts out that he can’t. Adriana explains that she is protected, while Rex admits that they are not at the Bayberry Inn – he set a trap for the stalker at the Bayberry Inn, they are really somewhere else. Adriana doesn’t care how they got there, as long as they are together. They resume what they started. After they are done, Rex gets a call from his informant at the Bayberry Inn, who didn’t see the stalker at all.

Roxy finds Marcie having trouble with the baby, she quickly turns the vacuum on and Tom calms down. Marcie makes mention that the baby is hers, while Roxy tries to explain that the baby isn’t hers and child services will be taking him soon. Marcie understands that they can’t keep the baby but wants one someday. Kelly goes to visit Duke and finds Kevin there. They argue again, Kevin depressed about not being able to talk to his son and his son not leaving a legacy. Kelly almost tells him that’s she’s pregnant but refrains from saying anything.

Mike finds Nora on the floor, she was trying to walk and fell down. Mike helps her up and then gets a call from John asking Mike to the apartment. Paige goes to see Nora to explains why she collapsed. Nora remembers why she and Bo were having a fight, Paige explains her situation blaming Spencer for everything. Nora understands why she and Bo broke up, Paige explains of the possibility of a reunion but she is thinking of Matt, Nora thanks Paige for thinking of her son during all of this. After Paige leaves, Nora gets enough strength to try to walk again. She gets up and is able to take a few steps.

Mike shows up at the apartment as David is already there. David recounts every detail of the night he shot Thomas McBain. John and Mike listen intently as David explains that Thomas told him he had 2 kids waiting at home. John wants David to change his plea, but David doesn’t plan on doing that. Nat reminds him that all 3 of them heard the confession, David knows they can’t use it in court so he is safe. John threatens him if he doesn’t change his plea, David doesn’t make any promises. John explains that he and the DA will be at the courthouse tomorrow waiting for David. Again, David doesn’t make any promises. Mike goes to see Marcie and reminds her that child services are coming tomorrow, but Marcie isn’t ready to let go of Tommy yet.

Meanwhile, John and Nat just discussed what David said, John thinks David is telling the truth but not the whole truth. David returns to his apartment and packs his suitcases, ready to head out. . .
