One Life to Live Recap for the week of July 3 - July 7, 2006

Nash catches Claudia on the computer, researching DID. Claudia explains that she just wanted to familiarize herself with the disease, she also knows that once Jess goes thru integration Tess will be no more. Nash doesn’t accept that because he loves Tess, Claudia tries to get him to see that Tess isn’t real, Nash explains that he will not walk out on his baby. Jess and Brennan stay the night at Asa’s with Clint, Jess falls asleep and then jars away from a dream. She explains to Clint that she was dreaming about Nash helping raise Brennan. Jess figures out that the dream means Nash will be a part of the baby’s life, Clint reminds Jess that he isn’t his biological daughter but he doesn’t love her any less. Jess hears Brennan crying and Clint offers to go feed her.

Meanwhile, Jess sends a picture of Brennan to Nash via e-mail. Kevin comes bursting into Dorian’s house screaming for Kelly, who is up in the bathroom taking the pregnancy test. Kelly runs downstairs to see what Kevin wants. Kevin has a box and tells Kelly he wanted to return a few things to her. Kelly opens the box to find Ace’s clothes, which she was saving for their baby. Kevin tells her to have fun making a baby with someone else. As Kevin turns to leave, he knocks Kelly’s purse off the table and the box for the pregnancy test falls out. Kevin wants to know if Kelly is carrying Duke’s baby, Kelly tells him that the test is Adriana’s not hers. Kevin believes her and storms out.

Lindsay sees RJ kissing Nora and backs off, nearly running into Hugh. Hugh can see that something is wrong and tries to coax it out of Lindsay. Lindsay finally reveals that she caught Nora and RJ kissing. Hugh tries to calm her down, Lindsay just wants RJ out of Nora’s grip so she can have him – Lindsay thinks that Nora is back to her old ways. Hugh assures her that Nora and RJ are just friends. Nora is taken aback by the kiss, RJ explains that it was a friendly kiss and meant nothing more by it than that. RJ talks about his relationship with Lindsay, revealing that he has an engagement ring but hasn’t asked Lindsay yet. Nora thinks that maybe he and Lindsay are wrong for each other. Lindsay interrupts them, reminding RJ of their meeting with an art critic. RJ tells Nora to take things slow, but Nora wants to her home to her son. AS they leave, Nora tries to rise from the wheelchair but lacks the strength to do so.

Paige is ecstatic over the fact that Bo is giving her a second chance but can’t accept, for fear that she will only fall more in love with Bo and then whisked off to jail. Bo doesn’t want her to go thru this alone and wants to help her find a lawyer. Paige doesn’t want Bo to wait for her if she has to go to jail, nor does she want Matt to know they might get back together. Hugh pays a visit to Paige to tell her that, when she is released tomorrow, the AC DA will be waiting outside the door for her. . .

Rex and Adriana make their way to the Barberry Inn for their getaway. Wherein they succumb to passion, only to be interrupted by what Adriana thinks is the stalker. Rex manages to chase someone away, only to return to the room and fine the window open with Adriana gone. Fearing the worst he calls out for Adriana, only to be startled by her as she emerges from the bathroom in lingerie. Viki finds Kevin, drunk and alone, at Duke’s grave. There, she tries to tell him that drinking doesn’t solve anything, only makes this worse. Kevin wants to understand why Duke went to Kelly, Viki thinks the real reason Kevin is so distraught is because he and Duke were never able to make up. Viki leaves him to alone to think, Kevin dumps out the rest of his bottle and cuddles with Duke’s headstone.

Kelly finds out that she is pregnant, she is so frantic that she runs out of the house in hysterics. Kelly makes her way to the park and sits on a bench, Hugh finds her and tries to calm her down – but not before she blurts out that she is pregnant. Hugh manages to calm her down and promises not to say anything to anyone. Kelly doesn’t know who she’ll be able to turn to too talk with, Hugh inputs his number in her cell phone and offers an ear for whenever she needs to talk. Todd is still dancing with Van, still thanking her for saving his life. Cris cuts in as he needs to talk with Van. They discuss where their relationship is going, Van wishes they weren’t interrupted because they were finally starting to make progress. Cris points out that the night isn’t over and they go back to his place.
