One Life to Live Recap for the week of May 1 - May 5, 2006

Nat returns to Llanfare and gets a call from Viki telling her about Jess. Nat turns to leave but finds Vince in her doorway. Vince reminds her that she if forever indebted into him, and now she is even more indebted because she brought a cop into their plan. Nat explains that she didn’t know John was following her. Vince explains that it doesn’t matter whether she knew or not, the fact is – Vince “owns” her now.

Spencer catches Van looking at old newspaper clippings of him. He warns her that she will not find anything to implicate him with the murder of Margaret. Van is confident that she will find something, she believes that Spencer messed up somewhere and left a clue – she is determined to find it. David can’t believe that he is looking at Margaret, although Margaret has no clue as to who David is. David thinks Margaret is playing dumb and asks her about Spencer, Todd and her baby. Margaret calls the police and tells David that she doesn’t know anyone named Spencer or Todd and she doesn’t have a baby. The cops show up and arrest David.

Mike, John, Marcie and Lindsay go to the chapel for Mike’s wedding rehersal. John takes Mike aside to show him the drawing, John also reveals him plans to avenge his father’s death and find the killer. John has a vision of his father, in which Tom tells John not to get too hung up on his murder. Mike and Marcie hope to have a wonderful wedding, complete without hitches but they both know that that is virtually impossible. John goes to have a drink at the bar, Van is still their and they both explain how rotten their days have been. John looks at the sketch as Van concentrates on Spencer’s wedding photo. Bo comes home to find Paige packing her things, Bo wants to talk about it but Paige thinks that Bo wants nothing to do with her. Paige explains that she wants to meet up with Matt to explain things to him, Paige takes off. Matt comes home and Bo has to tell him about Paige leaving. Matt doesn’t understand why they broke up if they still love each other. Bo tells him that it’s complicated and doesn’t understand himself.

Tess and Jess successfully give birth to a baby girl. Nash and Antonio are estatic. Tess asks to be left alone, everyone agrees to her wishes. Tess tells Jess to leave her alone and let her be with the baby. Jess explains that she missed out on being a mom once and won’t do it again. Nash and Antonio tell Clint and Viki about the baby. Viki is elated, until she goes in to see Tess. Viki explains that they need to put aside their differences and concentrate on the baby. Jess tells Tess that she will go away, for the sake of the baby – but she will not go away forever. Nat shows up and learns she has a new niece. Clint has to break up an argument between Antonio and Nash over a paternity test. Clint explains that it’s not the time or the place to fight. Viki comes out of the room and tells Nash to go in because Jess is still Tess. Spencer runs into Paige at the hospital and demands to know where David is. Todd is brought out of his cell to meet a mystery guest, after a few minutes his guest arrives. . .
