Fan Recap for One Life to Live

David meets Todd, who knocks him out and drags him back to Lyon’s Heart. David comes too and Todd demands that David help him prove his innocence. David tells Todd that he will help – for $2 million. Todd agrees to pay David, David tells Todd that Spencer killed Margaret – though he doesn’t have any proof. Todd unties David and sends him on his way to find evidence. Nat takes Cris to the hospital, Mike examines him and tells him that his wrist is sprained and he shouldn’t fight for at least a month. Cris protests this, Mike warns him that if he should fight and damage his hand again – the damage could be permanent. Nat goes outside to call another contact in AC, she doesn’t get any leads on Tom’s murder. John overhears her and asks what she’s doing. Nat brushes him off and goes back in to see Cris. Mike leaves to draw up the paperwork, Cris gets a call from Rourke and agrees to fight in a few weeks. John catches up with Mike, Mike just got off his shift from the hospital. John explains that he is meeting someone in AC with information about their dad’s murder. Mike agrees to go with him.

Starr, at first, is mad at Ricky for sticking up for her. But then warms up to him when he tells her that he thinks she’s cute. He gives her a handkerchief to whip herself off and then leaves. Spencer shows up at Blair’s, Blair is worried because she can’t find Starr. Spencer calms her down and gets her to relax. He agrees that they should keep their relationship secret, until Starr and Jack warm up to their mother having another man in her life. Blair thanks him and kisses him, Starr walks in on them. Spencer agrees to leave them be, Starr tells Blair about her encounter with the kids in Angel Square. Blair apologizes for Starr having to go thru that. Starr knows that something is going on with Spencer, but doesn’t know what. Spencer returns to the hospital and catches David sneaking around. David says that he is looking for his cell phone, Spencer suspiciously walks away eying David.

Viki, Clint and Antonio catch Tess destroying the tape. Tess is crushed when she finds out that the tape is a copy. Nash tells them where they were, Viki wishes they didn’t go see Norman – though neither Nash nor Tess will tell Viki who the man is. Nash and Tess go upstairs, but not before telling them that Tess hasn’t heard from Jess in a long time – thinking that she is gone and Tess emerged the stronger personality. Clint tells Antonio that it is up to Antonio’s love for Jess that will hopefully bring her back. Tess and Nash lay in bed together, Tess reveals that she has heard Jess but still feels confident that she is the stronger of the two personalities. Nash is committed to beating the odds and hoping Tess emerges from the integration. . .

Mike and John meet their contact, Dr. Synder. Synder was the doctor on duty the night Tom was brought into the OR. John questions him about being drunk. Synder admits that he was operating while drunk, saying that he’s already been punished for what he did. Synder skips out of the bar before John can ask anymore questions. John tells Mike that he has to dig deeper – not for his dad, but for himself. Nat goes to Roxy for advice about her troubles – Nat wants to help both Cris and John but neither want her butting into their business. Roxy tries to cheer Nat up a little, telling her that she needs to make up her mind about who she likes and wants to be with. Nat admits that she might want to be with John. Clint and Antonio talk about the integration, Nash interrupts them asking them how they could make decisions for Tess’ future without consulting her. Tess sneaks into the room and knows that tomorrow she will be hypnotizes, thus creating the beginning of the end for her. Tess goes upstairs to rest, Clint goes out for a ride. Nash and Antonio square off again about what’s right for Tess/Jess. Antonio thinks he’s been more than compromising – giving Nash and Tess their space – while Nash thinks otherwise.
