Kevin confronts Kelly about the note he found in the fireplace. Kelly doesn’t admit to anything and storms out after Kevin accuses her of hoping to pass off Duke’s baby for his baby – if she were to have a baby. After Kelly leaves, Duke comes in. Kevin confronts him with the letter, Duke tells him what he told Kelly when he was drunk. Kevin storms out, Kelly comes back in. Duke kisses her. Daryl goes to see Dorian, with a background check on Rex. Dorian wants Daryl out of Adriana’s life for good. Adriana comes downstairs just as Daryl is leaving, she finds the background check and warns Dorian that if she doesn’t anything to threaten her relationship with Duke, she’ll never forgive her. Rex finds out that Dorian is a VIP at the hotel he and Adriana stayed in, he get one of his contacts to check out if Dorian has any of her own contacts there. Rex sees Marcie and goes to talk with her. Marcie expresses her woes about marriage, thinking that with their fight – Mike won’t want to marry her anymore. John tells Nat that she is to stay away from his father’ case, Mike overhears it and wishes John would let it go. Nat goes to meet with Roxy, Roxy promises to help Nat figure out who killed John’s dad – thinking that Nat is only doing this to get John back. Meanwhile, Mike thinks John is only trying to find his dad’s killer is to fix himself so he can get Nat back. John assures him that Nat has nothing to do with it. Mike asks John to be his best man, John gratefully accepts. John drives to Atlantic City to meet up with his father’s old partner, Peter. Peter tells John that he did a little investigating on his own – finding out that a teenage boy was at the hospital. Peter thinks the boy has something to do with the murder but can’t seem to track him down, Peter offers to let John look at his case files. Nat, unknown to John, has followed John to AC. John is surprised to see her there. Mike meets Marcie at the coffee shop to go over the wedding, Marcie is afraid because she doesn’t know what to do for a wedding. Adriana, who meets Rex there, offers to help her. Daryl shows up and reports to Dorian that breaking up Rex and Adriana will be harder than they thought. Clint and Viki meet up with each other after a restless night. Viki blames herself for what happened to Tess, Clint reminds her that Niki was in control. Both agree that Tess can’t know they’ve seen the video. Tess and Nash sneak into the house, hoping to avoid an emotional reunion. Viki and Clint are surprised when they find Tess and Nash inside Llanfare. Tess catches one glimpse of the video and screams in horror. Nash doesn’t understand what’s going on, Clint tells Tess they know what happened. Tess goes off on a rampage – accusing them of lying, trying to get rid of her. Dorian comes in and Viki tells her to leave, Dorian thinks Viki is being rude and takes off. Tess storms out of Llanfare, Nash follows her – but comes back when he is unable to find her. Tess follows Dorian home and wants to make a deal with her. . .

Dorian refuses to listen to Tess’ conditions, not wanting to severe what little ties with Viki she has left. Tess makes a convincing argument – if Dorian helps her, she will help Dorian get Clint into bed. Dorian reconsiders helping Tess and will allow Tess to stay at her house. Kelly pushes Duke away, Duke wants Kelly to admit that she has the same feelings for him as he does for her. Kelly admits that she cares for Duke, but only as a friend. Duke wants to give her something that Kevin can’t, immediately Kelly thinks Duke wants to get her pregnant – but Duke wanted to give her the lover his father hasn’t been. Kelly makes Duke leave. Margaret finds a newspaper and finds an article about Todd. A woman carrying a baby notices Margaret is particularly affected by the article. The woman asks Margaret if she has any kids, Margaret mysteriously avoids the question and walks away.
