One Life to Live Recap for the Week of January 23 - January 28, 2006

The court is in an uproar as the verdict is read. Todd lashes out and calls for Blair. Blair’s face is stained with running mascara, Dorian, David and Spencer lead Blair out and away from the press. They go back to the penthouse, Dorian and David go to pick up Starr. Spencer comforts Blair. Todd is taken back to the police station, Viki follows them to the station and commits to helping Todd file an appeal. Todd doesn’t want an appeal, feeling that he’s lost everything all ready so it doesn’t matter if he dies. Viki still believes that Todd is innocent. Clint is relieved that Todd is going to jail, so he doesn’t hurt Viki anymore. Bo is concerned that Jess won’t take the news well. Clint knows Jess is strong and will be able to take the news well. Rex and Adriana run into each other, Rex tells her that he enrolled in a PI school. Adriana is proud of him, they overhear the verdict on the radio. Adriana is glad Todd is in jail, Todd feels the opposite way.

Mike and Marcie spend time together and glad they decided to give their relationship another try. Marcie tells him that she is rehearsing to sing in St. James’ choir. Mike goes to hear her sing. Matt and Starr talk about their parents. Matt is convinced that Nora will wake up while Starr is convinced that Todd is innocent. Starr overhears the verdict on the radio and runs into the bathroom. David and Dorian show up to pick Starr up, they learn that Starr knows the verdict. Dorian goes to the restroom to retrieve Starr, only to find out that she is missing. David calls Spencer to help, Spencer tells Blair Starr is missing and he plans to find her. Blair takes off, thinking she knows where Starr is. David, Spencer and Dorian form a plan and run off to find Starr. Bo shows up to talk with Matt about Todd, he also hopes that Nora will return to them soon. John apologizes to Van for the trial not going her way. Van wants John to find the real killer, John reminds her that since Todd was found guilty the police department will close the case. Van begs him to keep looking for the killer. Spencer finds Starr at church, praying for Todd. Blair shows up at the police station in search of Starr, though Starr isn’t there she sees Todd being taken away to Statesville. . .
