Kevin goes in for a final checkup, wherein Mike tells him that he is infertile for the moment but it could only be temporary. Paige is giving Viki a routine checkup, admiring how healthy Viki is considering what she’s going thru. Clint shows up in hysterics thinking that something is wrong with Viki. Viki explains she’s fine. They run into Kevin, Kevin mentions Nash staying at the mansion. Viki is mad that Clint didn’t tell her about it. Van and Layla are talking about the case, Layla thinks Van immersed herself in the case so she wouldn’t have to think about John. Van doesn’t want to talk about John anymore, Layla calls Duke to ask him for an interview for a job at BE. John and Bo keep a close eye on Todd. Todd begs Bo to let him see his kids. Starr and Blair are arguing over what Blair said on the stand. Spencer and Jack come home and end up in the middle of the argument. Bo calls Blair to ask her about bringing the kids by to see Todd, Blair agrees to think about it. Spencer tells Blair that it would be a good idea for Todd to see his kids. Duke is helping Kelly move Kevin’s things into the apartment. Kelly can’t wait to have a child, Duke knows that everything will work out for them this time. Duke gets a call from Layla and he goes to meet her at the Diner. John shows up at the Diner and takes a seat with Van, he tries to cheer her up but she remember how he couldn’t say he loved her. John thought that was all behind them now. Marcie sees Rex at the Diner and is depressed because her book is being printed in paperback next month. Rex thought she’d be happy, Marcie doesn’t want to think about the book or Hayes for a long time. She sees him researching for a case and tells him to get his PI license. Rex and Marcie make their way to the hospital. Rex congratulates Mike for getting back together with Marcie, Mike and Marcie go to get coffee. Rex asks Paige where he can find Bo, Paige says that Bo is running late. Rex figures out that the baby is Paige’s. Spencer visits Denton to finalize their deal. Roxy thinks that Rex is spreading himself too thin working for Bo, Rex explains that Bo has done so much for him that he feels the need to help Bo out. Rex runs into Adriana, who reminds him that she is still angry with him. Rex manages to get her to laugh, Rex tells her that he thinks Todd is innocent. Adriana thinks differently, they head to the courtroom. Blair arranges for Starr and Jack to spend the night away from home and away from all the reporters. Blair confides in Spencer, thanking him for being there for her. Blair fears telling her children that their father might spend the rest of his life in jail. Blair receives a call from Van, Todd asked to speak to Blair, but Blair doesn’t want to talk to him. Spencer and Blair head to the courthouse. Viki sits in the church praying to God to take care of Todd no matter what the outcome of the trial is. Nat and Jess show up and explain to Viki that she is not to worry about them, this is their time to take care of her. They head for the courthouse. Bo is swarmed with reporters as soon as he enters the courthouse but he brushes them off. Dorian steps in and starts her usually Todd-bashing. Clint stops her from saying something that Blair or the kids could hear. John follows Bo into the courtroom, wherein they congratulate Hugh on a job well done. Dorian tries to flirt with Hugh to get him to do an interview for Craze, but Hugh dismisses her saying that he won’t add to the theatrics of the case. Viki, Jess and Nat are pounced on by the reporters, Clint comes to the rescue and guides them into the courtroom. David is there to witness the verdict and offers to show Viki the back way out when they leave. Todd is brought into the courtroom, wherein Viki apologizes for not being there for him as much as she should have and also reminds him that she will stand by him no matter the outcome. Todd thanks Viki for her support. Van knows what happens to men accused of killing pregnant women, they become the bottom of the food chain in jail. Van asks Hugh if he’ll be able to live with himself if Todd gets attacked, maintaining that Todd is innocent. Hugh tells Van that it was her job to defend Todd and prove he was innocent, so it would be on her head too. As soon as Blair arrives, she and Spencer are hounded by the reporters. Blair and Spencer slip into the courtroom. Todd looks back at Blair, who is staring back at him. She takes her seat with Spencer. Dorian sees Rex and Adriana together and asks if they are dating. Rex tells Dorian to back off of them, they are just friends. The jury reenters the courtroom with the verdict, the judge takes a look at the verdict and gives the “go ahead” to the jury foreman. The jury foreman stands up and pronounces that Todd is guilty of murder in the first degree. . .
