LOONVIEW TEEN BEAT: BUCHANAN P.I., THE HUSTLER, AND THE PSYCHO BRAT!

Buchanan, P.I. & The Hustler...

Natalie and Cris open today's episode. They are engaged in a kissing session which breaks up as Natalie moves away to ask him how he feels about the success of his opening day. Cris tells her that he'll feel a lot better when he sells more than two paintings. Natalie assures him that he will. The show has only been open one day. Besides, all of his friends and family will probably clean house buying up his work.

He tells her that he wants strangers to buy his work because it's the only way he'll know if his work is really good or not. He changes the subject and says that there's one certain good thing is that they have the cottage all to themselves. Natalie says...

Well..not exactly. Rex got kicked out of his place and I told him he could crash with us for a few weeks...

A few WEEKS?

After I talked with you, of course. Well, tell him ok, but START LOOKING! Natalie  tells him that Rex has some money saved up, so it shouldn't be too long before he finds a place he can afford...

(Okay, STOP! First of all, if anyone believes that either Rex has money saved, or that he'll make any attempts to find a place...please see Kaydee about a bridge I'm selling!)

The Hustler....

Speaking of the wretched little swindler, he's sitting at a table in Capricorn, gambling with his fellow hoodlums. Naturally, he's lost all of his money. He slams down his stack of cards in frustration, then looks up to catch RJ taking a mysterious package. Rex watches RJ rip into the delivery man for delivering the package to the club instead of the penthouse.

Later, Natalie and Rex are sitting at that same table talking about Rex's upcoming living arrangements. RJ walks past them with Evangeline, and his cell phone rings. Both teens watch him closely as he excuses himself and takes the call. Natalie tells Rex that she would love to know who it is that RJ is talking to, and what is in that package.

Rex tells her that he can help her with one of her wishes...

He gets up and walks over to where RJ and Evangeline are talking. He swipes the receipt from the top of the package, then quickly grabs RJ's attention with a pretense about being available for overtime whenever RJ is ready to give it to him. RJ says fine, now shoo!

Rex slips the receipt to Natalie, whose suspicions about Keri or Liz being alive are further confirmed when she discovers that the package contains baby clothes. Rex asks Natalie why she's so concerned about RJ's purchases, and Nat tells him that she has her reasons. Rex says he has to go, and Natalie bids him farewell, after slipping him a bill of cash. It's "I'm-proud-of-my-little-brother-for-saving-his-money" cash.

Natalie immediately calls Cris and summons him down to Capricorn. I have some news, Cris. Cris arrives, and she tells him of the package's contents. He still isn't convinced, but that soon changes when she throws in the info she learned from Rex. RJ was furious that the package came to the club and not his apartment, RJ receives a call at the same time every day and shoos everyone away to take the call. Now, Cris thinks there may be something to Natalie's suspicions.

LLANVIEW LAW & ORDER: THE DEMONIC RAMPAGE!!

Story A: The Psychobrat Chronicles....

Nora and Bo enter the police station. Bo asks Nora why can't he figure out Mitch's next moves. Nora reminds him that he's not a psycho or a cold-blooded killer. He says that he needs to think like one if he ever wants to find Mitch. They walk into his office, and Bo says he would love to know where Mitch is right now.

"Mitch has left town," calls a voice from the doorway. It's Walker. Bo tells him that Mitch is NOT out f town, here's right here in Llanview, leaving his threatening calling cards around. He's visited two locations that they know of. Why is he trying to get them to think otherwise?
Walker is infuriated with Bo's unspoken implication. He angrily tells Bo
that he has bent over backwards to help the police find Mitch, and they want to blame HIM? Nora tells him to calm down, they're on the same side here.
"Are we?" Bo chimes in. He shows Walker the doll that was left in Lindsay's room, and informs Walker that Jen is Lindsay's daughter. Walker is concerned, and asks Bo if Jen is okay. Bo screams that they don't know! They can't find her.

Flash over the old abandoned theater....

Jen is shocked to discover that Mitch can see. Mitch smugly replies that God has smiled upon him, while unfortunately seems to be frowning on her. Jen asks him why he's following her, and he tells her that she intruded upon him. This is where he stays. Jen tells him the place is creepy. He tells her that is not what she said the night before with "Wonderdog Rex". He tells her that she said something about the scene of a crime being a turn-on. He kisses her shoulder and she jumps away from him.

She is horrified to discover that he was there watching them, and he tells her that this is the place he comes to kill people. She bolts away frm him and he finds her escape amusing. Fine, if she wants to play, they'll play. We watch as Jen runs frantically through various doors of the theater, only to find out that they lead back to where she started. He catches up with her and forces her to the floor, wielding a switchblade. She screams as he brings the blade down to her chest.

Joey Buchanan flies over and attacks Mitch. Jen scurries off into a corner.
Somewhere in the middle of the fight, Joey wrenches the knife away from Mitch..and you know what he does, people? He leaves it within inches of Mitch's reach. So, of course, the minute Mitch gets second free of Joey's grip, he reaches for it. Okay, so Joey gets him back into a grip, but he doesn't kick the knife away.

Then he closes his hands around Mitch's throat and tries to squeeze the life out of him. After a few seconds, Joey gets a glance at Jen's horrified expression, and do you know what he does NOW? He lets Mitch go and heads over to Jen, LEAVING THE KNIFE! Then he gets caught up in hugging Jen and Mitch escapes..WITH THE KNIFE! AAARRGH!

Later, Bo and Nora arrive and Joey tells Bo that he has no idea where Mitch went. Bo said that Joey did the right thing, and probably saved Jen's life. Nora asks Jen if she's okay, and why was she here? Jen says she was being stupid, and Bo picks up the bottle of liquor, saying that she had some help. Jen says she just wants to go see her mom and make sure she's okay.

Joey takes her out of there and Bo tells Nora that he wonders where Mitch went now.

Flash over to Walker's apartment...

He has slumped down onto the edge of his bed in fatigue. He pulls off his shoes just as Mitch emerges from his bathroom. He stands in front of Walker and puts his hands on either side of Walker's face. He says, Brother, you look tired. It must be from running all over town trying to find me, or are you tired from running all over town betraying me to the police?

Walker tells him that he hasn't betrayed him. They sit down across from each other, and Walker lovingly tells his older brother that he needs help. He's not well, and Walker wants to help. Mitch must go to the police.
Mitch tells him that blood is supposed to be thicker than water. Walker tells him that he loves Mitch, and he won't ever abandon him, but he must first turn himself in.

Mitch starts his cult-like rambling, about flesh of my flesh, blood of my blood, yada, yada,..betraying him. He gets loud and psychotic, yelling that he has nothing left, and he must revenge on those who have betrayed him.
He pulls the knife on Walker and places the blade against his neck. Walker calmly gets to his knees and tells Mitch that he won't kill him, because then he'll be just like their father. Mitch continues his occult babble, and Walker repeats, if you kill me, you will become our father.

Flash over to the art gallery...

Sniveling weasel Rex is fishing through the desk drawer and comes across a document that informs Jen that she has inherited $500,000 from her dad.
His mind gets to ticking, and he hears footsteps approaching. It's to late to hide, so he comes up with an explanation quickly when Jen and Joey approach.

Jen angrily demands to know what the hell he's doing there, and he dangles her key in front of her. He mocks her anger with him, telling her that he left her in the theater to go and get something to eat. Joey chimes in and blasts Rex for leaving Jen alone. She was almost killed! Rex laughs. Yeah right! He notices the serious expressions on their faces and says,
Really? Jen rolls her eyes and storms into the gallery. Joey grabs Rex by the collar and warns him to stay away from Jen before tossing him on his....

He returns to Jen, and Jen tries to get him to admit that he has feelings for her. He backs away from her, telling her that nothing will ever happen between them. Why not? Well, let's see...

She has lied on him, nearly cost him his priesthood, and he's seeing someone. She's not happy with the rejection, and she continues to try to win him over. Well, it doesn't work, and he leaves. Rex slips back in, and she sarcastically says that she thought he left already. Isn't that what he does best? He chuckles and tells her that he wouldn't have left her there if he thought it was dangerous. Then he offers to take her out..his treat. She agrees. OOPS! Sorry, I have no money till payday. Can you front me the cash?

So you want to treat me with my money? She snorts, but gives him $200 anyway, and they leave.

Back at Walker's apartment...

Walker is unconscious on the floor, and Blair walks in to find him. She quickly bends down to help him come to, and she asks him if Mitch did this. Walker nods and tells her the details of the incident. In a flashback, we see how Walker told Mitch that killing him would turn Mitch into their dad. Mitch angrily walks away from Walker. Walker follows him to the door, begging the demon to let him help. Walker pleads with Mitch to come to the police station with him, and Mitch punches him in unconsciousness.

He comes out of his flashback and tells Blair that he doesn't know why Mitch didn't kill him. Blair knows...Mitch loves him. Walker says that Mitch is out of control, and he has to stop him. Blair realizes that Walker is crazy enough to try and do that job alone, so she comes up with a plan.
She takes Walker to Bo, who still tries to interrogate Walker, then tells them that they're working with the leads they have. Blair tells him that's not good enough. Lindsay, Jessica and Jen have all been attacked, and she and Dorian may be next. Bo again says that he's working on it. Blair tells him to pardon her if she doesn't hold her breath. She and Walker leave, and she convinces him that they should go back to where he and Mitch grew up, and work on getting him out on their own.

Flash over to the abandoned theater....

Reverend Mitch is going bananas. He is rambling yet some more about being betrayed, then he takes on the role of his father, going back and forth between both personalities for a few seconds. His dad tells him that the traitors must be punished, and Mitch says he will....he will punish the wicked!

Stay tuned....
