Todd Penthouse

The hit man is in Todd’s bedroom with Blair, she is begging him not to hurt her but he takes a cord and tries to wrap it around her neck.  Todd comes in and grabs him throwing him into the wall and tells Blair to call 911.  Blair picks up the phone and finds that it is dead so Todd tells her to get out of the penthouse.  The hit man goes after Todd and Blair picks up a vase and hits him over the head with it.  The hit man pushes Blair into the wall and she slides down the wall and is out cold.

Max and Roxy’s

Roxy wants to know where Max will be staying and he tells her someplace cheap because she got the house, the car, the bar and the bank accounts.  Roxy looks down at her hand and takes off her wedding ring and hands it to Max telling him that maybe he can get some money for it.  Max tells her that the ring won’t buy him 5 minutes at a cheap motel.  He then tries to take his wedding ring off and finds that it is stuck on his hand.  Al comes into the room and tells Max that he has everything and wants to know if Max has all of his things.  Max says that he has everything that he can take and Roxy tells him she doesn’t think he has everything, that there is a Luna tape in the VCR.  Max tells her that giving him those tapes was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for him.  Roxy says that she understands, that Luna was the love of his life and she knows how it feels to lose that.  They look at each other then Max turns and leaves. 

Llanfair

Viki is on the phone with Seth looking for Natalie.  Rex walks into the room and Viki asks him where Natalie is, Rex tells her that Natalie is at the Library studying and he just left her.  Viki tells Rex not to lie to her that she just spoke with Seth and he has been at the library all day and Natalie has not been there at all today.  Rex tells Viki that he and Natalie were on campus and she told him that she was going to the library, Viki stops him and again calls him a liar and wants to know why; she wants to know if Natalie put him up to this.  Rex tells her that he can’t talk now and turns to leave.  Viki tells him that he needs to move out that she has been meaning to talk to him about it for a while.  Rex assumes that he is being thrown out because he is not Jessica’s brother but Viki corrects him and says it is because he has lied to her before and that he has brought this on himself, she says that he has lied to her before and he is lying to her now.  Rex tells her that he may not be Jessica’s brother but he is still very good friends with both Jessica and Natalie, Viki tells him that if he does not tell her where Natalie is and stop lying to her that he is no friend to Natalie.  Rex walks away.

The Palace Hotel

Mitch shows Natalie into a room and tells her that this will be the place where their true marriage begins.  Natalie tells Mitch that she knows they made a deal but that she has a better offer for him, Mitch tells her that he is listening.  Natalie tells him that all that really counts is that they tell the judge that they made love and then Mitch can get the divorce.  Mitch asks her if she means that they can say they did even though they didn’t and Natalie says that no one has to know and will believe whatever they agree to say.  Mitch asks her if she means that even Cristian is to believe that they made love and Natalie says that if it means that Mitch won’t kill Cristian that yes, she would lie to him.  Mitch tells her that she would risk losing Cris and Natalie says she would do anything to keep him alive.  “So you would lie to him to avoid sleeping with me” Mitch looks at her with disdain and Natalie wonders what difference it makes to Mitch, he is only interested in the money and to name his price.  Mitch says that it is a tempting offer.

Palace Bar

Al and Max are at the bar and Al tells him to stop drinking, that he has had too many today and that he can’t afford it anyway.  Max tells him that he will get a job washing dishes.  Al asks him to stop drinking and wonders if Max remembers what happened the last time he got this ripped “You woke up married to Roxy” Max lifts his glass and says “What better way to get unmarried to her” and takes a drink.  Al tells him that he can’t get hammered every time something goes wrong especially when it comes to Roxy.  Max tells him that this is not about Roxy that it is about Al’s mother and Tina, Megan, LeAnn, Maggie, Kelly, Skye, Luna, Blair and Roxy oh heck, put Rene on the list.  Renee walks up and want to know what list, Al says “Dad’s loss column.”  Renee tells Max that he has not lost her that she came through this relatively unscathed but that Max has lost everything and Asa is still in his marriage.  Max asks Renee if she really is not mad at him.  Renee tells him not to go dragging her into any of his half baked schemes anytime soon, and Max asks her if he can talk her into giving him a room until he can pay her for it, Renee tells him that if she had a room it would be his on the house but that the top three floors are closed for renovation and nothing is available.  Renee tells him that he needs to get out there and get things shaking; Al agrees that he needs to take charge of his life and do something.  Max tells Al that he is watching too much Dr Phil and Renee says he really does need a transfusion and to get out and take control of things, like trying to get Roxy back.

Todd’s Penthouse

Todd punches the hit man and goes to Blair.  He wakes Blair up and the hit man goes for Todd telling Blair that he is going to kill them both. 

Llanview Jail

Jennifer tells Cristian that she has done things he just doesn’t understand to keep him and Natalie apart.  She tells him that she overheard him and Natalie talking about how they almost slept together.  She tells him that she was hurt and that she thought that he loved her.  She tells him that she wanted to believe him when he told her that he and Natalie were just friends and that nothing had happened.  Cris tries to assure her that nothing had happened but Jen says that obviously something happened and that is why they fell in love.  Cris tell her that they were having problems and Jen says that “Natalie just moved right in” Cris tells her that it is not Natalie’s fault and Jen wants to know if it was hers, Cristian says that is was no ones fault that it just happened.  Cris says that he tried to tell her that he just could never find a way and then he found out she was pregnant.  They both agree that if she had not lost the baby that they would be married right now.  Jen says “We were not expecting a child” Cris says that he saw the medical records and he knows she was expecting his child and Jen confesses that it was not his child.

Llanfair

Viki is on the phone leaving a message on Natalie’s cell phone. 

Palace Hotel

Mitch asks Natalie if she wants everyone including Cristian to think that they have had marital relations even though they haven’t and Natalie says she will not tell anyone anything different, that she will keep her word that it means a lot to her.   Natalie picks up her phone to call Nora and her phone rings.  Natalie answers it and it is Viki, Natalie says she is fine and at the library and Viki tells her that she knows that she is not at the library and she is worried about her,  it is important that she come home.  Mitch takes the phone from Natalie and hangs up.  He tells her that it was a tempting offer but not nearly as tempting as what they had originally agreed to and that they should get out of their clothes.

Todd’s Penthouse

Blair, the hit man and Todd are struggling as two federal agents burst through the door, Todd tells them that the man is one of Mr. O’Brien’s hit men and the agent tells him that they know who he is as they cuff him.

Palace Bar

Max wants to know if Renee knows the odds on his getting Roxy back and she tells him they are zero if he does nothing.  “It’s more likely that I will be hit by a meteor, which is not a bad thought at the moment.”  Max says Rene tells him to stop crying in his vodka, Al tells him to get over it and Max tells them that he can’t even get the ring off.  Rene hands him a bucket of ice and tells him to stick his hand in, put some soap on it and the ring will come off, to trust her she has done it twice with Asa to go on and give it a try.  Rene asks Al how long Max has been like this and Al tells her that it has been since the judge granted Roxy the divorce, he is really shocked, he didn’t know Max cared about Roxy this much, that he didn’t know Max cared about Roxy at all.  Rene says she has seen Max go through a lot of things but never like this.

Roxy and Max’s

Roxy is throwing pillows and talking to herself “Luna, I trusted you, I thought you would help me, that Max would fall in love with me.  You are a big fat dead liar” suddenly, a painting on the wall starts moving for no reason and Roxy says “ok, you aren’t fat Luna but you are dead and you are a liar. “ Rex walks in and wants to know who Roxy is talking to, she tells him to herself.  Rex wants to know whose suitcase that is and where is she going.  She tells him that she is going to Atlantic City.  Rex wants to know what happened to her and Asa and Roxy tells him that they are through, Rex wants to know if she is crazy that Asa is rich and has everything.  Rex tells Roxy that he has to do and Roxy tells Rex that she got everything in her divorce.  Rex turns and tells her that he is sure she needs him after everything she has gone through and that he will stay with her. 

Llanview Jail

“So the baby wasn’t mine?” Cris asks Jen and she tells him she was just upset, Cris stops her and asks whose baby it was, Jen says it doesn’t matter, Cris tells her that it matters to him.  She tells him that the baby was Al’s and Cris asks her what happened, how she could sleep with Al.  Jen tells him that he was off with Natalie and Cris corrects her and says that he and Natalie were staying apart because of her and they were trying not to hurt her and wants to know how long she has known that the baby was Al's, did she find out after the miscarriage.  Before Jen can answer, Hank comes into the jail and wonders if Jen is there to give Cristian the good news.  Cris wants to know what good news and Hank tells him that he is being released and Nora is getting the paperwork done right now.  Cris wants to know how this happened and Hank is surprised that Jen has not told him, Cris looks at Jen and asks what is going on.

Palace Bar

Al and Rene are both concerned for Max, he walks into the room with his wedding ring in his hand and tells Rene she was right and is surprised at how easily it came off.  Max tells them that he is going to follow their advice and get over it with the help of his Russian friend and picks up the bottle of vodka.  Rene tells Al to keep a close eye on him and then she calls Andrew asking him to come over and help Max.

Roxy and Max’s

Rex tells Roxy not to worry that he will take care of her, that he will move in with her even.  Roxy tells him that she has been on her own before.  She tells Rex that she knows what he cares about and it is not her, it is money.  Roxy wants to know what is up, did Viki throw him out.  Rex denies it and tells Roxy about Natalie’s plan to sleep with Mitch, Roxy wants to know if Viki knows and Rex tells her no.  Roxy grabs her coat, tells Rex that she has something to do and that Rex can stay as she leaves.  Rex calls Shawna and tells her that there is a party at Al Holden’s house, which is now his home.

Todd’s Penthouse

Blair straightens the bed and Todd tells her that they just took the man away.  Todd asks if she is ok and Blair tells him she is fine because of him and wonders why Todd came back.  He tells her that he forgot his wallet and he is glad he did.  Blair tells him that she really thought she was going to die.  Blair wonders how the agents knew to come, that she had not called them.  Todd tells her that after she and Sam were followed that he had the feds watch the place.  Blair tells Todd that he saved her life and that he was her hero.  Todd reassures her that all of the O’Brien guys are gone and that she is safe.  Blair realizes that she is not stuck there anymore and Todd tells her that she is right, she is not stuck, that she can leave anytime she wants.  Blair closes the bedroom door and walks to Todd telling him that the situation may be over but not them and embraces Todd.

Llanview Jail

Hank tells Cris that Jen can fill him in on the details that one of the great things about his job is that you get to see the good guys go free.  Cris asks Jen what is going on, and she tells him she did know but she wanted to tell him about the baby first.  She confessed that she is the reason he is getting released, that she went to the judge and admitted that she lied and Cris wants to know if she has any idea what she has done.

Palace Hotel

Natalie wants to know why Mitch won’t take the money and Mitch tells her it is not about money, Natalie says it can’t be about sex and Mitch tells her it is about revenge.  He goes on that he lost his daughter, his only flesh and blood, Natalie asks if he blames Jessica after what he did to Viki; Mitch tells her that he did what he had to do to Viki, just as he is going to do what he has to do with her.  Natalie wonders why this is so important to him, that he hates her, Mitch goes on to quote “When I sharpen my flashing sword and my hand grasps it in judgment I will take vengeance on my adversaries”   and pushes Natalie on the bed.  “Viki turned Jessica against me and this will turn Viki against you, one daughter for another, what we do here today will be in Vikki’s mind forever and in Cristian’s” He wonders if Natalie thinks she has suffered rejection before, and Natalie begs him not to make her do this, Mitch says he is not “making” her do anything that this is all her choice and Natalie says a choice of whether Cristian lives or dies and Mitch says yes that the choice is in her hands and he takes her silence to mean yes.  He walks away and tells her that he has a belated wedding present for her and hands her a bag telling her he wants her to put it on.  Natalie gets up and takes the bag from Mitch.

Todd’s Penthouse

Starr walks in as Blair is putting on her coat, she asks Blair where she is going, and did she forget that she is supposed to be hiding out.  Blair tells her that the man has been arrested and everything is ok, they can go home.  She tells Starr that they are all going home, that she loves Todd and he loves her and they are all going to be together.
