Troy's loft

After a night of love making, Nora is off to work. As she leaves and they share their, "I love you's" with one another, Troy hears knocking at his outside window. He finds Lindsay out on the fire escape. She is freezing.

The Mill House

Jessica arrives to tell Al that she is leaving. He asks her for how long, and she tells him forever.

The Courthouse hallway

As Jen arrives to testify in court, she sees Mitch wearing a neck brace. They decide it is time for their plan. Inside, Bo and Hank discuss their agreement for Cristian to receive probation, with Natalie and Cristian. They hope the judge will agree with it too. As they touch, Mitch walks in and asks Cristian to take his hands off of his wife.

Todd's Penthouse

Starr finds the latest edition of the Sun as Sam walks off the elevator. Unbeknownst to him, she is really waiting for him, to insure that he walks in on Blair and Todd, who happen to be sleeping in Todd's bed, thanks to Starr's manipulations. Starr exchanges a few words with Sam and then asks him if he wants to go upstairs? She sends him up while telling him to walk right in, because the door is open.

Upstairs, Blair wakes up to realize that she is bed with Todd. Sam walks in. Blair jumps up to show him that her air mattress has a hole in it.

The courtroom

Cristian tells Mitch to back off. Natalie tries to get Mitch to back off, as Nora walks in. She is furious with Natalie and Cristian about being together at Break Bar, and being together in the courtroom. Nora talks to Bo and Hank. Carlotta walks in and blasts Natalie for Cristian's trouble. Jen tells Carlotta it is actually all her fault.

Troy's loft

Troy can't believe that Lindsay stayed out on the fire escape all night. She couldn't go up or down. He wraps her up in a blanket and attempts to check her out, as Lindsay begs him to hold her. Lindsay tells him that if he would be nice to her like he is being right now, she'd do anything for him. Troy smiles.

Later, Troy tells her that he appreciates what she did so that Nora didn't find out about them. Lindsay tells him that if Nora found out, then whatever was going on between them would have to stop and she doesn't want that to happen. He tells her he is glad she is feeling better. She tells him about thinking about being in prison having to stay out there all night. The Mill House

Jessica tells Al that she has to leave because every time her mother sees her, she will see Mitch Laurence and she can't bear that. Al tells her that isn't true because her mother has always loved her. Jessica tells him that Viki never told Clint and she wants to go to London to see him herself. She says she can't live in Llanview when everyone knows that Mitch is her father. The doorbell rings. It's Asa. He is looking for Roxy. He walks in and sees Jessica and her bags. He asks her if she is going somewhere.

Todd's Penthouse

Sam sees the mattress has been punctured and asks Blair if she has any idea how it happened. Blair asks Todd. He makes a remark about being 9 years old, and Blair says that Starr is. She asks Todd if he put her up it? The phone rings. Todd answers it and immediately has to leave to go take care of Mitch Laurence. Blair tells Todd that he cannot go near hear him. Todd asks her what she is going to do about it? He tells her to be very careful because Sam is going to start thinking she cares about him.

The courtroom

Jen tells Carlotta that she is the one that told the police about Cristian hitting Mitch. Cristian tries to tell Carlotta that he had to defend Natalie because of the things Mitch was saying about Natalie. Carlotta explodes. She tells Cristian that Natalie is going to ruin his life. Nora breaks them up and takes Carlotta away to talk to her. The judge comes in and Mitch stands up to address the judge. He wants to her to see him wearing the neck brace. Hank and Nora have agreed to no jail time, however the judge won't hear of it. She wants to hear what happened. She tells Hank to proceed. Cristian asks Nora what is happening and she tells him it isn't good.

The Mill House

Jessica tells Asa that she is going to London to see Clint. Asa is ecstatic. He asks her about school, but Al interjects that they are on spring break. Asa sends his regards to Clint and to Roxy. He turns to leave and Jessica runs after him to tell him she loves him.

Troy's loft

Troy asks Lindsay about her escape with Allison and being held hostage by her. Lindsay continues to lie about the circumstances around her escape and tells Troy that Allison planned the whole thing and she was terrified of her.

Todd's Penthouse

Sam tells Blair it is all right that she cares about Todd. They talk about what has happened and she hugs him and thanks him. Sam tells her that he has found a place for them to spend a night together all alone. He leaves. Starr walks in and asks Blair how it felt to sleep in the same bed with her dad. The courtroom

Shawna intercepts Todd as he arrives at the courthouse. She tells Todd she would love to work for him and she would do anything to make that happen. Todd blows her off.

Inside the courtroom, Mitch tells the judge that the doctor told him that it was by the grace of God that his jaw wasn't shattered. Nora objects but the judge lets him continue. Mitch tells the judge that Cristian threatened to kill him in front of the Police Commissioner. As Mitch continues to pour it on thick, the judge asks Bo if it is true that Cristian threatened him. Bo tells the judge that what really took place, was being blown way out of proportion. He tells the judge his version of what happened and who and what Mitch Laurence is.

Mitch resumes his testimony and tells the judge that Cristian threatened to kill him again at Break Bar and Todd stands up and says it is too bad he didn't!

The Mill House

Roxy tells Jessica she is sorry about Mitch Laurence being her father. Jessica realizes Roxy was eavesdropping on them. Al asks her why she was hiding from Asa and why would he want to steal her away. Roxy tells Asa is nuts about her. Al tells her she is nuts. Roxy apologizes to Jessica for being a bad mother and treating her so badly. She excuses herself and tells Al and Jessica that she will go fix some hot chocolate. Al asks Jessica if she is going to call her mom and tell her good-bye. She tells him she is not going to call her mom. Jessica asks Al to go to the airport and pick up her ticket. Al surprises her and tells her that he will go with her.

The courtroom

The judge tells Mr. Manning to sit down. Rex testifies next and then Jen tells the court that Cristian beat Mitch up pretty bad. Cristian takes the stand and tries to convince the judge that Mitch Laurence provoked him. The judge calls a recess and tells the courtroom she will be back with her ruling.

During the recess, Jen pretends to be talking to someone on her cell phone, in the restroom, when Judge Fitzwater comes in. She overhears Jen tell someone that Cristian admitted he would kill Mitch as soon as he is free. Judge Fitzwater leaves. Jen leaves bragging about taking care of Cristian for a while. As the restroom clears, Shawna walks out of one of the stalls. She is dumbfounded, but only for a moment.

Inside the courtroom, Todd leans over and starts to tell Mitch that he is going to show him what real pain is, while the judge sentences Cristian to 30 days in jail. Jen smiles. Mitch turns around and smiles at Todd. Carlotta is beside herself. Then Natalie walks up to him, looking very torn, while Jen stands behind them and smiles.

The Mill House

Jessica thanks Al for his offer and tells him she needs to do this alone. He leaves the room for a moment. She waits for him to return. . .

Troy's loft

Lindsay turns around as she is leaving and asks Troy when they are going to be together again. He tells her soon, real soon. She leaves. Troy goes back inside and makes a phone call to St. Anne's, asking about making an appointment to speak to one of their patients, Allison Perkins. . .

Todd's Penthouse

Blair tells Starr that she can tell her that daddy made her put a hole in the air mattress. Starr tells Blair that he didn't and she proclaims she did it all be herself. She tells Blair that she wants them back together. She tells Blair that she still loves him. Blair denies it. Starr asks her who is lying now. . .

The courtroom

In the hallway outside, Todd makes an impassioned plea with someone on his cell phone to find out everything about Judge Fitzwater, telling the person on the phone that someone got to her and he wants to know who it was. Shawna walks up behind him and taps him on the shoulder. She tells him she knows who it was! Jen walks out of the courtroom smiling. Mitch walks out after her and turns around to look at Todd, before he leaves. Todd looks as if he knows too. . .
