THE GANNON-VEGA-REYNOLDS FIASCO:

Secrets and lies....exposed!

We open with Antonio scurrying through the hospital halls. Just as he is about to knock on Keri's door, Dr. Konklin comes out. Antonio asks her how Keri is doing, and the doctor tells him that she is fine. He asks how the baby is doing, and she tells him that she was on her way into the neonatal unit to check on her when he came up.

Liz walks in at that point and asks the doctor if she can join her. The two women leave, and Antonio heads back towards Keri's room, only to be intercepted once again by RJ. He rudely tells Antonio that he's not wanted there, and Antonio's glance past RJ's shoulders is met with Keri's icy stare.

Keri calls her father and he smugly tells Antonio that his daughter is calling, so see ya...buh-bye!

Antonio heads to the neonatal unit, where he overhears the doctor telling Liz that the baby's lungs are well-developed and she is being removed from the respirator as they speak. She leaves, and Antonio and Liz face each other in awkward silence.

Antonio asks Liz how Keri is doing, and Liz tells him that RJ won't let her near Keri. Antonio says that Keri hates him. Liz tells him that this is all her fault. Antonio tells her that he played a part in it, too. She says that she made all the decisions, and...well, now Keri hates her, but she'll forgive Antonio one day. At that point a nurse approaches, telling Antonio that she was with Keri when she delivered and she asked her to give Antonio her jewelry. He opens the envelope, and is heartbroken to see the engagement ring included in its contents.

Antonio manages to sneak an opportunity to see Keri without RJ around, and tries to apologize. He tells her that he wishes he could go back in time..
Keri tells him that he can't.  He tells her that he still loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Then he holds out the engagement ring and pleads with her to put it back on her finger. She tells him to get out.

Out in the hall, Liz drops her purse and bends to pick up the fallen items. RJ bends to help her, and there is a thick cloud of regret hanging over them.
Liz tells her that he was right about how secrets can destroy lives.  She had tried to protect everyone with her secret, but...

"Instead you broke everyone's heart, "RJ continues for her. She sadly nods in agreement. She tells him that she was hoping he was still willing to help her raise the baby, but since Antonio is the father, she supposes it's out of the question.

RJ tells her that he wants no part of the baby, and he can't have anything to do with her anymore. They sadly part ways.

LLANVIEW PD BLUE: CROSSOVER MAYHEM!

The Llanview Police Station was buzzing with action today, people! Almost every character on the show today had a reason to be in the precinct. Let me try and sort it all out for you.

Story A:

Bo and Gabby are locking lips in his office. They tell each other how much they've missed each other. Bo tells her that soon, things will calm down and they'll have more time to spend doing nothing but enjoying each other.
Jen Rappaport is floating in and out of consciousness, but from the skits of dnfo she has been able to give him, Bo is confident that Jen may be the key to putting Mitch away.

Just as he says that, Bo's phone rings, and Gabrielle groans. Bo takes the call, telling the party on the other end to give him a minute then send him in.  Gabby steals another kiss from Bo.

Out in the reception area, Nora is beating the living daylights out of the precinct's water cooler, and Hank comes over, telling her to stop or he'll have to bring her up on assault charges. They get into a discussion about her problems with Troy, and Hank tells her that he may have an offer for her that might help her get her mind off of her troubles.

He tells her that his Assistant District Attorney just resigned, and the slot is open. Is she interested? After all, they made a great team in the old days.
Nora tells him to give her some time to think it over. He tells her fine, but he needs to fill the position immediately. She tells him to give her until the end of the day.
Just a brief break from the precinct circus....

SUPERBROOMS UNITED!!

Loonsey is passed out over her daughter's sleeping body. Jen slowly starts to awake, and the closer she gets to consciousness, the more panicked she becomes. Lindsay jumps up and starts to calm Jen down. Jen keeps saying that the y have to go to the police, and Lindsay keeps telling her that she has to get some rest first.

Jen tells her that she can't rest now, they have to stop Mitch Lawrence because he's going to do something horrible to Natalie and Jessica. Lindsay tells her that she's gotten into enough danger already. They argue for a little bit, and at that point, Al comes in. Loonsey warns Al not to upset Jen after Jen convinces her to leave them alone and call the police.

Al asks her how she's doing, and she thanks him for saving her life. They
actually hold a mature, civil conversation, and Al says that maybe, in light of his rescuing Jen from the cold, they could call it even. She stops holding the fire over his head, and he'll stop....

Jen interrupts him and tells him with a smile, that his request is a fair one. Besides, everything has changed now. Al asks her how she wound up in the snow, half-naked. Jen tells him everything she knew. He asks her how she got to Mitch's half-naked, and she flips on him. What is he implying?

He asks her if she's still working with Mitch, and she becomes even more agitated. She tells him that she's NOT working with Mitch. She went there to try and do some good. She thought maybe she could find something on him that would nail him for all that he was doing to Cristian.

Now it's Al's turn to flip out. So THAT'S what this is all about! It's about Cris! She doesn't give a damn about the Buchanan girls. Then it's back to the drawing board for these two, people. Jen starts to tell him that he's a jerk, and he says he is. But she's no better than he is. She defends herself against that, saying that she has the sense not to go chasing after what she can never have. He tells her, maybe not, but when she wants something, she
goes after it, and she'll use people to get it. Furthermore, when she's done using them, she just crumples them up and tosses them aside.

Jen tells him that he's a jerk. He says, yes he is, whenever he's around her. And guess what, Jen? He doesn't want to be a jerk anymore. With that, he leaves her for the last time.
Way to go, Al.

BUCHANAN LODGE:

Officer Nailer goes inside the lodge and calls out for Natalie and Cris. When he gets no response, he dials the precinct and starts to tell one of his co-workers to let Bo know that there was no one there. Before he can finish his sentence, Todd whacks him on the back of his head and he passes out.

Todd calls out to Nat, and when he too, receives no answer, he goes out front. There, he notices footprints in the snow and he follows them.

They lead to the car that Nat and Cris are stuck sitting in, trying to make it work so they can get Natalie to a doctor. Natalie tries to convince him to abandon the idea, but he won't. He gets out to look for help, and Natalie gets out in her feverish state to look under the hood of the car. A few minutes later, Cris returns and asks her what she's doing. She tells him that she knows something about cars, so she tried to see what she could do.

They get back in the car, where Todd walks up and snatches the keys.

LLANVIEW PD BLUE: THE MAYHEM CONTINUES....

As Gabby accepts that she has to let Bo get back to work, Mitch Lawrence comes barging in, demanding to know where his wife is. Bo asks him why he barged into his office, and Mitch snaps that it was Bo who summoned HIM, so he assumed that it was to divulge some info on Nat's whereabouts.

Bo says he doesn't, but he has some other questions for him. He tells of Jen's account of her visit to the Lawrence household, which Mitch contradicts, and Bo produces the medical files and the monogrammed scarf.

He explains that he is next of kin to both Nat and Jess, he has a right to have them. Bo tells him not if the girls don't want him to. He explains that the scarf is his and he loaned it to Jen for warmth. He would like his things back now. Bo says, nope, they're evidence. Sue me for them.

Mitch walks away mad, as the horror music chimes in the background.
