Llanview Hospital

Keri is brought to the hospital in pre-mature labor, as they rush her into a room asking if Antonio is the father Keri tells the doctor she wants to do this alone.

Saint James Community Center

“No matter how bad things look right now, remember this, they can always get worse.”

Joey and Jessica come in bringing blankets for the homeless.  Andrew tells them that they have had a lot of donations and they can really help some people tonight.  Joey looks in the donation box and finds it empty.  Flash sees this and walks out the door.

Llanview Hospital Sunroom

Troy walks in looking lost and sits in a chair.  He begins to think about his encounter with Nora and all she said to him. Emily comes in bringing him something to eat telling him he needs to eat; after all he is getting married in 4 days.  Troy tells her there isn’t going to be a wedding and Emily wants to know why, Troy tells her that Nora found out about him and Lindsay.  Emily holds him.

“The worst of the storm may be over, but not for everybody, some of us are going to be feeling it for a long time.”

Troy looks over Emily’s shoulder to see Lindsay standing in the doorway.

Llanview Police Station

Hank is taking Nora’s coat off and thanking her for coming, Nora tells him “Anything for you, what do you want?” Hank looks at her oddly and  asks her if this is a new look,  Nora is confused and wonders what he is talking about, Hank tells her she has on two different earrings and then wonders what is wrong with her.  She tells him she has a lot of work and stuff, Hank reminds her that she also has a wedding coming up and Nora starts to tell him the wedding is off and Todd rushes in telling Hank they have to talk now about his kids.

Blair’s House

Mitch is walking towards the terrace door with Starr in his arms as Blair walks into the room.  Blair tells him to put her daughter down and Mitch turns telling her that she is in no position to tell him what to do. 

Mitch’s House

Bo and several policemen are walking through the house in the dark carrying flashlights and Bo is telling them to look for papers, documents anything that looks suspicious, if it even looks interesting Bo wants to see it.   Sam comes in and Bo wants to know why he is there, Sam tells Bo that his daughter is in the hospital because of Mitch Lawrence and Bo tells him they were trying not to tip Mitch off that anyone was in the house.  Sam tells him not to worry that he parked around the corner next to Bo’s car.   Bo lets him stay and wants to know how Jen is, Sam tells him that she is sleeping but he can’t help thinking about what may have happened if Al had not found her, what did Mitch do to scare her so much that she ran out into a snow storm in only a flimsy robe, he tells Bo he wants Mitch behind bars.  Bo tells him he is with him on that one but what he really wonders is what Jen was doing here in the first place.  

An officer tells Bo he has found something and is holding a broken mug in his hand.  Sam rushes over saying that it is evidence of a struggle but Bo tells him they will have to hear it from Jen first, it doesn’t seem like Mitch’s style, he likes to keep his hands clean. 

Blair’s House

“Stay right where you are if you value your daughter’s life” Mitch tells Blair as she starts towards him.  Blair asks him what he wants and Starr wakes up and struggles with Mitch.  Mitch tries to calm her and tells her to stop he is only taking her to her father; Starr continues to struggles and tells him that her father hates him.  Starr gets away and runs to Blair.  Blair tells Mitch that she knows who he is and wants to know what he wants with them.   Mitch tells her not to upset Starr, that she won’t be gone long, Blair tells him that Starr is not going anywhere but Mitch tells her he needs Todd to do something for him and he won’t do it unless Mitch has some leverage.  Blair tells him that he is not taking her daughter and Mitch says that he can take the baby instead.  Blair tells him that he will touch her children over her dead body and Mitch takes out a gun.    Blair tells him that if he needs a bargaining chip with Todd then he can take her.

Llanview Police Station

A man walks in behind Todd and Todd asks him if he took the scenic route.  Todd tells Hank that this is his new lawyer and Hank wants to know what this is all about.  Todd wants to know if the restraining order Blair had on him is still in effect, that he plans to take the kids on a trip and he doesn’t want the police hassling him about it.  Hank wonders why Todd has his lawyer with him and Todd tells him in case there are problems.  Nora asks Todd if he is expecting problems and Todd says he knows how they always screw things up, he then tells Hank everything is fine between he and Blair and that they are getting married, he pulls out the license and shows Hank and Nora that both he and Blair have signed it.   Nora asks Todd if they are getting married then why is he taking the kids away, Todd tells her that Blair needs some alone time, to plan their wedding, Nora should know all about what the is since she is about to get married.  Hank tells Todd that he came down for nothing that Blair has already called and wants the restraining order back in place and that she may press charges against Todd for fraud and false pretenses.  Todd grabs the license back and looks at his lawyer asking him if he is just going to stand there, the attorney tells him they need to discuss this and Todd says maybe they need to discuss his getting a new lawyer.

Hank apologizes to Nora for Todd bringing up her wedding and Nora tells him not to worry about it, she will have to get used to that and that she really has a lot of phone calls to make.  Hank offers to do that for her but Nora tells him that he has enough on his plate.  Hank suggests that she have someone else do this but Nora tells him that she is fine, not to worry about her.  Hank tells her how sorry he is that things didn’t work out and asks her to come for coffee with him, that he wants to help her but Nora tells him that there is nothing anyone can do.  Hank says that he knew that there were issues but he thought that she and Troy had worked through them, Nora told him that so did she, but that she should have seen this one coming.

Llanview Hospital Sunroom

Troy asks Lindsay what she wants and Lindsay says she came to thank him.  Emily asks Lindsay if she is crazy and tells her to get out of here, Lindsay tells her that she doesn’t understand and Emily replies that she understands that Lindsay has ruined her brother’s life.  Lindsay tells her that this is about her daughter, that she could have died but Troy saved her life, Troy tells her that any other doctor would have done the same thing, Lindsay’s tells him that it wasn’t any other doctor that it was him and she owes him, she would do anything for him. Emily asks her if she hasn’t done enough already and to leave him alone.  Troy asks Emily to leave telling her that he will handle it.  Troy tells Lindsay that he told her daughter would be alright, she thanked him and that’s all they have to say to each other.  Lindsay tells him that it is not all they have to say,

Llanview Labor and Delivery

Dr Conklin tells Keri to hang in there, Keri wants to know why the medication isn’t working and Dr Conklin tells her to give it a chance, the medication will stop the contractions if it isn’t too late.  Keri begs her to save the baby.   Dr Conklin tells her they will do everything they can. 

RJ is in the hall yelling at Antonio “You knew that Keri wasn’t supposed to be under any stress, I told you, but do you listen, no, you decide to violate my rights, lock me up, and then run off and try to satisfy your sense of honor.  You wouldn’t know honor if it were tattooed across your forehead.”  Antonio tells him that he has no time for RJ’s ranting right now that his only focus is on Keri.  Liz jumps in and tells RJ to stop it Keri is not going to lose this baby.  She tells him to not blame Antonio that RJ was going to tell her anyway, she told them both to leave it alone because something bad would happen but neither would listen to her, that she knew something like this would happen and now both of her daughters were in danger.  Antonio apologized to Liz and says he didn’t think anything like this would happen.  RJ tells him that is because he never thinks and if something happens to his daughter that he will hold Antonio responsible.

Keri is in full on labor and Dr Conklin tells her to breath, a nurse tells the doctor that the contractions are a minute apart and the doctor asks Keri if she is sure she doesn’t want someone in here.  Keri tells her again she doesn’t want to see anyone.  The doctor goes to the bed, lifts the sheet and tells the nurse to get the neonatal team ready then tells Keri to get ready that the baby is about to be born. 

Blair’s House

Blair tells Mitch that if he needs a bargaining chip with Todd to take her and that Todd will give him anything he wants.  Mitch tells her that he understands that they have been locked in a very bitter custody dispute.  Blair tells him that is not the case anymore, that as of tonight they have decided to get married again.  Mitch looks at Starr and asks if that is the truth, are her parents getting back together, before Starr can answer Blair tells her to tell Mitch that it is true that they fight, but they love each other and no matter how much they fight, they still love each other, Starr says that it is true, they love each other very much.  Blair says that he doesn’t need Starr, he can just take her and Todd will do anything.  Mitch says he may take both of them, Blair tells Mitch that Todd doesn’t really care about Starr that she isn’t even Todd’s.  Mitch wants to know what she means and Blair tells him she is adopted, that both of their children are adopted, that Todd only wanted the children to hurt Blair, so her children can’t give him the power he needs but she can and she will cooperate with him, so he should just take her, Todd will do anything for her.

Mitch’s House

Bo says there has to be something here, as a police officer call him to the hallway telling him there are files in there.  Bo looks and finds the medical records on Jessica and Natalie. 

Community Center

 “What kind of a lowlife would steal money from a donation box” asks Jessica Joey tells her it was probably someone who was really desperate.  Andrews cell phone rings and it is Hank telling Andrew that they picked up a suspect outside of the center with cash and some of the missing items from St. James.  Andrew thanks him for the quick work.  Hank wants Andrew to come down to file a report and press charges but Andrew tells him he can’t right now but will send Joey, he is the new curate and that he can take care of it.  Hank is delighted that Joey is back in town and says that will be fine.  Andrew hangs up and asks Joey to go down to take care of things.

Llanview Police Station

“I don’t care what you think, I didn’t do it, and that stuff was planted on me” Flash tells the officer.

“A storm like this can bring out the best in people, and the worst. “ Flash yells shut up and the police officer wants to know who she is talking to, she tells him they guy on the radio.

“It’s not too late to turn it around, get out there give your best and the best will come back to you.”

Flash jumps up to turn off the radio saying what a crock, the police officer tells her to sit down. 

Llanview Hospital Labor and Delivery

A nurse comes out of Keri’s room saying she will make sure neonatal is ready.  Liz realizes that Keri is in labor.  In Keri’s room, Dr Conklin is telling her to push, she is almost there, a baby cries and Dr Conklin says it’s a girl.  Keri asks if the baby is ok, will she make it.

Blair’s House

Todd bangs on the door yelling for Blair to open up; he threatens to kick the door down if she doesn’t answer.  Todd pushes on the door and realizes it is unlocked and walks in yelling for Blair, as he walks around yelling for Blair he hears something.  Starr is locked in a closet.  Starr yells for him to help her, Todd lets her out and tells Todd that the bad man did it.  Todd tells Starr to stop making up stories, they have talked about this, he wants to know where Blair is and Starr tells him she doesn’t know where the bad man took her.  Todd goes upstairs yelling for Blair.

Mitch’s House

Mitch takes Blair towards his house telling her not to try anything stupid that he is sure she is aware of what a gun can do.  They hear voices and Mitch pulls her to the side of the house as Bo, Sam and the policemen come out carrying Mitch’s files.  One of the officers asks if Bo wants him to check the grounds one more time and is told it was just done.  Bo says he wants to get the files to the station and they leave.  Mitch pulls Blair into the house after they leave.

Llanview Labor and Delivery

Liz is pacing as Hank and Nora come in.  Liz tells them that Keri is in labor and Hank wants to know why she isn’t in there with Keri, Liz tells him that Keri didn’t want her in there.  Antonio tells them that she said she wanted to do this herself and Nora says that women in labor say lots of things they don’t mean, RJ speaks up and says that Keri did mean it.  Dr Conklin comes out of the room and tells them that Keri is alright and that the baby is on a ventilator until her lungs mature.  Antonio asks if they can see her and is told that she is in neonatal ICU and can’t be seen yet, he then asks if they can see Keri and Dr Conklin tells him that Keri doesn’t want to see anyone.  RJ asks if he can go in but is told Keri said no one and that is her decision.  Dr Conklin goes back into Keri’s room and Nora realizes something is wrong and tells them all she will wait in the sunroom until she can see Keri.

Llanview Hospital Sunroom

Troy tells Lindsay that he is not interested in anything she has to ash and starts to leave the room.  Lindsay tells him he must be kidding after all they have been through and Troy tells her that he is finished with her.  Lindsay says now she understands this is the part where he tells her how much he hates her and they argue and struggle and end up together on the couch.  Troy tells her she is sick, and Lindsay tells him he is sicker.  Troy tells her she is probably right since he is the one who puts up with her and she tells him he puts up with it because when he is with her it is the best he has ever had.  Nora walks up in time to hear and Troy turns to see her standing in the doorway.  He asks her to talk and Nora tells him to go off with Lindsay because they really deserve each other.  Troy’s pager goes off and he has to go take care of an emergency, he asks Nora to wait for him so that they can talk and leaves.

Lindsay walks to Nora and tells her it’s time they had a little talk.  Nora wonders what she could possibly have to say to Lindsay and Lindsay replies that maybe a thank you is in order. Nora wonders what she has to thank Lindsay for, Lindsay tells her that in a few days she would have been married to Troy and sharing him with Lindsay, finding out before the wedding saved her from having to get a messy divorce.

Llanview Police Station

Bo is telling the officers to take all of the evidence into his office that he will look it all over.  Joey walks in and tells him hello.  Bo wants to know when he got home and Joey tells him that he came in with the storm, and that there is more, Jessica is home too. Bo wonders how Jessica is doing and Joey tells him she seems to be ok and Bo tells him that both Jessica and Viki really need him right now. Bo wants to know if that situation is what brought Joey back to town and Joey explains that Andrew pulled some strings and that he is the new curate at St James, that actually he was just at the3 community center and someone stole some money from the donation box.  Joey turns around to see Flash and says “So it was you” Flash asks what’s up and Bo wants to know if they know each other.  Joey tells him that they have met; Flash denies doing anything that someone gave it to her.  Bo asks if Andrew wants to press charges and Joey tells him that Andrew left it up to him.  Flash starts to act out and says that Joey has had it out for her since they first met, Joey turns to Bo and tells him he won’t press charges and Bo releases Flash into Joey’s custody.  Joey tells Flash that she is coming with him to the community center.

Blair’s House

Todd comes down the stairs and Starr tells him she told him that Blair wasn’t up there; Todd mentions that Jack is alone and Heddy isn’t here.  Starr tells Todd that the bad guy left and took Blair.  Todd tells her “For the millionth time, there is no bad guy, Suzanne is alive and your mother wasn’t in any danger.”  Starr tells him that she is not Jack and she understands that he told those lies and did all of those things because he loves Blair and wanted to get Blair back.  She points out that she didn’t lock herself in the closet and that tonight that creepy guy came and tried to take her but Blair told him to take her instead, Todd wants to know what guy and Starr tells him the guy that was on the front of the paper, the guy he hates.  Todd realizes that it is Mitch and tells Starr that he believes her.

Mitch’s House

Mitch pulls Blair into the house and tells her not one word, he checks and says the police are gone but that they will be back so there isn’t much time.  Blair asks where he is taking her and he tells her she will find out but first he has to tie up a few loose ends.

Llanview Hospital Sunroom

Nora tells Lindsay that if she wants a thank you, then ok, thank you and starts to walk away.  Lindsay goes after her and says that she doesn’t really mean it but Nora says that she does, Lindsay is right she did save Nora from marrying Troy and that would have been the worst mistake of her life.  Lindsay tells Nora that she has always thought so, Nora tells her that Lindsay has now convinced her of that fact absolutely, but the best part is that there is no more Lindsay, no more sneak attacks, no more comments and that really makes Nora feel great to finally be rid of Lindsay.  Lindsay asks Nora if she really expects her to believe that this isn’t bothering Nora and Nora tells her she really doesn’t care what Lindsay believes.  Lindsay tells her that she won, Nora congratulates her and Lindsay says she knows how much Nora must hate that, Nora tells her to believe whatever she wants and Lindsay tells her that she knows how bad it feels to be on the losing end, like when Nora got Sam and Bo.  Nora tells her that she isn’t Lindsay but Lindsay tells her that she bets Nora wishes she were Lindsay because Lindsay has what Nora wants. 

Nora walks to Lindsay and tells her that she has finally figured out what this is all about, that this is not about Troy or Bo or Sam that this is about Nora, about Lindsay wanting to hurt Nora.  Nora tells her that Lindsay can’t hurt her if she doesn’t let her and she isn’t letting her anymore.  Nora tells her she realizes it must frustrate Lindsay but that she is moving on.  “I’m not you Lindsay, but you can be me” Nora says as she hands Lindsay her wedding invitation “Just cross out my name and write in yours and you can have my old life with Troy, I hope it brings you as much happiness as it brought me.”  Nora then walks away.

Labor

Liz tells Hank he can’t believe the baby is here, that she thought this day would be so different.   RJ says it should have been and could have been, Hank tells RJ to take it easy and RJ tell him he would like to but that his daughter is lying in the hospital in who knows what kind of condition because of Liz and Antonio.  Liz tells him that it is her daughter too and so is the baby and she is scared for both of them.  Dr Conklin comes out of the room and Liz asks her how the girls are doing, Dr Conklin tells her that Keri is fine but it is too soon to tell about the baby.   Antonio asks if Liz can see Keri and Dr Conklin tell them Keri is asking for her father.

RJ goes in to see Keri and she is crying, RJ tells her that it will be alright, that he tried to stop it and Keri wants to know if he knows, RJ tells her that yes, he knows everything, Keri wants to know if he knew and kept it from her an RJ explains that he just found out himself and he can’t believe it either.  Keri wonders how they could do this, her mother and her fiancé, RJ tells her he doesn’t know, Keri tells him she doesn’t want to see either one of them again and RJ tells her to consider it done.

Saint James Community Center

“Nothing like home on a night like tonight so if you are away from home, make that call and let them know you care and hey, home doesn’t have to just be family, friends count too, anybody who has touched your heart.”

Jessica asks Andrew who this “voice of the night” guy is anyway, Andrew tells her he doesn’t know why she asks and Jessica tells him there is something about him, or maybe he is just saying something she needs to hear. 

Joey and Flash walk in arguing about Flash going back into the center.  Joey tells her she will go in or he is taking her back to the police station, Flash tells him she will give the money and stuff back but Joey tells her she is doing a lot more than that, she is going to help out here.  He introduces her to Jessica and tells her to start helping pass things out. 

Llanview Police Station

Bo and Sam wonder what the files are about, there are files for Jessica and Natalie’s DNA plus medical histories, organ donor information, they both wonder what he is up to and know they have to find out fast.

Mitch calls the old man and tells him to hang on just a little longer, the old man tells him to hurry and looks down at a medical file on his lap, and it is Jessica’s.

Blair’s House

Todd asks Starr if she is sure that it was Mitch Lawrence, and she says yes, is he going to call the police, Todd tells her no that they will just screw things up.  The phone rings and Todd answers, it is Mitch and Todd demands to know where Blair is, Mitch tells him that she is a here with him and that she looks sooooo good. Blair is tied up in her bra and panties.
