The Llanview Police Department

Gabrielle comes into Bo's office hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst, in having to go to Statesville Prison, after she helped Todd lie about baby Jack. She is worried about Bo and Hank's meeting and Bo informs her that there are not going to be any formal charges drawn up. Gabrielle is so overjoyed that she impulsively hugs Bo, all to Niki's chagrin as she watches Bo and Gabrielle through his outer office window.

Llanfair

Jessica greets Rex in the morning by asking how he slept.  He is in awe of his sudden surroundings and raves about the bed in his room. She asks him what he would like for breakfast and he tells her he has already had breakfast and proceeds to tell her all about it.  The doorbell rings and Jessica answers the door.  It's Al. He is about to come unglued at the seams telling her about his dad and her mother. She already knows much to his disbelief until he figures it out, that Natalie must have told her about Las Vegas. Jessica cannot believe what Max did, and asks Al what could have made Max drink so much to leave him in such a state?  Al tells her it is his entire fault that this mess happened. As they talk, Rex walks into the foyer and Jessica introduces them.

The Llanview Police Department

Gabrielle is so overcome with joy and she and Bo part as they almost kiss. She asks him how he got Blair to drop the charges and he tells her that since Blair wasn't going to press charges against Todd, there was no case against Gabrielle. In her genuine way of thanking Bo, she invites him to lunch, but tells him she must go by the Mill House first to see if Al got all moved in. As she and Bo are unaware that the eavesdropping Niki is watching them outside his office, Asa shows up and demands to know why she is spying on Bo.  She tells Asa that Bo and Gabrielle are still together, and berates him for not doing anything about it, like he said he would.

The Student Union

Jen and Chris are studying together when she decides they need a break and she needs coffee.  As she leaves, Christian notices Natalie studying across the room. He approaches her and asks her how she is doing.  She said she is ready for the final.  He tells her he meant how is she doing personally since they all got back from Las Vegas.  She tells him she is fabulous because she got to see her brother last night.

As they continue talking about her brother Rex, Chris says to Natalie, that "we" will have a great time this summer, and Jen overhears him, and asks, "we will?"  So they explain to Jen about Rex and how they will all get together for the summer and do things with each other.  Jen is not too pleased, and Natalie senses as much, enough to make a comment to Jen about it.  As Natalie accuses Jen of wanting to have Christian all to herself, Jen doesn't really deny it, but agrees that it would be nice to spend time hanging out with Christian's friends.  They decide to study together.

The Mill House

Max calls Nora.  He is frantic.  He reaches her answering machine.  He tells Nora he is on his way over immediately.  As he opens the door, Roxy is there, with breakfast!  She bought him doughnuts.  Roxy begins to tell him about all of the flavors she bought, because she didn't know what her bridegroom liked as far as his doughnuts were concerned.  Max could care less.  Max snaps at her, and she tells him he must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed, and then proceeds to tell him, it is his fault, since he locked her out of the bridal suite.  Max is beside himself.  He blames everything on being drunk.

Llanfair

Al tells Jessica that it is because of him Max is in this mess. He said he had gone to Las Vegas to follow Jen and when Max found out, he tried to stop him by coming there to bring him home. He explains how everything happened, and tells Jessica that he doesn't want to be within a 100 feet when his mom finds out. They chat a while longer and then they leave to go take their final exam.

The Mill House

Max tells Roxy to leave over and over again. He tells her she is in denial. Then she tells him that if she is forced to do this, she will get his house, his bar and a cool half a million every year from him. As Roxy throws her own fit, she goes to throw him out, and opens the door to find Gabrielle standing there.

Gabrielle thinks Max hired a new maid and asks Max about how Al is doing after moving in. Max tells her that Al changed his mind. Roxy, having heard enough, asks Gabrielle to leave so Max can spend some time with his new bride! "New bride!" Gabrielle asks. As they argue about what has transpired, Max insults Gabrielle by telling her that Roxy is more of a woman than she will ever be, and tells her to leave. She does. However, Roxy has misunderstood all of his conversation, and he yells at Roxy that he lied. He tells Roxy he told Gabrielle those lies so that she wouldn't throw it in his face that he just made the biggest mistake of his life. Roxy is crushed.

The Llanview Police Department

Asa tells Viki/Niki that he enlisted Rae Cummings help, but Niki spouts off that Rae is incompetent.  Asa asks Viki/Niki, "She's what?" Niki covers very neatly and tells Asa that only family should take care of family problems. He tells her she isn't family and she corrects him immediately, and tells Asa she is family.  Bo is after all, her brother-in-law.  Asa finally tells Viki/Niki, that the only way she will get rid of Gabrielle is to kill her! Niki thinks about his remark.  Asa leaves without seeing Bo.  Niki ponders the situation over in her head, mumbling to herself about killing her, as Bo walks out of his office.  She offers to take him to lunch.  He declines and tells her that he is having lunch with Gabrielle.  As he leaves, Niki, unbeknownst to any member of the Llanview Police Department, searches for a method to eliminate Gabrielle. She finds an empty supply closet and in it she finds a box of rat poison.  Her problems are solved!  She quickly goes back to Bo's office to doctor up some coffee and wait.

The Millhouse

Rex shows up at Max's new house, after locating his address from R.J. at his club.  He rings and Roxy answers, very rude and demands that he leave and she slams the door in his face.  Rex rings the bell again, and she answers very rudely again.  She demands to know who he is and what he wants!

The Student Union

Chris begins to have trouble remembering key terms in regards to their final. Natalie makes a gesture of kindness to all of us, except Jen, about what each term means and Jen is less than thrilled about Natalie tutoring Christian about anything.  Having trouble with Natalie's intrusion, Jen goes to get more coffee and runs into Al, and of course she starts whining about having to spend time with people she doesn't want to, as Al looks up and sees Christian and Natalie.  Al is not at all happy seeing them together.

Common Grounds

As Chad sits down at the coffee shop he decides to call Blair and find out how he really is after their encounter the night before.  He asks her how she is, and tells her that he feels bad about what did and didn't almost happen.  As he ends his conversation with her, he hangs up and Todd is sitting there.

Todd stands up and introduces himself to Chad. He asks Chad what he meant on the phone before and then threatens Chad as well. Chad tells Todd that nothing happened. Once Blair took her clothes off, he knew how drunk she was. And the proceeds to tell Todd that he probably deserves for someone like Blair to run off with another guy. As Todd begins to process all of this new information he threatens Chad and tells him to leave. Chad immediately calls Blair only to receive her voice mail.

At Blair's Mansion

As Blair gets out of the shower she misses Chad's warning about Todd knowing the truth about what had happened the night before.  Determined to sleep off her hangover, she drinks the concoction Sam made her, and falls back into bed.  As she does, Todd walks in on her!

The Llanview Police Department

As Gabrielle returns to find Bo, she walks into his office only to find Viki/Niki.  Niki begins to pour on the charm! (Oh, gag me!) Niki tells Gabrielle that their feud is mostly her fault and asks Gabrielle if they can sit and chat over some coffee.  She offers the cup of coffee that she doctored to Gabrielle.
