The Funhouse

Troy wonders what happened to the ‘little munchkin’ who is going to save him. He hears a truck outside but when he calls out for help, the truck drives away. Troy becomes delusional from the effects of the spider poison. He is afraid nobody is coming to rescue him.

Capricorn

Jen and Cris confess to Sam that Lindsay is not in Paris getting married to Troy. Jen tells him that she ran into her mother at the hospital. Lindsay was behaving strangely and Jen is worried. She tells Sam that Troy was cheating on Lindsay – maybe Nora knows what is going on.

Sam assures Jen he will find Lindsay and get to the bottom of the mystery. He takes off to look for Lindsay. A guy tries to pick up Jen. When she turns him down, he gets physical and Cris has to step in and play hero.

Cris gets rid of the guy and Jen thanks him for helping her. ‘Their’ song begins to play and both remember their rendezvous at the quarry. Jen says she will never forget him and tries to walk away but they are drawn to each other and neither can leave.

Todd & Blair’s Mansion

Blair is relieved to see Starr. She tries to tell her mother about the ‘man on the wheel’ but her parents don’t believe her after all the stunts she’s pulled. Starr tells them about the cab ride and the funhouse but her parents see it as another attempt to get their attention.

Starr forgets the address of the funhouse under the pressure of her parents’ questioning. She threatens to throw a tantrum until they believe her. Todd offers to call Dr. Rae. Blair thinks a little therapy might be a good thing. Starr has no intention of ‘getting her head shrunk.’ Todd offers her a deal – admit to the lie and avoid punishment. Starr refuses. Blair confiscates Starr’s cell phone and insists that the nanny sleep in her room to keep her out of trouble. Starr tells them that the ‘man on the wheel’ could die and if he does, it’s their fault.

Blair puts Starr to bed and tells Todd that she thinks Starr is sick. She is worried because her daughter is making up these stories. Blair is afraid the Cramer history of mental illness is visiting her daughter.

Nora’s House

Nora catches Lindsay as she tries to escape from the house. She demands to know what happened to Troy. Lindsay accuses Nora of destroying her by plotting with Troy to trick her into admitting to something that isn’t true. Nora is worried about Troy – especially after Lindsay admits that she knows about Troy’s plan.

Nora wants to speak to Troy. Lindsay says that Troy admitted that he loves Nora and that he never wanted to be with Lindsay. She threatens to tell Sam what is going on between Troy and Nora. The women trade insults and Nora deduces that Troy left Lindsay. Lindsay insists she is the one who left Troy when she found out what he is up to. Nora demands to know what she has done to Troy. Lindsay says Troy is gone and he’s never coming back. Nora is unnerved by Lindsay’s words.

The Palace Bar

Renee receives a gift, which she assumes is from Asa trying to buy his way back into her heart, but it’s from Ben. He wishes her a happy anniversary – it’s been one year since she found out Ben was her son. Renee tells him how proud she is to call him son. Asa walks in on their little celebration.

Asa admits that his session with Rae yielded results – he sees things in a new light. Renee is dubious. Asa knows that today is the anniversary of the day they discovered Ben was their son. Family is important, Asa says. Ben is touched because Asa has never referred to him as family before. Asa tells them to enjoy their celebration and turns to leave. Renee asks him to stay and celebrate with ‘his’ family. Asa is touched by the offer, but he declines.

Capricorn

Natalie puts the squeeze on Al to get him to break up Jessica and Seth. If he doesn’t, Cris will find out Al can walk. Max interrupts and wants to know what they are discussing. Al says it’s nothing. Natalie tells Al to go to the Break Bar now and put his plan into motion. She has ideas if he doesn’t know what to do.

Al points out that even if Seth breaks up with Jessica, he’s not interested in Natalie. She isn’t moved and advises him that he better do as she says. Al maintains that Natalie just wants to take everything that Jessica has – just like she did when she came to town. Natalie doesn’t want to listen to his amateur analysis; she wants results. She storms out and Al talks Max into giving him a lift to Break Bar.

Break Bar

Jessica helps Seth with his shift at the bar. She discovers a gift from Seth and berates him for spending so much money on her. Seth tells her to open it – it’s an IOU for a kiss. Jessica is amused and obliges him in front of everyone.

Max wants to know what Al is up to and how it involves Jessica. Al says it’s all part of his plan for a ‘surprise’ for Jen. Max tells Al he is proud of him and leaves.

Jessica gushes to Al about the concert she is attending with Seth. Al wonders if the two of them are getting too serious. Jessica says everything is fine between her and Seth and Al should stop worrying about her. She heads back to the bar.

Seth tells Natalie about his weekend plans with Jessica. Natalie goes over to Al and tells him he must stop the ‘lovebirds’ from going away for the weekend.

Line of the Day

Todd (to Blair regarding keeping tabs on Starr): I’m telling you, electronic bracelet.
