MARRIED...WITH MORE CHILDREN, AND RJ!!

Natalie ushers Rex into the Break Bar and points out Max to him. Max is the man with the job, she tells him. Rex refers to his title as their "mother's husband", and Natalie sarcastically says:

"Yeah, whatever that's about!" She steers him back on the path of applying for work with Max, and they head over. Natalie introduces Rex, and tells him about Rex's need for a job. An already disinterested Max is about to refuse, and his decision is doubly cemented when he hears the last name Balsam at the end of Rex's name.

"I wouldn't hire you if you were the last busboy on earth!" he says as he carries his newspaper over to a table away from them. The Balsam-Buchanan siblings follow behind him. Natalie tells Max that she's sure he has some reservations, but Rex is nothing like Roxy.

Roxy secretly watches from a corner as Max tells her that he's not hiring anyone who's even remotely connected to Roxy....especially not her kid!
She also hears Natalie tell Max that Rex is everything Roxy isn't:
He doesn't drink, he doesn't steal, he won't drink away the profits...he's honest.

At that point, Roxy bumbles over and brutally clamps a grip on Natalie's arm, telling her that she's a low-life witch who has a lot of nerve spreading such foul things around town about her. Natalie defiantly tells her that she can spread whatever she wants because Roxy can't stop her. She doesn't have her dirty little boyfriends around anymore.

Roxy tells her that she has half a mind to sue Natalie for "scandal", and Natalie scoffs at her ignorance. "It's ‘s-l-a-n-d-e-r'" she corrects, "and you can't. It's the truth."

"Oh great," Max grumbles, "it gets better." Natalie blows off Roxy and pleads to Max on Rex's behalf once more. But Roxy's not through with her. They engage in another heated argument, in which nat tells Roxy that she's such a lousy mother that anyone who just bears the same last name as hers already has three strike against them. Rex intervenes and tells Natalie to cool it. Roxy thanks him for defending her, and he bursts that bubble immediately.
"I'm not defending you," Rex snaps, "I agree with everything Naddie said about you. I just don't want her getting upset because you're not worth it!"

Max, chuckling with amusement, tells Rex that he's hired. Any enemy of Roxy's is a gooood friend of his. He steers Rex in Chad's direction for some employment instructions and heads over to an opposite side of the bar while Roxy grumbles about ungrateful little brats turning against her and heads over to the bar for a...(you guessed it, folks!) drink!

Enter RJ, to deliver some ruses about Max's abrupt nuptials. RJ having a blast, asking Max why was he the last to know about his best friend's wedding. So where is the little Mrs? Max, donning the Maalox look as Roxy's cackling voice resounds throughout the bar, points in her direction and RJ peeks around the side of the wall to where Roxy is. He stifles a laugh and asks Max if that's her. Max, still grimacing, reluctantly confirms.

RJ, between laughs, mockingly compliments Roxy's tiger print blouse. He tells Max that it goes well with all of the zebras that are running around. Max frantically tells RJ to stop teasing and help him. RJ asks him what he can do. Max says, "Get rid of her."

RJ gets half-serious, but can't resist the urge to tease Max some more.
"What!"he says, "You want to put a contract out on that delicate flower?"
(There goes that Maalox look again!)

Max realizes that he doesn't have the nerve to put out a hit on her, but he asks RJ to make her go away. Come on, he's good with that kind of thing.
RJ says that he can no longer help Max, he's out of that business.

"Since when?" Max says before he thinks. He covers by saying that maybe that's what RJ told Keri, but there's only the two of them now. RJ tells him that he made a promise to his daughter to stay on the lighter side of the law, and he intends to keep that promise. He already made several attempts to break up her and Antonio and they all backfired, No, my friend, I can't help you. He turns to walk away, telling Max that he'll leave him to cope with...that.

MURDER PLOTS ON THE LLANFAIR EXPRESS!!

(I don't know about you, folks, but I'm ready to choke Niki back into submission!)

Niki, sitting in her favorite place in the Llanfair library, continues with her double-elimination plot against Ben and Natalie. Her brain is tick, tick, ticking away with all of the different possibilities to make the plan work.
Talking her plan through, DING! She comes up with her best idea yet...(in her mind, anyway.)

Create an alter for Natalie, make it look like she killed Ben. Then she says,
"Don't worry Benjy, you'll never know what hit you!" And in walks Renee, startling her out of her wits. Renee apologizes for frightening her, then asks if she heard correctly. Does Niki have a surprise planned for her son?

Seeing how happy Renee is when she says this, Niki jumps on the game and says that she does indeed. But she can't give Renee any details, or it won't be a surprise. Renee agrees, and says how happy she is that The Davidsons still have romance in their marriage.

Yeah, yeah, Niki's thinking, whatta  ya want? Renee tells her that she has some great news, the Chamber of Commerce has picked their Woman of the Year. Niki prematurely accepts the honor, but Renee tells her that the nomination is Rae's. Niki quickly says how happy she is for Rae, and Renee invites her along to deliver the news to the good doctor.

Well, now Niki can't control her irritation and she practically shoves Renee out the door, telling her that she can't leave Llanfair, she is just swamped with work. Renee is shocked, but she leaves.

Later, a berated Natalie arrives and storms into the library, still fuming over her encounter with Roxy. Niki enters behind her, and says she's so happy that Natalie came home. Natalie rips into her about how she doesn't believe that Niki is even one ounce happy to see her and she heads to leave. Niki asks her if her visit to the gym helped her work out some of her anger, and Natalie says that she didn't go to the gym.

"Really?" Niki says, feigning shock, "I assumed you went to the gym since you were in gym clothes when you left here earlier."

"What are you talking about?" Natalie says impatiently, "I was wearing this outfit all day."

"I guess it might have been Jessica I saw, but I was so sure that you were wearing a red jogging suit."

Natalie rolls her eyes and says, "Whatever. It wasn't me."
She leaves, and Niki says, "You think it wasn't you, well think again, you annoying little brat." Niki disappears, and later returns through the terrace doors, walking in to hear Natalie and Roxanne going at it in the foyer. She is pleased with what she's hearing, and after a bit of time elapses, she steps out into the hall and assumes the role of a mother defending her young. She convincingly rips into Roxy and tells her to get out and never come back to Llanfair again.

Roxy leaves after warning Nat not to mess with her. Natalie looks at Niki in shock, then disappears upstairs.

HAWAII FIVE-O: BOOK ‘EM, TONIO!

Keri and Antonio share some romance on the Maui shore, splashing in the waves. Afterwards, they walk hand-in-hand, heading back to their suite and sharing jokes about leaving their Llanview jobs and taking up employment of the Hawaiian persuasion. One of the positions could be Keri as a hula dancer...(an idea Antonio can definitely work with!)

Later, Antonio secretly makes surprise romantic dinner and expensive champagne reservations, but Keri returns from the terrace re-proposing her plans to find Rae's missing mystery man. Although Antonio tries to convince her that Rae may not want to find this Mark, Keri isn't budging.

Realizing that she's dead set on going through with her plan, he surrenders and puts his detective powers to work. Later, they head off to the Maui University that Rae and Mark attended to begin investigating Mark's whereabouts.

(Is it me, folks, or has Rae been a student at like, a billion colleges? How old IS this lady??)

TWIN PEAKS: MACIVER'S UNSOLVED MYSTERIES:

A day out at the lake with the Buchanan-Rappaport-MacIvers turns juicy.
Taking a much needed break from little Matthew's relentless Marco-Polo competition, Nora and Troy find some moments alone, thankful for energetic Emily.

Troy, looking rather somber, tells Nora that all that they talked about reminded him of someone. Nora teases that the someone must be the chief, and Troy seriously replies that it's not the chief, it's someone that he was once very much in love with. Nora assures him that it would be a great shame to have gotten this far in life without ever having been in love.
Then seeing the look on his face becoming more somber, she says that he must be referring to someone in Africa. He confirms her statement.

"What happened?" Nora asks. Troy tells her that he didn't treat his past love too well, then he promises her that he'll never treat her badly, and he'll never hurt her. Nora tells him that she believes him.
Matthew return with Emily and challenges Troy to another game of Marco-Polo, which he accepts, leaving the two ladies alone.

Emily gives some more info about her brothers in their childhood, again comparing the differences between Troy and Colin. Colin used his women for conquests, Troy always cared about who he was with. Emily tells Nora that she's glad Troy is with her.

Later, at Nora's place, they both revel in the greatness of their day, and they declare their love for each other, before Troy leaves and Hank arrives.
Hank notes how girlishly happy Nora is, and Nora relays the message that they had a wonderful day.

She tells Hank about the things Troy told her, but Hank is skeptical about the non-detailed story Troy told Nora. Nora is disturbed by Hank's skepticism, but hides it by telling Hank to stop bursting her bubble, she's happy, darnit!

Hank respects her wishes and leaves.

THE PSYCHOLOGIST GOES NUTS!!

Rae and Hank share small talk in the University after she apologizes to him for her previous behavior toward him. She asks him what he's doing there, he says he's leaving a message for Keri. Rae informs him that Antonio took her off on a surprise trip, Hank says he knows.

(Is it me, or does everyone know everyone's business in this town? Talk about Walnut Grove!)

Rae asks Hank if he happens to know where Keri and Antonio went. He doesn't. Later, Renee shows up to deliver the nomination letter. Rae says she honored, but she doesn't know what she did to deserve it. (Frankly, neither do I.)
Hank and Renee boost her ego by naming all of her qualifications and Hank leaves after offering to escort Rae to the ceremony. The ladies discuss Niki's behavior briefly, then launch into a conversation about the arrangements for the ceremony. Renee says she's got the catering and the room covered, and maybe Rae would like to gather up some speakers for the event?

Rae says she'd be uncomfortable asking people to speak for her, and Renee offers to take charge of all of the arrangements, much to Rae's gratitude. Somehow, Rae's given name, Gretel, is mentioned, and Rae turns nasty. Don't mention Gretel!

Renee is shocked, (again), and Rae softens, blaming her outburst on the hideous name. Renee offers to omit the name from any mentionings. Then she suggests that maybe they find someone from Rae's school..(which one?) to speak on her behalf, and she flips again. NO! No old school pals.

OOOkaaay, Renee is thinking. She'll work it out. Renee leaves and RJ arrives, telling Rae that he's there to pick up Keri's mail, and if anyone wants to know, Keri will be returning from Hawaii the following week.

Rae is freaked. Hawaii? No, Rae, relax, it can't be....

(I think it may be couch time for the good doc, hmmm?)

REX & ROXY: THE JIG IS UP, LADY!!

Roxy returns to the bar and finds Rex engrossed in filling out employment forms. She comes over and apologizes for the display he witnessed earlier.
He tells her to save it, she's already proven the things Natalie and Jessie said about her to be correct.

Jessie said bad things about her? Roxy asks. Rex relays the details of the attempted $100,000 extortion scam. Roxy says that's old news, and she was under pressure. Jessie wouldn't have said bad things about her, she loves her. Natalie is the one who's spreading lies around town about her. She dissed her in front of her kids and now she's poisoning her husband against her.

Rex points out that Max seems to agree with Natalie, but Roxy isn't hearing the truth. She vows to stop Natalie right then. She barges over to Llanfair, where she warns Natalie to stop ruining her life, is ripped apart by Niki, then heads back to her house of nuptials. Later she receives a call from Niki, who shockingly apologizes for her previous behavior, and asks for a meeting to discuss Natalie.
Meanwhile, Natalie is sitting over a photo of her and Viki, asking what could have gone wrong with them. Enter Rex, telling Natalie he left his sneakers in her car trunk, and he needs them for work. She gives him her keys, and he returns with his shoes and her red jogging suit....
And the lunacy cycle continues....
