Llanview Hospital

As Blair arrives at the hospital, Todd is remembering a conversation with Alex Olanov, and how she saved Starr's life being a donor for her, when Starr was a baby. Todd runs into Blair. He starts to deny everything, and says there is nothing wrong with Jack.

Dr. Larry Wolek is standing there, and Todd refuses Larry's help, and of course insults him, to get rid of him. As Blair and Todd argue about Jack, Starr shows up, and they yell at her for taking, yet another taxi. She informs them that Suzanne brought her. They both insist that Starr should go home. As Blair is distracted with Starr, Todd runs off.

Todd finds Dr. Schiller and tells him that he cannot under any circumstances tell Blair what is wrong with Jack, because she is a little cuckoo, and has a standing room reservation at St. Anne's when she has her crazy, little episodes. As they talk Blair shows up. Dr. Schiller tells her that Jack has a fever.  Todd is sweating bullets. The two of them argue more. Todd says this is why he didn't tell her anything because he didn't want her to worry.

Blair suspects that the doctor is keeping something from them, and contemplates Jack having the same thing Starr had when she was his age. They both worry, but for different reasons.  Todd makes an excuse that he needs to go home and find some of Jack's toys, so the hospital can run some tests on them. Dr. Schiller meanwhile, runs in to Dr. Larry, and they discuss Blair's mental state and Larry assures him that Blair is not crazy, and in fact very sane. This puzzles Dr. Schiller. As Larry walks away, Blair walks up. She asks Dr. Schiller what is wrong with her baby. She wants to know and he agrees.

Statesville Prison

Lindsay pushes a tub full of laundry into her new work place, at Statesville Prison laundry. The other inmates taunt her about an article in the newspaper about Jen's wedding. After they have had their fun, they tear up the newspaper and throw it and Lindsay on the ground. She desperately tries to piece it back together. They come back in and taunt her some more. They call her "Goldilocks."  She tells them to shut up. She attacks one of them. As they fight, the guards enter and pull one of the inmates off of her. The guards haul Lindsay away, throwing her into her cell, and as they leave they taunt and make fun of her too. They make fun of her for what Troy did to her. She fantasizes that Nora, Sam, and Troy are outside her cell, laughing at her. They taunt her too. Gee, Lindsay everyone is having fun today, making fun of you. She finally pulls herself together, and tells herself, that she must survive this, so that she can pay them back, Nora, Sam and Troy.

Nora's house

Nora calls Sam and leaves a message. She cannot believe she called and left a message, after she hangs up.  Her doorbell rings. It's Troy. He invites her to dinner. She respectfully declines. Nora and Troy continue to debate over the ordeal of getting Lindsay to confess and in doing so, how much they hurt Sam. He says he won't wait forever. He tells her, if she were so committed to Sam, then nothing or no one would have come between them. Nothing would have torn them apart. As he turns to leave, Keri comes in. Nora congratulates her on winning her case before the University Review Board. Keri asks if she is all right. They talk about Sam and Troy. Keri thinks Nora should give Troy a chance. Keri tells her that if she and Sam had tried to get it together all of these years, and if they were really meant to be together, then they would be by now. Keri agreed with Troy and tells Nora to quit pretending that she doesn't have feelings for Troy. Nora finally begins to understand.

Llanview Hospital

After Troy left Nora's house he came to his office, only to be followed in the door by Claire. She's in heat.  She is so elated that he really didn't have a "thing" for that awful Lindsay Rappaport. As she comes onto him, and he does his best two step imitation of a side-step routine, Starr enters and yells at the redheaded lady, to leave her Dr. Troy alone. Troy is so relieved. Starr so eloquently excuses Claire in her rude and endearing fashion, and Claire leaves. Troy is so thankful and tells Starr she saved his life again. Starr invites Troy to come over and see her new iguana. He notices that she is upset and asks her what is wrong. She thinks her parents love Jack more than her. He tells her that not liking her brother can get her into a real mess. She thinks Jack has done something to make them love him more. Troy sings her praises, and she hugs him. She tells him, he is so smart, and Nora walks in and agrees. Nora tells Starr that Suzanne is looking for her, so Starr leaves. Troy mentions he has no idea why Nora has stopped by, and she says, "Yes." She tells him; yes, she will have dinner with him. He is overjoyed!

And finally, the wedding...

At Asa's mansion, in what seems to be one of the marathon weddings of all weddings, we finally get to the wedding vows, and as the minister asks Jen if she takes Al, to be her husband, Christian finally arrives, white horse, shining armor and all! Good grief what took you so long man! You're killing us here, making us think, that Jen is going to have to answer, and agree to marry this sleezeball. Let's all go throw up.

Sam immediately jumps up, and asks Christian why he is there. He tells him he is there to prove Al has been lying to all of them for months. Jen wants to know what he is doing, and tells him it is her wedding day. No duh! Jen get a clue girlfriend! He is trying to save your pretty, little neck sweetheart!

Christian tells her Al can walk. Everyone moans. Little Matthew is worried and he wants to know why Christian is yelling. Sam asks Renee to take Matthew to the kitchen. Gabby does her best to diffuse the situation, knowing full well, that her dear, sweet, son Al can indeed walk. She rips into Christian. Asa says Christian has finally gone loco, and Christian tells them all, that Al is the one that is crazy. Al says he doesn't know what Christian is talking about. Christian tells him that he in fact knows that Al can walk, and in Gabby's tirade she demands to know how. He tells her Natalie told him. Al sinks in his seat. He can't sink any lower. He is done, dead meat, caput, finished, the end, done. Hey! Al you are so busted.

Jen, once again asks Christian why he is doing this, being that this is her wedding day and all. Oh, paleeeeze! Someone stick a sock in her mouth so that she can listen to Christian. Jessica and Seth try to get Christian to leave with them and go outside. Asa wants Nigel to go and call the police and he will have Christian thrown out. Gabby starts in again screaming and yelling again. After everything Natalie has done Christian is going to believe her. Natalie is a liar. Well, hello mummsey dear, so are you, Max and your son. Great trio don't you think.

Jen has had enough. She barks at Gabrielle to shut up, and takes control of the confrontation. You go girl. She bends down, to Al's level, snicker, snicker, and asks in her little, sweet, innocent voice, "Al, is it true, can you walk?"

Of course Al does what any other true, respecting liar would do at a time like this, he lies! "Of course I can't walk." However, Jen is doubtful for the first time, we see a glimmer of hope. Al whines and whines, oh, gee I can't walk. Tired of this game and all of his lies, Christian says enough and says he will prove it, and pulls Al out of his wheelchair. Al falls down, again. What did you expect!

Gabby, Max, and Asa want Christian to leave immediately. He says, "fine, I will but not without Jen!" He wants her to go with him and talk to Natalie. Jen finally says she knows Al wouldn't lie to her, and she wants the wedding to continue, however she is going to go hear what Natalie has to say first. She knows Christian isn't vindictive and wouldn't make something like this up. Al cannot believe his ears. As she turns to leave, Al calls out to her. "Jen wait." Knowing it is over and he has nowhere to hide, wheel or run, he puts on the brakes and stands up. Way to stand up and be a man, there Al 'ol boy! Of course everyone is shocked, surprised, and stunned. Everyone that is, but Gabrielle, Max and Al.

Outside Asa's mansion

As Nigel has left the room, to go call the police, Todd arrives. He demands to know where Alex Olanov is and he wants Nigel to tell him immediately. Far off on a remote tropical island somewhere, we see Alex, asking for a cocktail. A man comes up to her, tells her he knows her, and asks if she is Alex Olanov from Llanview Pennsylvania. She denies who she really is and walks off.
