Blair pleads with Paloma to tell her that her baby is still alive. Blair is sure she heard her baby crying. Paloma tells her that her baby lives, just as Todd bursts into the room. Todd accuses Paloma of lying and she tries to explain – the baby is alive in Blair’s heart. Blair orders her to leave, and is devastated by the realization that her baby is dead.

Paloma hears Max pounding on the door and is about to let him in when Todd stops her. Paloma admits she called Max. She thinks Todd will kill her, but he tells her to take the baby to the airport and wait by the ‘grande’ statue. Paloma leaves and Todd lets Max in with the police.

Max wants to know what Todd is doing with Blair in Mexico. Blair comes out and tells Max to make the cops leave. Max wants to know what happened to the baby. The cops find the nursery, but Paloma and the baby have already left. Todd tells them the baby died.

Airport in Mexico

Paloma is waiting for Todd, but when he shows up, she has taken the baby away.

Bo’s Garret

Lanie is packing to leave after her breakup with Bo. Bo stops by and she informs him that she is moving to Seattle. Lanie needs to get a fresh start – she has nothing left in Llanview. You have me, Lindsay says.

Lindsay blasts Bo for driving her sister out of town. Bo walked away from Lanie just like he did from Lindsay and Nora – for a lie. She accuses Bo of demanding perfection from his lovers and dumping them when they don’t meet his lofty expectations. Bo wonders how long she has been holding in her little tirade. Lindsay says she supported her sister because she thought Lanie would be happy with Bo. Were you in on Lanie’s lie? Bo wonders.

It doesn’t matter; Bo couldn’t think any less of Lindsay. When Lindsay asks how he feels about Lanie, Bo leaves the room. Lindsay tries to convince Lanie to cover for her with Bo. Lindsay needs to restore her relationship with Jen and she won’t be able to do that if Jen finds out what she and Lanie did. Lanie refuses to lie for her sister anymore. Besides, Lanie doesn’t think Bo would tell Jen. Lindsay offers to move to Seattle with Lanie, but Lanie doesn’t think that would be a good idea. The sisters share a tearful goodbye.

Bo asks Lanie if it is true that he forced her to be perfect. Lanie tells him that what happened was her own fault. Bo didn’t force her to lie to him; she did it because she has no self-esteem. She needs to go away and learn to believe in herself. Lanie wishes Bo happiness and leaves.

Llanview Hospital

Larry gathers Viki, Jess, Ben, Allison, Natalie and Seth to tell them the results of the DNA tests. The tests reveal that Natalie is Viki’s daughter. Viki believes it has to be a mistake. Ben wonders if the results could have been tampered with. Larry says he ran the test 3 times and there is no mistake. Ben is still convinced that Allison is still pulling a scam.

Natalie tells Viki she now has to accept her. Viki doesn’t have any desire to acknowledge Natalie as her daughter. Natalie thinks she deserves a ‘welcome home’ but Viki tells her to go away. You were nicer to me when I was an employee, Natalie whines. Seth tells her to back off. Natalie just wants to be happy, even at the expense of Jess and Viki.

Viki comforts Jess as she tries to come to grips with the fact that they are not mother/daughter. She asks Larry to give her some time to sort everything out. Larry confronts Allison, but she defends what she has done. Viki is going to take Jess home. What about me? Natalie asks. Viki couldn’t care less what happens to Natalie. Seth tries to apologize to Jess, but Ben tells him to leave her alone.

Natalie is stunned that she wasn’t welcomed with open arms. Ben thinks she got exactly what she deserves. Natalie leaves and Ben confronts Allison. Allison maintains that she did what she did because she knew Viki would never believe her and she wanted to tell the truth about the baby switch. Ben doesn’t believe her for a minute. He knows she was just trying to hurt Viki and he wants to know why. Allison claims she is trying to do the right thing now because she was unable to do so 18 years ago.

Ben wants to know why Allison didn’t tell the truth while she was in St. Ann’s. Allison insists no one would have believed her. Allison points out that Ben was deceiving her as well with his ‘Dave’ act. Ben claims he was trying to stop her from hurting Viki. He leaves and Allison tells Natalie that Ben will be really surprised by what they do next.

Natalie laments how this all turned out. Seth reminds her that Viki has every right to be mad after what they did to her. Natalie had this fantasy that she would finally ‘be somebody.’ It’s not quite what she had dreamed it would be. Seth points out that Natalie changed when Allison entered her life. Natalie wonders if Seth will still be there for her – or is he more worried about Jess? Seth dodges her question and says he has to go to work. Natalie says he doesn’t have to work any longer – they are going to be rich! Seth isn’t so sure. Natalie assures Seth that Jess will never forgive him.

Llanfair

Viki tries to tell Jess that they will always be mother/daughter. Jess is devastated that she is not Viki’s ‘real’ daughter. Viki swears to her that Jess is the child she has always loved and always will. Viki wants to call Clint so he can reassure Jess as well, but Jess wants to wait before they tell him. Jess says they have to deal with the fact that Natalie is Viki’s biological daughter. Viki doesn’t want to even think about it, but Jess says they have to face it. If Natalie is the real daughter, who is Jess?

Line of the Day

Ben (to Natalie): All the DNA tests in the world will never make you Viki’s daughter.
