VACATION FOR TWO

Starr insisted on waiting for Blair to go with them on vacation. Todd
insisted that she wasn't coming, but Starr wouldn't relent. He said moms'
weren't allowed! Starr wanted to break the rules and let her mommy go!
She refused to leave without Blair, because without her, they might
never return.

BE MY 'BABY'!

Blair entered the Buchanan household only to overhear a strange phone
call. Max had phoned Nora and was telling her voice mail that he wanted
to gain sole custody of the baby! This was best because after all, Blair
was going to prison and there was nothing he could do about it! As he
finished his call, he heard a noise and turned to see that Blair had
fainted in the hall! He roused her and she asked for water, insisting
that the baby was fine. She wanted him to tell her How she would be a
good mother from prison!

DOWN, NOT OUT!

Alex 'Hesser' Olanov rose from her chair as Asa entered her dressing
room. Carlo had stolen Asa's thirty million but wouldn't give it back,
she had tried! Asa said he contacted her because he had missed her. She
worried that Asa was out for revenge, beginning with her. He said there
were some things more important then money! After all, his marriage to
Renee hadn't lasted because he couldn't stop thinking about Alex! She
told him how well she was doing, getting a name for herself in the acting
world, when her 'boss' came in and threw a G-string in her face! She had
left it outside after her dance number! 

ODD BEHAVIOR

Jess spoke to Will about his mom's 'odd behavior' and as usual, he came
to her defense. The 'blonde hair factor' didn't mean anything either, it
didn't prove who the murderer was! Upset, Jess accused him of pushing her
away, and not telling her the truth. She felt she was living with a
stranger! He apologized, he had pushed her away to protect her! If he
told her the truth, it would make her an 'accessory'! 

CAT FIGHT!

Nora and Lindsay got into it in the police station and Nora managed to
come away with some of Lindsay's hair in her hand! She smiled
triumphantly, as if regaining some small part of herself! Jen expressed
her worry to Cris and he wondered if she was afraid that her hair would
be a match! 

Bo told Melanie he had called Colin's sister Carol but she had not been
surprised to hear the news. Melanie said that he and his sister hadn't
been close. He also had a brother, but didn't mention his name. He asked
why she hadn't come in with John Sykes to give a hair sample. She
answered him in a strange way. She had thought not to come in at all, and
then thought it would be harder not to see him! She was sorry for not
coming right away, and tried to tell him something but was interrupted.
Called outside, he found Nora and Lindsay with their hands in each
other's hair again! Bo separated the two and Hank came in to confront
Lindsay with a court order to obtain the hair sample! 

'Be My Baby'!

Blair hadn't known she was pregnant when she shot Max! Did Max think that
'no mom was better than having her for a mom'! She wanted him to help her
stay out of prison. He didn't have to raise their child alone! 

COURT ORDER

Lindsay refused to give a hair sample and questioned the validity of the
court order! Melanie asked to be alone with her Lindsay, who didn't want
Jen to have to go through the test! Jen wanted it all to be over because
all the 'Colin stuff' was making her crazy! Lindsay told Jen that Colin
couldn't hurt her anymore but she disagreed! Lindsay told Hank he would
have to talk to their lawyer, Sam, when he got back. She wasn't going to
give him anything, but he stopped them from leaving! Jen asked if Lanie
were giving her sample and went with her to do likewise, her mom
following behind.

VACATION FOR TWO

Todd wanted to know why Starr thought they wouldn't be coming back if
they left without Blair! If they left, Blair might never find them but if
they stayed where they were... Her mom and dad wouldn't stay mad
'forever', maybe she could still have the baby brother she wanted! 

TAMPER? WHO, ME?!

As an officer brought a man into the station house, he became violent and
lashed out. Bo ran over to subdue him, and as everyone's attention was
occupied...Lindsay eyed the evidence bags containing the hair samples!
She grinned like a Cheshire cat but Bo was quick and came up behind her,
Nora too, followed by Hank! She hadn't been attempting to tamper with
evidence again, had she! Bo asked an officer to escort Lindsay safely
home and ordered her not to leave town! 

Hank couldn't believe that Lindsay was about to try evidence tampering
again and Bo said RJ was still involved. Hank reminded Bo that RJ was
many things, but 'blonde' wasn't one of them! Bo ordered a cop named
'Haskins' to stay with the technician until the results from the hair
samples were completed!

'BABY MINE'

Blair told Max she wanted to raise the baby right, with two parents! She
mentioned her daughter but he told her Starr had taken his credit card
and sent him 'stuff' and put piranhas in his bath water! Blair felt this
didn't mean that she and Todd were bad parents! This would be a chance
for her to make up for some mistakes! There would be no fights between
her and Max, no 'craziness' like with Todd! She knew that Max would never
'use' the baby to put her away!

CANCELLED PLANS

Todd sent the driver away and based on Starr's refusal to leave, the two
missed their
plane! Starr told him that when he was away for a long time her mom would
tell her stories about good times, about her and daddy! He asked her
which ones, but she said he knew. As she left the room, he returned in
memory, to the recent night he and Blair had slept together, and the time
she had said she wouldn't forgive him for breaking her and Max up. It
looked as though he came to some conclusion, or realization.

'PRIVATE DANCER'

Alex admitted she had been struggling for a while and Asa correctly
assumed that once Carlo had taken his money he had ditched her! Maybe
they could help each other, was she willing! She was, anything for Asa,
but there had to be money in it too! He assured her that he was in it
with his heart and all that came with it! She agreed and he asked if she
would agree to marry him one more time!

BANG! YOU'RE PREGNANT!

Blair admitted to being out of control when she shot Max! He had been
sleeping with Skye and flaunting it! He reminded her that he mother had
been locked away since before she was born! Being without a mother was
horrible, she knew, and Max wanted to put his baby's mother in prison! If
he was doing it to get back at her, he would only be 'getting back' at
the baby! 

After Blair's departure, Nora came through the door. She couldn't believe
Blair was actually pregnant. She understood that Max wanted sole custody,
and mentioned that Blair was a good mother. Max agreed and asked her if
she could 'erase' his message to her! He wanted his child to have the
best chance at life and for that, he was going to need both parents!

FINAL MOMENTS...

Todd got Briggs on the phone down at 'The Sun'. He had some awful photo's
of Blair and he argued with Briggs that he didn't care - he was out to
bring her to absolute and total ruin!

Bo hugged Melanie, who had to go but wished their time together would
last forever, because it might be all the time they were ever going to
have!

Will felt he owed Jess the truth but before he could open his mouth
Lindsay burst in! Where was Jen, why wasn't she there yet! Jen strolled
in with Cris and said they had stopped to get a rose! Will asked if she
was ok but she asked him to define 'okay'! Lindsay told her daughter not
to tell 'anyone' the secret, she must remain silent!
