<<< BACK TO RECAPS  INDEX

Dorian’s Mansion

Todd and Blair are upstairs and Blair is destroying Todd’s things. Blair accuses Todd of having a plan to get rid of her. Todd explains how he tried to help her by making everyone think she was crazy so she wouldn’t go to prison – he wasn’t expecting a judge to grant him full custody of Starr. Blair doesn’t believe for a minute that Todd is really going to help her by letting her live with Starr.

Todd tells her she can be with Starr for as long as that is acceptable to Starr. Blair demands that he put it in writing. Todd flashes back to when Max taunted him about his connection to Blair. Todd refuses to put his words into writing. Blair lashes out at him and leaves.

Starr is trying to buy a love potion from Señora Lena. Starr bargains with her, but Señora Lena refuses to make a deal with a child and hangs up on her. Starr heads out to confront Señora Lena and bluffs that she is running away when Blair confronts her. Starr pretends that her parent’s fighting has made her want to leave home. Blair tries to assure her that she and Todd don’t hate each other. Todd plays along. So you love each other? Starr wants to know. Todd and Blair try to sidestep the question.

They reassure Starr and send her up to bed. Blair tries to make a pact not to fight in front of Starr anymore. Todd wonders if Blair really does love him. Starr marches down the stairs and insists Todd and Blair go to bed too – they will be sleeping together, right? Todd and Blair look horrified.

Todd, Blair and Starr are dressed in their pajamas and Starr tries to get them to go to bed together. Todd tells Blair they should go along with it. Starr is happy and heads off to bed. Blair confronts Todd about lying to Starr. Todd doesn’t mind keeping up the charade. Blair calls his bluff and climbs in the bed. Todd joins her. Blair rolls over in her sleep and snuggles next to Todd. He doesn’t push her away.

Asa’s Mansion

Gabrielle is scantily clad and busy reminding Max of how “hot” things used to be between them. She’s playing let’s reminisce and Max is sweating. Gabrielle continues to tempt him. Max tells her she should go get dressed. Max tells her they were over years ago and turns to leave. Gabrielle reminds him how passionate their relationship was. It’s in the past, Max asserts.

Asa finds the two of them together and demands to know what is happening. Nothing, Max claims and leaves. Asa wants to know if Gabrielle is being unfaithful to him. Not yet, but soon, Gabrielle smiles. How far would you take this? Asa wonders. Gabrielle would love to see how far she could have gotten. Asa promises to wait longer before interrupting them next time.

Max returns and Gabrielle plays her part in making Max jealous before heading off to Asa’s bedroom. Asa taunts Max before joining her.

Gabrielle fantasizes about making love to Max…

The Courtroom

Jen has entered and confessed to giving Colin’s passport to Will. Sam tries desperately to get Nora to get Jen out of the courtroom, while Nora presses him to tell her the truth. Nora interrogates Will and when Jen again offers to tell the truth, Will tries to get her to leave. The judge orders Jen to be quiet, but Jen announces that she was in Colin’s house that night and that Colin gave her the passport right before he died.

Hank jumps up and demands to hear Jen’s testimony. The judge asked for silence and threatens to ship Jen to jail for contempt if she doesn’t be quiet. She dismisses Will from the stand and recesses the hearing for the day.

Jen apologizes, but Will and Sam assure her it’s not her fault. Will blames Cris and Sam blames Nora. Sam tries to reassure Jen, but he has to be taken back to his cell. Nora offers to help and Sam tells her to stay out of it. Cris tries to comfort Jen, but Will pulls him away and tells Cris this whole mess is his fault. Jen tells him to leave Cris alone – she came on her own because she wants to tell the truth.

Al offers to take Jess home, but she goes over to talk to Will. Will accuses her of telling Nora about the passport. Jess confesses that she told Ben. Will walks away. Jess approaches him again and tries to make things better. Will lashes out at her for what he had to go through on the stand. Jess offers to be at the trial with Will to support his sister. She offers to go home with him, but Will wants to know why Jess would want to spend the night with a killer.

Jess admits that she thought Will was the killer – what choice did she have when he lied to her? Will maintains that he told her as much as he could. Jess doesn’t think that’s how Will should show her that he loves her. She leaves with Al. Hank needs some information from Will. Jess and Will go their separate ways.

Cris questions Jen about the passport and she offers to tell him the whole story before he has to hear it in court. Jen is about to tell Cris what happened; Hank comes in and informs her that she is being sequestered until she gives her testimony. She leaves with an officer.

Sam’s Cell

Nora tells Sam she will file a motion for dismissal. Sam isn’t interested in her strategy – he never wants to see her again. Sam is angry that Nora pressured Will on the stand. Nora wants to hear what Jen has to say. She can set the record straight, Nora insists. Sam accuses Nora of doing anything to win, but Nora emphasizes that she was betting on Will to tell the truth. Sam is not convinced that Nora did the right thing.

Nora finally understands that Sam isn’t covering for Lindsay, he’s covering for Jen. Sam doesn’t want to discuss it.  Nora pushes him to face it by bringing up what happened with Rachel – that it is better to face the truth head on. Sam doesn’t think Jen is strong enough to face the truth. Sam tells Nora to go home and work on the brief. He will figure out how to deal with Jen on his own. Nora leaves.

Line of the Day

Max to Gabrielle: I may need to get into a 12- step program, but somehow I’m gonna manage to keep my hands off of you.
