The Country Club Pool

Starr is throwing a tantrum and Todd is trying to reason with her. Todd warns her to do as he says because he is the boss. Starr tells him she will get to be the boss when the new baby arrives. Todd tries to explain to Starr why he isn’t excited about the new baby. Starr shows Todd the names she thought of for the new baby and wants to know if Todd has thought of any names. Todd sarcastically says he can think of plenty of names for the baby.

Kelly and Blair are relaxing by the pool; unaware that Todd and Starr are there. Blair is lamenting the fact that Todd changed his mind about allowing her to live at the Penthouse. Kelly doesn’t want Blair to tell Todd about the baby because she fears Todd will take the baby away – just like he did Starr. Blair defends Todd’s actions.

Todd and Starr come out of the cabana and Starr tries to run to Blair, but Todd stops her. Starr breaks away and runs to her Mom. Starr wants to know why Blair isn’t living with them yet – Todd tells her it’s because she would rather live with Kelly. Blair tells Starr that Daddy doesn’t want her to live with them.

Starr confronts Todd about his promise to let Blair live at the Penthouse. She pleads with Todd and Blair assures her that Todd always does the right thing. Todd gives in and says Blair can live with them. Kelly takes Starr for a swim and Todd berates Blair for using Starr to manipulate him. Blair says she would do anything to be with Starr – but if they are going to live together, it will be on Blair’s terms…

Rae’s House

Lindsay sneaks out of the closet and thinks that Rae has caught her, but Rae is actually talking to John. Rae and John head upstairs, but Rae comes back down (causing Lindsay to take refuge in the closet again) and calls Jen – pleading with her to go to the police. Lindsay hears the conversation and calls Jen on her other line and tells her to hang up on Rae immediately. Rae tells Jen she can’t hide what Jen told her about Colin any longer. Jen tells Rae she can’t discuss it and hangs up. John is standing in the doorway and has heard Rae’s end of the conversation.

John questions Rae about the phone call. She tries to put him off, but John is insistent. Rae berates John for interrogating her and insists her sessions are confidential. John says he has a right to know if they are putting an innocent man on trial for murder. Rae says what she knows is none of John’s business. They argue and John threatens to have her session tapes subpoenaed. He walks out and Rae runs after him, giving Lindsay the opportunity to escape with the tape.

Rae is going through her file on Jen and discovers the tape is missing – she assumes John stole it.

Will’s Apartment

Jen drops by to ask Will if he has heard from Lindsay – she didn’t come home last night. Will tells Jen she shouldn’t trust Rae. Jen tells him she needs to confide in someone. Keep it in the family, Will advises. Will assures Jen that Sam will go free with Nora defending him. Jen apologizes for giving Will a hard time about Jessica. Will leaves and Jen stays to wait for Lindsay.

Jen gets tired of waiting for Lindsay and leaves. She runs into Cris outside the apartment and asks him what he is doing at Will’s apartment – shouldn’t he be working? Cris tells Jen about RJ getting arrested. Jen is worried Cris will be arrested too and Cris wants to tell her about his undercover work. Jen can’t leave because she is waiting for Lindsay and Cris says he will tell her about it later – he doesn’t want to be interrupted. Cris leaves.

Lindsay rushes in and tells Jen they must leave immediately – Rae is going to the cops to tell them everything! Lindsay tells Jen about the tape Rae made of the session – and that Lindsay destroyed it. Jen didn’t mean to cause trouble by going to Rae. Lindsay tells Jen the only way they can make this better is for Jen to disappear…

Señora Minta’s Apt.

Señora Lena warns Roseanne to be very careful with the curse and demonstrates what will happen if she pokes the voodoo doll with a pin. (At the Break Bar, RJ winces in pain as he cuts his hand on a broken glass). Señora Lena gives Roseanne advice on how to use the voodoo and tells Roseanne that she must be the one to deliver the final blow to RJ. Roseanne prepares to make RJ pay for destroying her relationship with Antonio. Roseanne pokes the doll and asks how long it will take to work. Señora Lena tells her that it has already worked and RJ will be taken down. Roseanne just needs to believe in the power she possesses because of the curse. Señora Lena reminds her she has sold a piece of her soul to get RJ – Roseanne needs to be very careful from now on.

Bo’s Office

Bo tells Cris to stay clear of the Break Bar because he is about to arrest RJ. Bo thanks Cris for providing valuable info for the investigation – they now have enough to throw the book at RJ. Bo advises Cris to stay put and not make any moves right now – moving out and quitting his job would make RJ suspicious. Cris offers to testify against RJ, but Bo thinks his case will be strong enough without him.

The Break Bar

Bo and his officers arrive and RJ tries to make light of their visit. Bo informs him that they have a warrant for his arrest. Bo does the honors of placing the cuffs on RJ and reading him his rights. RJ says Bo shouldn’t be too pleased with himself because the charges won’t stick. Bo tells his officers to search every inch of the Break Bar looking for evidence. Bo takes RJ down to the station.

Roseanne enters the Bar and finds the police scouring the place. One of the officers tells her that they have arrested RJ. Roseanne grins when she realizes that her curse is working…

Police Station

RJ taunts Bo about arresting Lanie for murder. Bo is beginning to take the bait when Hank comes up and tries to calm both of them down. Hank tells RJ that he had better take this seriously when RJ maintains he will not serve a day in jail. Bo can’t believe how smug RJ is being but RJ reveals that he knows who really killed Colin.

Bo thinks RJ is bluffing, but Hank wants to hear what RJ has to say. RJ refuses to speak without a deal – but he does know that they have arrested the wrong Rappaport. That gets Bo’s attention. RJ refuses to say anything more until he makes a deal with Hank. 

The Park

Will calls Jessica and leaves her a message – he has to tell her what he’s done…

Line of the Day

RJ bragging about beating Bo’s charges: I will think about which goes best with crow – Chardonnay or Chablis.
