LLANFAIR

Viki explained to Starr, about the need for communication between her parents.

Upstairs, Blair told Ben she wanted to be with her baby's father. Ben wondered if she thought they could be happy that way. Blair insisted she could and she needed to see Max.

COURTROOM

Nora recalled someone else being there with her and Colin, at which point she looked up and saw Roseanne. Colin had been falling on the stairs and then lay at the foot of them. Someone was there and then they were running! She looked up and told Roseanne she had seen her there!

LLANFAIR

Blair needed to tell Todd the truth because once he knew, they could be a family. She wanted to be with Todd but he didn't hear this because he was already downstairs with Viki, thinking that she wanted to be with Max! He told her that Blair had her own plan for raising the baby. Viki saw a 'look' on Todd's face and said she hadn't seen that same expression since his wedding day! She warned him not to take any action because whatever he did, he would regret it! He took Starr and headed for the door, and told Viki he was going to 'let everything 'go'!

ASA'S WIFE

Max told Gabrielle she was supposed to leave Asa, not return to him! Asa was sorry and bought her gifts and she had accepted his apology. He warned that Al would see through her charade because she didn't love Asa! She told Max that Asa wasn't perfect but he did fill her needs and he asked her what she really wanted.

LLANFAIR

Blair insisted that Todd was trying to change and he cared about the baby even though it wasn't his. Ben wondered if Todd loved her. Downstairs, before Todd could take Starr and leave, Viki reminded her to remember the talk they had. That grownups had problems but they would always love 'her'. They needed to sit down and 'talk' instead of fighting, to work things out. She would always love Starr and her daddy, because they were family, even when she got mad at them!

COURTROOM

Why hadn't Roseanne told anyone that she had been there that night! Hank asked the judge to hear Nora out, and was allowed to swear her in and question her. Nora recalled 'voices' and Colin coming up the stairs and talking to someone. She could hear the words he was saying 'Did you actually think you could stop me!' and then he fell! Then she 'saw' Roseanne, but there was a reason Roseanne hadn't spoken about it!

ASA'S WIFE

Gabrielle expressed a wish for a happy marriage with Asa. Max assured her that would never become a reality because Asa is a user! Max wanted to talk about himself and Gabrielle. He thought she was afraid to tell him what she wanted! She had a need to feel safe and Max never gave that to her! She swore she would never come to him for anything, ever again! He was surprised that she would rather be with a husband who got drunk and frightened her than to come to him for protection! She called him a blind fool but he wanted to know exactly what he wasn't seeing! Her feelings for 'Asa' or for 'him'!

COURTROOM

Roseanne couldn't believe that Nora didn't remember that night! Nora refused the recess that Hank offered, and wanted to continue. She recalled being in Colin's bedroom and in his bed. He was on the bed with her and had given her a lot of drugs. She couldn't move, and he put a ring on her finger. He was going to make love to her and was removing her clothes when the doorbell rang. He tried to ignore it, but they were persistent. They began to bang on the door and finally he went to answer it. At this point, Nora was so weak from the drugs that she passed out.

THE HORNET'S NEST

At 'home' Todd made Starr promise she would never run away again. He said he loved her and she was his 'blood'. He said that everything was going to work out in the end. He got on the phone and told the party on the other end not to talk, just listen. He told them what he wanted done about Blair Cramer!

BEST LAID PLANS

Blair told Ben she wanted to believe in Todd but didn't know how! Ben said that trust was the most important thing. She loved Todd and wanted to be with him and Max was just going to have to wait! Thanking Ben, she turned to leave.

COURTROOM

Colin's laughter had been 'pure evil'. Nora couldn't see who had been at the door, and Colin was downstairs arguing. He was arguing with a woman and she was threatening to kill him, it was Melanie! She told Colin if he didn't leave her alone she would kill him but she didn't, because Nora passed out then and when she came to...someone else was there! They were telling Colin to 'go away', Colin was scaring her! (Jen told Cris that this had been her!) Nora wanted to help her, she had tried so hard to function, to move. Colin slapped the person and was laughing and Nora knew she had to get out of there before he came back! She could hear his footsteps on the stairs. He was coming up, and he was talking to someone, he had been 'so smug'!

ASA'S WIFE

Max told Gabrielle she didn't belong with Asa. She begged him not to be kind to her, it made everything so unbearable!

LLANFAIR

Ben and Viki had a picnic in the attic and she said she tried but hadn't gotten through to Todd! Ben told her he had been doing the same with Blair! Viki wondered what he thought was going to happen to the pair. She was glad she and Ben had no secrets between them, only mysteries!

HORNET'S NEST

Blair's key didn't fit the lock at Dorian's and Todd opened the door. He said she was 'in violation of a restraining order' and was to remain at least one hundred feet from the house at all times! She was not in her right mind and he had regained sole custody of Starr! When Blair began to question this, he closed the door on her and said that she had done this! She begged him to hear her out but a policeman came to remove her and Todd stood mutely on the inside of the door.

COURTROOM

Nora told the court she remembered how Colin had died, and why she didn't want to remember! Nora hadn't wanted to know the truth, she must have been trying to bury it! Colin came all the way upstairs and he had been talking to her! He was pushed at the top of the stairs and the person who had pushed him, was her!
