FAMILY AFFAIR

At Llanfair, Starr told Viki, Ben and her parents that 'she' was the reason they fought all the time! The 'voodoo lady' told her that a child was keeping her parents apart and she was the child! A baby who wasn't born couldn't keep people apart! Did the baby do something to make them mad? Blair disregarded the 'voodoo lady' because all she wanted had been money! Blair and Ben went up to the attic to retrieve Starr's doll 'Ichabod' and Viki took the opportunity to tell Todd that he was going to die alone and miserable!

HEARTBREAK HOTEL

Cris tried calling Roseanne's room but she was busy packing her bags and didn't answer. As it rang as she opened the door to leave, and Antonio stood on the threshold! She made flimsy excuses about going to see Tea for a 'few days' but he knew that her aunt was living in France! She surmised that he had been to see Cristian and had learned a secret about her. He told her she was the first person he visited, and wanted to know what he would have learned from Cris!

BREAK BAR

Cris ran out the door to find Roseanne and left Seth at the helm. Jess and Al were hanging out and all three were discussing what classes they got into. Seth sidestepped the questions just enough to appear suspicious. Jess told him that Al had invited half a zillion college students, most of them women, to the break bar for drinks on him!

COURTROOM SUSPENSE

Hank told Lindsay that her revelation of admitting she killed Colin was a shocking one! He asked if she was in Colin's house the night he died and Nora began to experience another flashback. She told Sam that in her memory she could see a face for a moment but then it was gone! Hank told Lindsay to relate the details of Colin's murder for the court. Lindsay said Colin had been threatening her family and they had fought bitterly! Nora began to shake her head 'no', she knew the details were wrong somehow and Lindsay had not been the one to hit Colin with the poker! Lindsay made her apologies to Sam for allowing him to think that Jen had killed Colin and Nora rose in her seat to tell Sam that Lindsay was still lying!

ATTIC CHAT

Ben asked Blair about her pregnancy and the baby, questioning her size and how she was feeling. She told Ben that she was six months along and that she carried small. She tried to tell him about Todd's 'gentle side' but Ben said if that were true, why did she feel the need to keep secrets from him!

Downstairs, Viki did her best to make Todd's life miserable with her sisterly lectures. Todd said he looks at Blair and sees Max and 'mini-Max'! Viki said that he could 'choose' to be happy or not, that to find happiness, he had to accept Blair's baby!

SCARED SILLY

Antonio pressed Roseanne for knowledge. He saw that she was shaking, anxious and more than upset! He knew she had been about to skip town but she didn't want him to find out all the terrible things she had done! She had committed sins that were about to surface! She didn't believe that Nora could forget about what happened!

COURTROOM ANTICS

Sam was bewildered with Nora's reaction that Lindsay was not guilty! Nora explained that she knew how Colin had died! Lindsay's version hadn't even come close! On redress, she asked Lindsay why she was still lying!

BREAK BAR

Jess interrupted Al's attempt to get with some girl to announce she was upset because he wallet was missing from her purse! He wanted to know who would have taken it because they had just been talking with Seth and no one else had been there! Jess sheepishly admitted that he already 'had' a record and then felt guilty. A girl came up to Al and he was flirting but she only returned Jessica's wallet. Jess now felt even worse, because if her wallet was found in the parking lot, it meant that Seth couldn't have taken it, or could he!

DESPERATION

Roseanne wasn't making sense and Antonio wanted to know how Nora was involved in her sins! She was too afraid to talk and said it was about Colin's murder! She asked him to please bring her to the courthouse, she didn't think she could make her statement more than once!

Outside, Cris told Jen that he had been wrong about her mother, that he knew who the real killer was! He confirmed to her that Roseanne was Colin's killer! She reeled from the news and struggled with disbelief because it made no sense!

COURTROOM

Nora asked Lindsay about 'the laughter' that happened before Colin died! Why hadn't Lindsay mentioned it, but she hadn't thought it was important! Nora asked for the exact words he spoke before he died, because 'she' knew them! Where had she been standing, in the house! Lindsay said she was at the bottom of the stairs which cinched it for Nora who announced to the courtroom that 'Lindsay didn't do it'!

LLANFAIR

Viki asked Todd what difference the baby's father made! Ben loved Jessie and Clint loves Kevin and Joey! It bothered him that Max walked in any time he felt like it and began talking about 'his' baby! Viki asserted that Blair loved him and not Max. She asked him not to throw it all away over something that no one could change!

Blair told Ben she had tried to tell Todd the truth several times but the words wouldn't come! He said the secret wasn't good for the baby, she was under too much stress. He told her to forget about Todd and think for a moment about what it was, she wanted for herself alone!

ANYTHING BUT THE TRUTH!

Lindsay was upset that Nora accused her of being innocent when she had just confessed to killing a man! Hank objected and Nora began to scream to be heard! She held her forehead in her palm and seemed to be dizzy. She recounted her memories for the courtroom. She relayed how Colin had been laughing and then he said some things. Lindsay wasn't there when he was killed! Colin was on the top of the stairs when he was pushed or fell all the way to the bottom! The judge said she would allow Nora this leeway because the case was so unusual and asked her if she knew who the killer was!

LLANFAIR

Todd wanted to leave and Viki knew he was uncomfortable! She kept hoping he would find a family life with Blair! The baby wasn't an obstacle, and she urged him to go upstairs and tell Blair that he wanted one more chance! She could see that Blair wanted this as much as he did! He headed up the stairs as Blair talked to Ben...

...as he arrived in the doorway, he heard Blair tell Ben that 'what she wanted' was easy! It was what she'd wanted all along, to be with the father of her baby!

COURTROOM

The judge asked again for the name of the killer. Nora could only say that it was someone else and not Lindsay! Nora had a flashback and suddenly, Roseanne's face was in front of her! She opened her eyes and the doors to the courtroom opened. There stood Antonio, with Roseanne by his side!
