TRUTH WILL OUT

Lindsay accused Sam of saying he killed Colin and was calling the police! On the stand she publicly accused Sam of allowing her to think that their daughter Jen was responsible for the murder. She cited her marital history and two children to the court and said she hadn't known all that time that Sam was a murderer!

SENORA LENA

Senora Lena told Starr that the bones were 'talking' concerning her parents! They didn't need any love potion, for they were already in love! Starr insisted this couldn't be true because her parents did nothing but fight! The madam could read that something wasn't right between the couple, a child was coming between them!

AND BABY MAKES...ARGH!

In a state of disbelief Todd asked Blair to repeat her question. Did he want to raise another child with her! She maintained that she didn't want Max to have much to do with the baby! She and Todd would live together, with Starr and the baby. She asked if he thought he could be the father of her child. Sometimes, Blair almost made him forget that it 'wasn't' his baby! She said she wanted him to be the baby's father but he couldn't just forget about Max! Blair said they would be happy, because it was what they both really wanted anyway! Kelly burst in then...

BREAK BAR

Seth told Jessica he had done something to 'her' a long time ago, back in the days when Antonio was still 'El Lion'. He had been a part of the gang and they were at Llanfair one night, to see how the 'other half lived' and because he was the youngest he did a lot of crazy things to be accepted. One time he lit a rag on fire and tried to throw it through a window of the house but it missed and set a bush on fire instead! It set off alarms and he was arrested and sent to reform school!

ORDER IN THE COURT!

It was Nora's turn to question Lindsay on the stand but the judge ordered a recess. Nora reassured Sam that he would be coming home soon. Will, Cris and Jen wondered why their mother would accuse their father of doing something they knew he wasn't capable of! Nora said she was going to have to use Lindsay's 'history' with the truth-stretching to discredit her and it wouldn't be easy for them to see! They had to realize it might be their mother who wound up behind bars!

Lindsay went into the powder room where she was met by Lanie. Her sister was furious, that she would allow her to go to prison for something she knew all along Lanie didn't do! Lindsay reminded Lanie of her 'real' crime of murder, on their dad! Lanie said it was the worst moment of her life and Lindsay took every opportunity to use it to torture her! She was mad enough to kill Lindsay and said Bo might even thank her if she did! Lindsay always cried wolf and Lanie wanted to know 'which truth' would come out this time!

DORIAN'S 'REST'!

Blair told Kelly she ought to take a different route on her way to the pool! Todd reminded her she didn't even live there and nobody knocked anymore! Kelly told Blair to stop scheming and Todd wanted to hear about it! Kelly said that Blair's scheme was to see if he was man enough to raise Max's baby as his own! Blair said the baby wouldn't be living a lie and would have spoken to Todd about it but he said he was leaving for the penthouse! Blair grabbed Kelly and headed upstairs so they could talk and Todd began to realize Starr was nowhere to be found!

SENORA LENA

The lady predicted that a child stood in the way of Starr's mommy and daddy. She told Starr that she had a gift and didn't think Starr was the problem. She asked if Starr had any brothers or sisters but Starr said not yet! At that moment, Roseanne walked in bearing a gift of jewelry instead of money, which angered the seer greatly! She was not in the 'pawnshop business' and told her to return when she had cash in hand! Starr said she could buy and sell Roseanne and Roseanne took Starr with her, hoping to 'cash in' when she took Todd's wayward daughter home!

POWDER ROOM EXPLODES

Will, Jen and Cris wanted the truth from 'mom'! Why was it 'she' was the one to find Sam that night! Why had she 'suddenly' seen the light, now! Sam walked in and told her to stop laying guilt on their daughter Jen, and put his arms protectively around his kids!

Outside, Hank discussed RJ's fascination with the courtroom charades. RJ said as far as he knew, it wasn't against the law to watch! When Hank mentioned that someone had moved Colin's body from the woods to a crate in RJ's bar...RJ said he was sure the forensics team had gone over all the details carefully and he was still walking around free! "Henry" was free to speculate on the 'who' and the 'how'! Nora walked over to Hank and said they both knew that Sam was innocent and that she was going to 'disassemble' Lindsay on the witness stand!

LOVE POTION #9

Blair was annoyed Kelly had interrupted her and Todd's conversation! She told her about Todd's reaction with the love potion and calling '911' and his dream that the baby was his! Kelly said it was obvious this was what Blair wanted, regardless of the outcome and gave her blessing to tell Todd the truth about the baby! Blair hugged Kelly and swore to her that they were going to be happy!

Before he left Todd called out for Starr and she didn't answer! A knock came at the door and Roseanne stood there holding Starr's hand. Todd slammed the door in her face, saying she was the reason Starr had almost poisoned Blair! Starr was bewildered by her father's extreme anger and upset but obligingly went upstairs to put herself in 'time out'!

POWDER ROOM 'FRESH'!

Sam argued with Lindsay as she blamed Cris for all Jen's problems! They all headed outside to let Sam and Lindsay battle it out alone and Will stopped to tell his mother to get her story straight! She told Sam she wasn't happy he would have to go to prison or that Nora would have to raise Matthew alone! Nora walked in and told her she would live to regret her testimony and Lindsay said she was sorry it had to be that way! The guard summoned them all back to the courtroom...

CONFESSIONS

Todd told Blair what Starr had done. Blair saw Starr heading upstairs to give herself a 'time out'! They argued vehemently about their daughter and their parenting and who was to blame as Starr left them a note on the hallway table. It said that they were better off without her and asked them to say 'hi' to the baby for her!

COURTROOM DRAMA

RJ walleyed Lindsay in the hallway and threatened her! If she dragged his name into any of her testimony he would hand her head to Nora on a platter! 'His' memory was just fine and he was only to happy to oblige!

Inside, as Lindsay took the stand and the judge called Nora begin the questioning, she quietly told Lindsay she had been waiting for this moment for a very long time!
