<<< BACK TO RECAPS  INDEX

Dorian’s

Kelly comes upstairs looking for Blair, but is followed into her bedroom by Todd.  As he sips his cup of coffee, he informs Kelly that Blair is not there.  She asks him what he is doing there then guesses that maybe he is trying to get rid of some evidence.  When she asks if he is planning on burning the house down, he quips that he would be doing her a favor.   She likens that to the ‘favors’ that he is doing for Blair, telling him that he needs to get it through his head that he is not helping her.  She tells him that if Blair had been caught in the evidence room, she could be spending the rest of her life in prison.  He points out the Blair wasn’t supposed to be there, and she says the Blair wouldn’t have, if he hadn’t been there either.   Kelly tells him that if he wants to help Blair, he needs to leave her alone, but he says that he won’t.  Kelly informs him that he is ruining Blair’s life, but he argues that that is a judgment call; he has something really big in store.  Kelly wonders if he is planning on setting another bomb, but he tells her that he can’t say what he has planned; she might not be able to handle it.  It is something much bigger.

The Mansion

Blair slips out of her trench coat to reveal some pretty sexy lingerie.  Max looks surprised, and she tells him that this is what he wanted.  She asks him if he’ll finally leave her alone if she gives ‘it’ to him.  When he doesn’t say anything, she walks across the room and grabs him into a passionate kiss.

The Station House

John and Antonio wait at Bo’s desk while he finishes a call.  When he hangs up he is angry; it was the mayor and he wants to pull the plug on the search for MacIver.  MacIver doesn’t have a record and nobody has reported his missing, so he doesn’t see the point in searching for him.  John wonders if the Mayor knows why MacIver doesn’t have a record, but Bo says that he is more concerned with the taxpayer’s dollars.  Bo says they have to work faster, but Antonio argues that that will be hard to do; they have looked everywhere.  Bo tells him that they’ll have to look again, but intimates that Colin could be right there.  John asks if he thinks there has been foul play, and Bo says that Colin has disappeared without a trace and that is impossible.  Somebody out there knows more than they are saying.

Will’s Loft

Jess asks Will if he is the one that killed Colin and if that is the reason they aren’t telling anyone about finding his body.  She tells him that she feels badly about not telling, but won’t tell if he is the one that did it.  She wants to protect him.  He asks if she really thinks it was him.  She says that he doesn’t’ but he hasn’t answered her question.

The Break Bar

Jen wants to know if Cris is hiding the truth about finding Colin because of her.  He says that he is.  He’s doing it for her, Nora, her aunt Melanie and any other woman that Colin ever hurt.  She tells him that he is helping someone get away with murder.  Cris thinks that he deserved it and is pretty sure that Colin probably pushed that person over the edge; he remembers that every time he saw him he was threatening someone.  He reminds her that Colin was messing with her head up until the night he disappeared.  She says that that was the night Colin died.  He asks her again what happened that night.

Sam’s Place

Nora is lying on the floor as Lindsay starts to walk away, telling her to stay away from her children.  Nora grabs onto Lindsay’s ankle and has a flash of memory from her kidnapping.  She tells Lindsay that she remembers.  When Lindsay tells her that she is insane, Nora tells her that it is insane to leave a helpless woman lying in pain on the floor, but she now knows that that is what Lindsay did.  Lindsay tells her that she is making it up.  Nora tells her that she has remembered and it is real.  She has got her now.

The Station House

The officers discuss having interviewed everyone that knows Colin and the fact that nobody knew anything.  Bo brings up the dinner party that Colin had where he threatened everybody in the room; one of those people was the last one to see him alive.  Bo wants everyone interviewed again and wants to know what they didn’t tell him the first time around.

As John and Antonio leave, Melanie comes in.  She asks Bo if it is a bad time, and he tells her it is not.  She shows him her appointment book, which if full of dates with Bo.  She has picked a wedding date as well, he jokes that it is too far away and then tells her that it is perfect.  He wants their wedding to be everything she has always dreamed of.  She invites him to lunch, but he can’t go.  He tells her that he needs to ask her some questions, before it comes official.

Sam’s Place

Nora tells Lindsay that she also remembers Colin telling her that the woman she saw must have been Melanie.  She knows now that it wasn’t.  Lindsay reminds her that she tried to trick her at Thanksgiving, too.  Nora recounts the whole scene, wondering why a woman who was a doctor would scream when someone who was sick and needing help grabbed at her ankle.  She is sure that it was Lindsay and that she was screaming because she was afraid of being recognized.   Lindsay tells her that she is deluded.

Sam comes in and wonders what Lindsay is doing to Nora.  Lindsay tells him that Nora is making all kinds of terrible things up.  When Sam asks Nora if Lindsay has hurt him, she tells Sam that she remembers.

Dorian’s

Kelly wants to know why Todd is doing what he is doing; since when did he start caring so much about Blair again.  Todd points out that she is Starr’s mother.  Kelly argues that she was ‘family’ before, but he still turned her over to the police.  When he says that he was angry, she tells him that he doesn’t know anything about families.  They stick together, whether they are happy or not; she wonders what he’ll do when Blair upsets him again.  When he tells her that he won’t let Max get into his head again, she tells him that it’ll be something else.  Did he plan to get mad at her?  Were the clothes an insurance policy?  She wants an answer and tells him that families trust each other and don’t hurt each other.  Todd tells her that he loves Blair and he is more family to Blair than Kelly will ever be.  If she doesn’t believe him now, she’ll believe him soon.

The Mansion

Max pulls away from Blair and asks her what she is doing.  She tells him that she is giving him what he wants.  He thinks this must be another one of her plans to prove she is crazy.  She tells him that she wants him to stop accusing her of doing all these things to him; saying that she had nothing to do with any of it .  She thinks that this must be his way of getting her back, so she was just speaking in a language he would understand.  When she tries to kiss him again, he asks if she doesn’t remember what she did to him in this house, and she tells him that she remembers everything she did to him in this house, and obviously he does, too.  She reminds him of the wedding they had there and the beautiful memories.   She knows he still wants her and she is there for the taking.  Max eyes her and then tells her he is over her; she means nothing to him, less than nothing.  He hands her coats and asks her if she is disappointed.  She tells him she is not, puts her coat on and leaves, telling him that she needs something in her life besides prison.  He wonders if that is all Todd means to her.   Outside the front door she smiles to herself.

Will’s Loft

Will wonders how Jessica could even ask him that question.  He asks if she really thinks he could kill someone.  She tells him not on purpose, and wonders why he can’t answer the question.  He is hurt and asks if she doesn’t trust him.  Jess tells him that she loves him and he says that he loves her, too.  Jess asks who he thinks did it.  He tells her that he doesn’t know and he doesn’t care.  She agrees and says that she has to study.  Both are uncomfortable and Jess asks if he is covering for Jen.  He yells that she shouldn’t even think that and storms out.

The Break Bar

Jen and Cris are playing darts.  She tries to tell him about the night Colin died, but can’t.  He tells her that she doesn’t have to; she doesn’t have to tell anybody.  She is surprised that he won’t make her.  He asks for a rematch at darts and tells her that he has been practicing.  Jen looks worried and he embraces her, telling her it’s ok.

Sam’s Place

Sam asks Nora what is going on.  Lindsay tells him not to listen to Nora; she has finally ‘lost it’.  Nora tells him that she remembers seeing Lindsay at Colin’s house when she was being held there and she can prove it.  When Nora says that she remembers the bedspread in the room, Lindsay says that she has seen it since then.   She adds that Nora was also hypnotized by Rae Cummings; it is probably her fault.  Sam tells Lindsay to shut up and asks Nora what she remembers.  She tells him that she remembers asking Colin who was in the house and she remembers grabbing her foot.  Lindsay tells her that she can’t prove whose foot it was; Bo won’t arrest her for that.  Nora tells Sam that she is remembering little things; she knows that she can remember more.  Sam tells her that maybe she should drop this and she looks quite surprised.

The Station House

Bo tells Melanie that he needs to talk to her about Colin.  When Melanie tells him that she is no longer frightened and Colin is gone, he says that he wants her to try and remember something that can help them find Colin.  She says that she was so happy when she came in; she was thinking about Bo and their life together.  Now Bo wants to talk to her about Colin.

Sam’s Place

Nora can’t believe that Sam wants her to drop this.  Sam tells her he doesn’t want her to forget, but he doesn’t want to see her getting worked up.  He suggests waiting, but she tells him that she can’t.  He suggests talking to Rae, and she wonders if he thinks the memories aren’t real.  He doesn’t want to take any chances, and thinks maybe she should take a breather.  She could go and visit Matthew and Rachel.  Nora promises that she will remember more, but she will go and visit her children, and maybe when she comes back she will have remembered everything.  She tells Sam she’ll call him from Chicago.  Lindsay thanks Sam after Nora has left, but her tells her not to.  He says he didn’t do it for her and she knows why he did it.

The Break Bar

Jen thanks Cris for not asking what happened and for everything.  Will comes in and asks how Jen is.  She tells him she is fine and asks how things went with Nora.  He says that nothing happened asks if he can talk to Cris alone.  She leaves them alone and Will asks if she is really ok.  Cris says that she is and Will thanks him for going along with the “deal”.  He tells Cris that he knows he was wrong about it him.  Cris says that he isn’t doing this for him.

Will’s Loft

Jessica is cleaning up the mug she has broken when there is a knock at the door.  Todd is looking for Viki and Jess tells him that she is out of town.  When he says that he needs to talk to her, Jess says that she does, too.  He asks what is wrong and she says that he is the last person in the world that she could talk to.  He wonders why, and she reminds him about what he did last summer.  Todd tells her that she should “try” him, so she asks him about telling the truth about Blair shooting Max.  He tells her that that was a mistake; when it comes to the police and talking about someone you love, you have to lie.

The Mansion

Blair comes in to her room and drops her coat on the bed.  When Kelly asks about her clothes, or lack thereof, Blair explains that she has just come from seeing Max.  Kelly wonders if he stole them.  Blair says that she had to make an impression; she tells Kelly that she has a plan and it is working.  She gave Max the bait and he rose to the occasion.  Kelly wonders what she is up to and she explains that by the time she goes to trial, she will have Max saying what ever she wants. “Which is?” Kelly asks.  Blair explains that Max will tell everyone that he drove her crazy and she wasn’t in her right mind when she shot him.  Kelly thinks they’d need the memory-erasing drug that was used on Nora to accomplish that, but Blair thinks that all she needs is her body.  Max will free her and then she’ll drop him like a hot potato.  She thinks that is poetic justice for everything that Max did to she and Todd.

Will’s Loft

Todd tells Jess that Viki would tell her to stay quiet if someone asked her to.  She wonders about that something being illegal and asks if you can live with yourself.    He tells her that you have to.  Jess asks if he regrets turning Blair in.  He tells her that he does; what is the point of telling the truth if you lose the person you …….  He says that telling the truth is just a mistake.  He tells her that sometimes you have to lie.  If he had it to do again, he wouldn’t say anything at all.  Todd asks Jess to play Viki; he wants to know how to keep Blair from going to jail and how to get her to stop being so angry with him.  If she can answer both he’ll give her a prize.  When she can’t answer her leaves, but promises that telling the truth will blow up in her face.

John Sykes shows up at the door after Todd leaves.  He says that she needs to come to the station to answer some questions for Bo.

The Break Bar

Cris asks Will if Jess is staying quiet.  Will tries to tell him that it’s none of his business, but Cris doesn’t buy it.  He reminds him that he helped him bury his dirt-bag uncle and it is his business.  An argument ensues and Jen tries to get them to stop.  At that point Antonio comes in and tells Will and Jen that they are wanted for questioning .  Cris offers to go with Jen and tells her it will be ok.

Sam’s Place

Sam tells Lindsay that he can’t believe she is still there and asks her to go.  He tells her that she needs to know how difficult it was for him to tell Nora to drop it.  Lindsay says that Nora was confused.  “Says you,” Sam retorts.  Lindsay says that she thinks Nora is about to have a nervous breakdown.  Sam tells her that if that is true, it is because people that she should be able to trust are telling her not to trust herself.  He tells Lindsay that he knows that she had something to do with Nora’s kidnapping, but she asks him if he’d want to see her go to prison now, knowing what they both know.  He tells her not to tempt him; if there had been any other way, he wouldn’t have done it.

Bo shows up at the door and invites both to the station to answer some questions.

The Mansion

Max is making himself a drink when Renee comes in.  She asks about Asa and Max tells her that he should be home soon.  She tells him that she is surprised that he is still around, being that Asa hates him so.  He tells her that love and hate are two sides of the same coin.  When she asks if he is ok, he says that he is.  Max wonders if Asa has guilted her into a reconciliation.  She says that he hasn’t, but she still feels something for him.  She just can’t keep making the same mistake she has before.  Renee asks if Max he can understand that and he tells her that he does, more than she could know

Dorian’s

Kelly tells Blair that her plan isn’t bad, but Max might see through it.  Blair tells her that Max took the bait, but she needs to give Max something that he really wants the next time and she knows exactly what it is.

The Court House

Todd enters the courtroom and closes the door behind him.  He approaches the judge’s bench, looks under the table, and says “Oh yeah.  This’ll work.”

The Station House

Sam and Lindsay come into the squad room.  Sam asks Melanie if she knows what this is about and she tells him that it’s about Colin.

Will tells Jen and Cris that there is nothing to say, and Cris assures Jen that there is nothing to worry about.

Bo asks John if everyone is there and John tells him that they are.  “Good,” Bo says as he watches the group outside.  He tells John that nobody is going home until they get some answers.
