'CYCLE BUDS'

Viki and Ben turned up in the 'honeymoon suite' of a motel, all done up
in biker clothes! Viki said she wanted to learn to 'ride' so Ben began to
give her lessons, using the bench in the room as a bike! He surprised her
with a customized jacket, the word 'Blondie' embroidered on the back! She
wondered when he had found the time to gather all the surprises he had in
store. She found black satin sheets on the bed, champagne in the small
fridge and in the desk drawer, a dozen roses!

LOFT LIFE

Jessica was downstairs from the loft at the new bar complaining. Her and
Will's phone lines were crossed with the bars! The carpenter told her she
would need to speak with the manager who had just walked in. This turned
out to be Cristian!

GALLERY

Will brought Sam to the gallery to have him apologize to Lindsay for
believing she was involved in Nora's kidnapping. Will made his father
promise not to do it again and then made plans to have them all go out to
dinner together. Sam told Lindsay he made a promise to his son and he was
going to keep it.

LLANVIEW'S BEST

Bo brought Blair in for questioning and Todd remained outside alone. Did
Blair know where Asa's guns were kept or the location of the key! He
wondered if she had ever fired a gun and she said she couldn't kill
anything, she thought hunting was barbaric! He asked if she would mind
taking a lie detector test!

Antonio spied Hank and asked for his help with Cris. He said Cris was
working for R.J. and that he was looking for trouble!

LOFT/BAR

Cris told Jessica that he was the club's new manager and she seemed to
imply he was following her! He wasn't aware that she was living in the
loft upstairs, and told her to get over herself! She seemed to think that
the job was temporary and he would soon return to his painting.

GALLERY

Sam was of the opinion that their daughter Jen might come home if the
family was getting along instead of fighting. Lindsay was pleased with
the idea. Colin walked in and Lindsay told him to get lost! Colin smiled
and wondered how all those nights in hotel rooms must have meant very
little to her! Lindsay said she wouldn't discuss it and Todd came in. He
grabbed at Sam's arm and said he had to come down to the station with
him! He told Sam that Asa was railroading Blair, the way he had done with
Will.

BUCHANAN

Asa poured a drink and ruminated on the fact that he wished it was Ben
who had been shot! His eyes traveled to the spot where Max had lain on
the floor and saw Ben lying in his place! He blinked and looked again and
Ben was gone. Asa opened his front door and Rourke stood there with one
of his thugs. When Asa said he didn't know Ben's whereabouts, Rourke said
they would find him eventually. Asa said they had their chance and missed
but could keep his money. Rourke said there were other clients and it was
only a matter of time, until they got Ben!

STATION HOUSE

Blair told Bo she had a clear conscience but she was not going to take
the lie detector test! He said the test wasn't admissible in court but
that it sometimes helped to make the facts easier to read. Blair said she
wouldn't have stayed around with blood on her hands if she had been the
one who shot Max! Bo put his gun on the desk toward her and told her to
pick it up and aim as if she were going to shoot someone.

Antonio and Hank were talking about Cris as R.J. walked into the station
house. R.J. said Cris needed a job and he needed a manager, it was that
simple! Antonio began to warn him about hurting his brother but R.J.
laughed him off and told him to deal with it!

Blair picked up the gun and her hand trembled, as she heard the shot she
fired at Max go off, inside her head! She tried to tell him how the gun
felt, but no words came. Bo said a person could think that one shot would
end all their troubles! He said she hadn't really solved anything and
thought she had better tell him about it!  Sam walked in and removed the
gun from her hand. When Bo said she wasn't being charged, he took her
from the room and told her not to speak to anyone without him present!
Todd said he would take her back to his place.

GALLERY

Lindsay was angry with Colin for wanting Sam to think they had an affair!
She would get his money but it would take time! Colin showed her a
compilation of phone numbers from all the TV and radio stations he was
going to talk to if she didn't come through with the cash!  He reminded
her that he had immunity and a letter detailing hers and R.J.'s
involvement if he met with an untimely demise! Lindsay gave a speech
about making mistakes and wanting to begin again and asked him not to
mess it up! She promised him the money and he said she had better have it
for him by midnight!

STATION

Sam told Bo he knew that he was pushing the envelope with Blair! He asked
what progress was being made in Bens' shooting but Bo wouldn't tell him
anything at all.

PENTHOUSE

Todd told Blair she had done well in Bo's office. She noticed her packed
bags waiting by the stairs and Todd said he'd had Nigel bring them. She
thanked him for standing by her and headed for the guestroom. She said he
understood her better than anyone she had ever known.

LOFT/BAR

Jess told Cris that she was not about to let him give up on his painting!
She wouldn't let him because she still cared about him! R.J. walked
through the door and she asked what he was doing there! He said the
question was really his to ask because he owned the place and it was his
new bar!

BUCHANAN

Lindsay paid a visit to Asa and demanded her payment of five hundred
grand! He told her to forget it and she wondered if Bo would like to hear
the story of her seeing Asa pay money to the hit man! He got his checkbook
out and said he'd give her two hundred thousand and she could take or
leave it! She would take it but she would be back for the rest! He said
if she returned, he would set the dogs on her! They both turned to see Bo
standing in the doorway of the room!

PENTHOUSE

Todd was sitting on his bed thinking when Blair walked in and said she
had a bad dream. She wanted to sleep in the same room and climbed into
bed with him.
