ONE LIFE TO LIVE RECAP THURSDAY NOVEMBER 23, 2000

Nora waited at the gallery for Lindsay's return. Colin startled her and
he wondered how she had gotten past her problems with Lindsay! Maybe she
could get past her problem with Colin too! Nora reminded him that she
didn't want anything from him at all! He had kidnapped her and she would
never be 'okay' with that!

At the hospital, Lindsay told Bo she needed privacy to speak with him. As
the two left, Ben asked Asa what he was afraid Lindsay would say! Bo told
Lindsay he was working a homicide and he didn't have time for anything
that wasn't important. She said that it was a matter of life or death
that he needed to hear about!

Todd, Sykes, Renee and Rae were outside of Max's room and Rae accused
Skye of shooting Max! Rae reminded John of what happened at the diner and
told him she ran into Skye at Max's.

Max's eyes were open as Blair described to him how both of them had made
mistakes. She wanted to put the past behind them and start over again.

John asked Skye to answer his questions, and she said she last saw Max
when he was rushing off to deal with something important. She didn't know
what that was. She went into Max's room accompanied by John, and Blair
was sitting next to Max.

Asa told Viki and Ben that Lindsay would be telling Bo a pack of lies!
Ben told Asa he wanted him to leave them alone. Asa said he wanted to
forget all about ever knowing him!
Lindsay told Bo that her news could change everything. Conscience 'Nora'
appeared and urged her to the truth, but she just asked Bo what had made
him love her. He was very nice to her, but said if he didn't befriend her
would she still do the right thing! He told her that trust was needed for
friendship and they didn't have much of that left, he also felt that they
shouldn't 'socialize' until all the questions about Nora's kidnapping
were answered!

At the gallery, Colin said that Nora and Lindsay were enemies, so Nora
couldn't be his friend! He said she shouldn't trust Lindsay because she
was conniving and scheming! Sam came in and pushed Colin against the
wall, reminding him he was to leave Nora alone! Colin left but told Nora
to remember what he'd said!
Sam was appalled that she would have a conversation with Colin but Nora
said that Colin knew about Lindsay's involvement! She was going to talk
to him until he told her what she wanted to know!

Lindsay told Bo she had made a donation to a pediatric foundation in
their baby's name. Bo wondered if this were the life or death situation
she was talking about! He said he understood that it was hard for her and
he was sorry. He thought her gift was great. 'Conscience Nora' said that
Bo was right about her, she couldn't do the right thing unless the right
price was attached to it!

Viki told Asa that his change of heart was a good thing! Bo overhead and
Asa told him it was the truth. He said that Bo should quit worrying who
shot Ben, and worry who shot Max!

As she entered Max's room, Blair told Skye she was still his wife! Skye
said that  Max was filing for divorce and had dumped Blair! Blair said
they had a fight and that was all! Skye told Sykes the fight had been
about the fact that Blair was 'B&B United' and Max had found out about
it, she had been betraying him! Blair grabbed Skye to toss her out but
the nurse kicked everyone out of the room!

Outside, Todd told Blair not to think, just to breathe! Blair told him
that she thought Max knew the truth about who shot him! Todd doubted it
because he had been shot from behind! She said she trusted Todd and
thanked him for helping her. Sykes said he had permission to question Max
about who shot him. He wanted to know if either of them had a problem
with his doing that!

Lindsay told Asa she was ready to name her price! She wanted half a
million dollars, in cash by the end of the week or else! She would tell
Bo her story, that she had seen him paying off the hit man who tried to
kill Ben! Asa refused to pay her but she told him he was already in
trouble for framing Will! She bet that he would be spending a lot of time
making license plates!

Ben talked to Jackie and Harry and they said it had been a professional
hit! Ben said he had his money on Rourke and they said Rourke was angry
because Ben had messed up his place. Jackie heard that the hit had been
called off. Ben told Viki he didn't trust that it was over.

At the gallery, Sam told Nora he didn't want her near Colin! Nora said
that Lindsay was involved in the crime with Colin and she intended to get
her for it! The hospital had just told her she would probably never
regain the rest of her memory! She couldn't get Colin because she had
given him immunity to save Will, but she could crack Lindsay! She
suddenly got an idea how!

Gallery: Sam said that Nora had one shot with her plan, that Lindsay
wouldn't do anything unless she thought she didn't' have a choice! Sam
said they wouldn't tell anyone and that way their responses would be
real!

Viki asked Ben why he thought it wasn't over and he said Rourke was angry
with him. He was angry because of Kevin and Kelly's involvement too, it
hadn't helped him! He suggested they go home, live their lives, but be
careful. They decided to go home and celebrate Thanksgiving!

Sykes, alone with Max asked him who had shot him but got nowhere. Max was
unable to talk.

 Outside, with Todd Blair said she was ready to crack from the pressure!
Todd said he would be her support.

Rae asked John why he had allowed Skye to see Max and he explained that
he thought it might lead to new evidence!

As Lindsay entered the gallery Nora and Sam were engaged in a 'mock'
fight for her benefit. Lindsay looked at Nora as Sam left in a huff and
she explained that Sam felt he was her self-appointed guardian! She asked
Lindsay if they had really thrown a Thanksgiving dinner together before
in the past and she said that they had, of a sort. Nora said if they were
still going to be friends, that she wanted to do it for real this time
around! Lindsay happily agreed!
