The Park

RJ comments that it is a nice night.  Cris says that it was, but it's getting a little crowded. RJ tells Cris that he'll miss a golden opportunity if he runs off, which Cris doubts.  RJ continues to say that he's got a strictly legitimate job offer.  "Legitimate, you?" Cris scoffs.  RJ points out that this is a good opportunity, and Cris wonders if it is based on their lifelong friendship.  RJ tells Cris to stop acting like Antonio; the two of them have things in common.  Cris goes into a long list of similarities; they both breath, eat…..and hate each other's guts.  RJ adds that they have both lost their women.  Cris is angry about this and tells RJ that he never even wants to hear him mention Jessica's name.  At this point, Todd butts in and asks if he can watch.

The Mansion

Blair stops Starr from sneaking out of the house, telling her that she may not have Nigel drive her to the park to see her Daddy at this hour.  It is, after all, her bedtime and she will have to wait until tomorrow to see him. Starr laments that she won't be able to sleep if she doesn't go; she made a
promise and crossed her heart.  Blair wants to know what Starr has promised Todd, telling her that she doesn't want any secrets between them.  Starr tells her that it is a secret.  Blair then tells Starr to get her pajamas on while she goes to tell Nigel that he can't take Starr anywhere without her permission. After Blair has gone, star turns around and tells someone that they'd better
come out before she counts to five.

The Station House

"It's over," Bo says to Colin.  He tells him that they have irrefutable proof that he held Nora in his house.  Sam and Hank enter the office.  Hank tells Bo to congratulate his boys on a job well done and Sam says that he would like to have some of the details of the case.  Bo informs them all that a hair found in Colin's bed was a DNA match and there were flakes of skin on
the upstairs carpet that matched as well.  The facts back up Will's story.  Bo tells Colin that he is planning on giving him a copy of the report, as while he's away for the next couple of decades at Statesville he might enjoy some reading material.  Colin tells the three that it must feel great to be so sure of themselves, but they shouldn't start celebrating just yet.

The Jail

Lindsay comes in and starts crying when she sees Will.  She admits that she can't stand to see him there.  He counters that it beats a cargo container by a mile, and then states that he is very happy to see her.  Lindsay tells will that she loves him; he and Jen are her whole world right now, as everything else has fallen apart.  Will promises that she will be fine; he is on her
side and always will be, no matter what his father thinks.  Lindsay wants to know what that is supposed to mean.  Will replies that his father is upset, but he knows that she had nothing to do with what happened to Nora.

Sam's Place

Melanie can tell that Nora is upset.  She asks if something is wrong with Matthew.  Nora answers that Matthew is fine and is sleeping.  She then tells Melanie that Lindsay came by; they had a confusing conversation.  Lindsay told her about their past and their differences and how apparently she broke up Lindsay and Bo's wedding.  Nora then adds that Lindsay has told her that
Melanie is the new woman in Bo's life.  Melanie tells Nora that she is.

The Station House

Sam tells Colin that maybe he should take the charges more seriously; there isn't a jury in the world that wouldn't convict, based on such evidence. Colin concedes that maybe Sam is right.  He asks the men what kind of a deal they can make.  Hank tells Colin that he had his chance earlier; the deal is now off the table.  Sam says that he would like to hear what Colin has to
say; he's certain that Lindsay is the only "card" Colin has left to play.  Bo states that Colin is just stalling; his back is up against the wall.  He then promises Colin that he will pay for what he has done to Nora.  Hank agrees, telling Colin that he has no idea who Nora is or what she means to all of them; Colin will get a life sentence if he has anything to say about it. Colin tells the three to enjoy the moment; this is the closest to prison he is ever going to get and leaves the office.  Hank is sure that he is bluffing, but Sam knows he has something up his sleeve.

Sam's Place

Melanie apologizes to Nora, saying that they should have told her the truth before.  Nora asks Melanie not to use the term "we" when she is talking about her.  Melanie tells Nora that Bo cares about her, and Nora reminds Melanie that she doesn't need her to tell her how Bo feels about her.  Melanie apologizes again, and Nora defines the situation as a real mess.  Melanie
thinks that things will be easier when she leaves and Nora tells her that she won't try to talk her out of going this time.  Melanie goes upstairs to back.

The Mansion

Skye comes out of hiding, telling Starr not to scream; she has caught her. Starr wants to know why Skye is in her room and Skye makes up some story about seeing the neighbor's lights on.  Starr interrupts her telling her that she is going to call Blair if Skye doesn't give her some money.  Skye pulls out a 20-dollar-bill and Starr tells her that that is not enough.  Skye gives her the rest of the money she has in her purse.  At that moment, they hear Blair calling from the hall and Skye hides herself again.  Blair comes in to check on whether or not Starr has put her pajamas on.  She is angry to see that Starr has not done as she was told.  She again asks about Starr's secret
with her Daddy.  Starr says that if she told, it wouldn't be a secret anymore.  Blair tells her that she is not laughing and Starr opens a door to reveal Skye.  "Right here - the red-haired lady," she says.  Skye calls Starr a two-timing brat.  After Starr has gone off to play, Blair tells Skye that
she is waiting to hear what she is doing there.

The Park

RJ tells Todd to get lost.  Todd is interested in secret meetings in secret places and wants to know what is going on.  Cris tells him that there is nothing going on and starts to leave.  RJ tries to stop him, offering to buy him and drink and talk some more.  Cris tells RJ that he is not interested
and goes.  RJ asks Todd if he is following him.  Todd wonders if RJ is planning on playing the "bomb in the lap game" with Cris.  RJ comments that that game was only for him.  Todd has to laugh, pointing out that he shot RJ too, but both of them are alive and well.  He guesses that makes them even.  RJ warns that they are a long way from even, but they will get there.  He can
promise Todd that.

Sam's Place

Melanie comes down the stairs to find Nora sitting at the bottom.  She tells Nora that she never meant for this to happen; she just wanted to help. "With Matthew?" Nora asks.  "Yes, and because I like you," Melanie replies.  Nora admits that she likes Melanie, too, and she is grateful for everything Melanie did for Sam and Matthew when everybody thought that she was dead.  Melanie tells her that she is welcome.  Nora says that she'd like to say they could be friends; Melanie nods and adds that things are complicated.  "Just a smidge," Nora agrees. Melanie gives Nora the house keys and leaves.

The Jail

Lindsay tells Will that she has had a horrible year.  She has done some crazy things in her life, but she would never do something like that to Nora, even though she isn't her favorite person.  Will tells her that he knows.  Sam comes in and asks how it's going.  Will tells him that he and his mother have been catching up.  Sam says that he has good news; they have nailed Colin.
There is a definite DNA match for hair and skin samples found in the house.  Colin will spend a long time behind bars.  Lindsay congratulates Sam.  He is quick to point out that this will not make up for Nora's suffering.  Will asks Sam if he will do something for him, now that he knows Colin is guilty.  Sam says that he will try.  Will asks him to tell his mother that he knows she had nothing to do with Nora's disappearance.

The Mansion

Blair wants to know if Skye is lying in wait for Max, who won't be home until late.  Skye is pleased to know that the two of them are spending the night apart.  Blair informs her that it was a business meeting and Skye wonders if it had anything to do with B&B taking over one of the companies in Texas.  Blair reminds Skye that B&B is Ben's company, but Skye tells her that she doesn't buy her story, even if Max and Asa do.  Blair wonders why Skye was sneaking around her daughter's bedroom; Skye's desperation is breaking her heart.  Skye calls Blair desperate for trying to get pregnant when she knows that her husband loves someone else.  Blair thinks that Max has made it pretty clear that he is over Skye; she is like fast food - quick and cheap,
but Max likes the real thing.  Skye gloats that their relationship was about more than sex; she could see the longing, desire and love in Max's eyes and can still see it now. Blair tells Skye that she must be confused; what Max feels for her now is disgust.  Skye warns Blair to watch Max carefully; he definitely loves her.  She knows it and so does Blair; maybe that's why she is so scared.  An angry Blair throws Skye out of the mansion.

The Park

Todd wonders if all of this is about Tea.  "If you like," RJ states.  Todd tells RJ that he's not in the mood for a midnight stroll down memory lane; he didn't do anything to Tea.  Yes, RJ remembers.  Tea said that Todd had a problem with "intimacy"; he teases Todd, telling him not to worry; these
things happen all the time.  Just because you can't "do the deed" doesn't mean you're less of a man. Tea was certainly understanding, even if she wasn't satisfied.  Todd tells RJ to shut up, or he'll kill him.  RJ wants to fight and tells Todd to show him what he's got.  He tells him that if he
can't make love, he can make war.  The two hear Blair calling for Todd, and Todd pulls back.  "Just like she said - impotent," RJ goads and leaves.  Blair finds Todd and asks him who the hell he thinks he is.

The Station House

Melanie comes into Bo's office and sees him smiling.  She guesses that what he's reading must be good.  He tells her that he has a lot to smile about.  She asks if it is the forensics report.  He tells her that it is and that the evidence is conclusive; Nora was in Colin's house.  When she looks somewhat shaken, Bo asks her if she is ok.  She tells Bo that Nora knows about their
relationship.  He wonders how she found out and Melanie tells him that it was
her "dear" sister.  He says that he should have guessed.  He wonders how Nora
is taking the news.  Melanie says that Nora is tough; there is no question
about that.  She seems ok on the surface, but Melanie has been there before
and she can only guess that Nora is really hurting.

Sam's Place

Nora is going through some boxes of her things and runs across a newspaper clipping about her wedding to Bo.  She quickly puts it back in the box, closes the lid and moves on to something else.  She starts to sort through some files, throwing away those from closed cases.  She runs across one that is pending and opens it to find she and Bo's divorce decree.  "Case closed,"
she says and throws it into the trash.

The Jail

Will tells Sam that his mom needs to know that he doesn't blame her.  Sam hesitates and then says that there is no evidence linking Lindsay to the matter.  Will tells Sam that he doesn't want to hear any of his lawyer talk.  Lindsay butts in and says that they should concentrate on keeping their son
out of jail.  Sam tells her that that is exactly what he is trying to do.  The prison guard comes in and asks either Sam or Lindsay to leave, as there is another visitor that wants to come in and there can be only two visitors at a time.  Lindsay offers to go, telling Will that she loves him and he should never forget that.

Will looks at Sam, telling him that he must know that Lindsay had nothing to do with the kidnapping; it was Colin.  "Speak of the devil," Colin says as he walks in.  Sam tells him to get out, but Colin says that he has some business with him.  Sam tells him that he would burn in hell before he did business with him.  Colin likes Sam's dramatics and says that's probably why he is a
lawyer.  He tells Will that, like it or not, his father is going to get him off scott free.  Will tells Colin that he must be demented; his father will never help him.  Sam points out that they have enough evidence against him to put him away, but Colin reminds him that the system isn't always perfect.
Sam tells Colin that he is nailed; it's a done deal.  Colin isn't so sure. He tells Sam that he'll help him if Sam will exchange the favor.  Sam tells him that he is one sick puppy; he will never help him.  Not only did he keep Nora hostage, he made her son suffer.  Sam will never rest until he sees Colin suffer too.  Colin tells Sam that he can have his revenge for Nora, but the price will be Will's freedom.

The Station House

Bo tells Melanie that he needs to see Nora.  She understands and tells him to go.  When he asks her if she is ok, she tells him that she feels like the "other woman".  He says that she shouldn't; he and Nora were divorced long before he met her.  She knows that, but she feels like she is adding to Nora's pain.  Bo tells Melanie that Nora sees people very clearly and he is sure that she understands that Melanie was trying to help. He tells her that Nora is not her responsibility.  He is going to help Nora and see her through and he is going to take care of their relationship too.  Melanie tells him that she has so much faith in him that it is crazy and he tells her that he is crazy for her.  He then kisses her and leaves.

The Park

Todd tells Blair that he doesn't want to talk to her now or here.  She wants to know what he was thinking, asking his daughter to come to the park in the middle of the night.  He tells her that Starr is old enough to know what she wants.  Blair doesn't want him putting his daughter in danger or using her.  She is tired of his sick, secret games.  She asks about the secret and Todd
jokes that they were planning to dismember her in her sleep.  He then tells her that he is Starr's father and they can have secrets if they want to.  Blair asks if he is trying to turn Starr into a Todd clone; she doesn't want that to ever happen.  He tells her it is too late; it already has.  She asks
Todd if he wants Starr to be a lonely, vindictive loser and he tells her that that is better than a pathetic, clinging ex-wife.  An angry Blair slaps Todd hard across the face and hurries away.  She stops nearby and Todd comes after her, asking her what's got her knickers twisted.  She tells him it is Skye and asks him who yanked his chain.  He tells her it was RJ Gannon.

The Sun

RJ breaks into Todd's office.  He is wearing rubber gloves.  He examines a few things, then takes Todd's nameplate and puts it into a plastic bag.  He sits in Todd's chair and takes out an old note that Tea had written him. He cuts the name off the top and leaves it on Todd's desk.  As he is preparing to leave, Cristian comes in and asks him if breaking and entering is his idea
of legitimate.  He then asks RJ if he's planning to mess with Todd's mind

The Park

Blair tells Todd that she knows this is about Tea.  He is so much better of
without her; all she wanted was his money.  Blair is sure that there wasn't an honest bone in her whole body and there is nothing worse than a desperate phony.  Todd asks Blair if she is talking about Skye now.  He tells Blair to forget her; she isn't worth it.  Max isn't either and Blair doesn't belong with him.  Blair points out that this is coming from a man who
self-destructed over Tea.  She tells Todd that Max isn't trying to change her; Tea never wanted the real Todd.  Todd agrees, saying that everybody wants to change him:  Tea, Viki and Sam. Everybody except Blair wants to change him

The Station House

Lindsay comes into Bo's office and finds Melanie there.  Melanie tells her that Bo is not there and Lindsay says that she needs to talk to him.  Melanie tells her that she needs to do a lot of talking, starting with her.  She wants to know how Lindsay could have done what she did to Nora.

Sam's Place

Bo knocks on the door.  As Nora lets him in, she asks if Melanie told him about their conversation.  He tells her that she did and asks if Nora is doing ok.  She asks Bo what he thinks and he says that he thinks she is mad.  She tells him that she isn't mad; she is livid.  She is so furious that she can't see straight.  He admits that he figured as much. "Figure this, "she says, "You're a jerk."

The Jail

Sam warns Colin that if he threatens his son he'll be one hundred and twenty before he gets out of jail.  Colin states that he thinks they are reasonable men; he is willing to help Sam if Sam will help him.  He mentions exculpatory evidence and Sam wants to know how that pertains to his case.  Colin tells Sam that he is talking about Will's case.  He tells Sam that he is looking at the guy that can set his son free.
