<<< BACK TO RECAPS  INDEX

The Penthouse

It is evening.  Antonio is stretching and preparing to go for a run.  Sophia pretends to be appreciating his new running shoes, but she can't take her eyes off of him.  She tells him that they ought to run together some time, but when she says that she runs two miles, he tells her that he runs five.  Roseanne comes down the stairs, commenting that she is restless and giving Antonio a knowing look.  He tells the two women that he's going for his run and will stop by the apartment to pick up some more of his things, before coming back.  Sophia asks Roseanne if she'd like to order Chinese and rent a movie, but Roseanne declines, saying she needs to get to bed early.  Sophia tries to temp her with at least a snack, but she says that she really needs to get some sleep.  Sophia heads into the kitchen and Roseanne sneaks out.

St. Margaret's Stables

The constable and his men have run into the stables to find Will attacking Cris.  Jessica tells them that they are making a mistake; they must be confused.  The constable says that there has been no mistake and asks Cris if he'd like to press charges.  Cris declines, and the constable and his men take Will away.  Jess wants to know how Cris could have done this to Will and to her.

Sam's Place

A livid Lindsay is pounding on Sam's door with Melanie in tow.  When Sam lets them in she informs him that she has gotten a call from the bank that someone has been rifling through her bank accounts.  Someone has been interviewing her neighbors and clients as well.  She is furious and calls Sam a self-righteous pig, telling him that he is accusing her of crazy things.  Sam points out that he is certain the accusations are true.  When Lindsay chides that she is the mother of Sam's children, Sam reminds her that Nora is too.  When Melanie tries to get a word in edgewise, Lindsay tells her to butt out for once in her life.  Sam then asks Melanie to go up and tuck Matthew in for him.  Once she is gone, he tells Lindsay that she can stop the 'victim' act; her audience of one is now gone.  Lindsay explains to Sam that she doesn't want to hurt him; she thinks he has suffered enough.  Now he has Nora back and Matthew is his son.  They can get on with their lives and Bo can get on with his.  Sam wants to know who Lindsay intends for Bo to be with.

The Station House

Bo has Jeff Barnes in his office for questioning.  He wants to know how much money RJ had offered him.  Barnes continues to deny knowing RJ.  Bo tells Barnes that he has been seen with RJ, or maybe he just has a twin brother.  Bo is sure that Barnes is afraid of RJ and tells him that he should be.  Bo asks what RJ has threatened him with and Barnes tells him nothing. Bo reminds Barnes that he is facing doing time in a place where they'll 'have him for lunch'.  He explains that if Barnes gives them RJ, they can make him some kind of deal.  Bo wants to know if RJ paid him to make Matthew his.  Before Barnes can answer, RJ bursts in and wants to know how he can help his friend.  "You already helped, RJ.  Now we know that he knows you," Bo snaps.  Barnes declares that he won't change his story, no matters how many times Bo asks him the questions.  Bo has Barnes taken away and then tells RJ that is it time the two of them had a little talk.  Bo tells RJ that he wants to settle things between the two of them right now.

Sam's Place

Sam can't believe that Lindsay is still after Bo.  He tells her that this is a stretch, even for her.  He criticizes Lindsay for always making somebody else the bad guy and tells her that he is not calling the investigation off.  As Lindsay turns to leave, she reminds Sam that Jen's birthday is tomorrow.  She wants to know if he has sent her anything, because she is planning to go and see her and could take it with her.  Sam thinks that her leaving is just perfect.  She's going to get out of town just as things heat up.  She tells Sam that the police aren't going to find anything, because there isn't anything to find.  She wants to know if Sam really hates her that much.  When Sam tells her that he doesn't hate her, she answers, "You could have fooled me."  She tells Sam that she used to have a family, even after they divorced, but now Jen is gone and so is Will and she has nobody.

Irish Jailhouse

The constable and his men drag Will into the jailhouse.  He demands to make a call to his father and they tell him that all the circuits are busy.  He yells frantically for Jessica and is told that she stayed behind with the other guy.

St. Margaret's Stables

Jess demands to know how Cris could send Will to prison.  Cris answers that he wasn't the one who did this.  Does Jess think he's stupid?  He explains that he came here to warn she and Will about Max.  Jess wants to know how she is supposed to believe Cris after he has lied to Will.  He defends himself, saying that everything he has done has been because he loves her.  He swears that Max is behind the whole arrest and tells Jess that he even locked Max in a storeroom.  As if on cue, Max enters and wants to know where Cris has been.  Jessica is irate.  She tells Cris that she never wants to see him again.

The Penthouse

There is a knock at the door and Sophia opens it and asks Joey where he's been.  Joey tries to clarify the situation, saying that although Antonio isn't there at the moment, he has understood it that Sophia wants him to stay and be there when Antonio gets home.  Sophia tells him that, yes, she can't trust herself to be with Antonio alone.  Joey wants to know why Sophia hasn't asked Roseanne to be her chaperone.  Sophia tells him it is because she's asleep.  She asks if Joey thinks she's crazy.  He tells her that she isn't crazy; love makes you crazy and stupid, too.  He goes on to tell Sophia all the things that he has done for Kelly in the past.  She tells him that she has been to see Kelly and is impressed with the set-up that he has arranged.  Joey wants to know how Kelly is.  Sophia answers that she is fine, but worried about him.  Joes says that she doesn't need to be worried - he's fine without her.  He warns Sophia not to do anything about her feelings for Antonio until she knows how he feels, and maybe not even then.

 Cris's Apartment

Roseanne knocks on the door, and Antonio answers, wearing only a towel.  He wants to know if anything is wrong.  She tells him that she is ok and asks about his run.  He answers that it was hot and wonders why she is there.  She explains that she is a bit restless and has gone out and ended up there.  She thought he might want a ride back to the apartment - whenever he is ready.  He tells her that he needs a shower first.  When she tells him that she can take care of herself, he tells her to make herself comfortable and help herself to anything she wants.  After Antonio gets into the shower, Roseanne starts to undress.

The Stationhouse

Bo tells RJ that he wants to get some things out into the open.  He knows that RJ paid Barnes to switch the blood samples.  RJ wanted to pay him back for what he had done to him.  He wanted him to get what he wanted and then take it away. Bo tells RJ to cut the crap and then maybe Hank will cut him some kind of deal.  If not it will be war.

Sam's Place

Sam promises Lindsay that he is going to find Will and bring him back to Llanview safe and sound.  He then reminds Lindsay that she doesn't want Will home, because Will saw Nora is Colin's house.  Lindsay disagrees, saying that she doesn't want to see Sam sacrifice Will.  She reminds Sam that he has already tried to help Will and failed miserably.  She warns Sam that he had better just leave Will alone.

Irish Jailhouse

Jessica runs in, demanding to see Will.  The constable wants to know who she is and she says that she is a good friend.  Will is in the jail cell, calling out to Jessica.  The constable informs Jessica that Will can't have any visitors.

Sam's Place

Melanie comes down and wants to know if Lindsay has left.  Sam tells her that she has; they have had their weekly melodrama.  He apologizes to Melanie for sending her up to tuck in his son, while accusing her sister of a felony.  He admits that he's upset; he doesn't want Lindsay to be guilty, but thinks that she is.  Melanie wants to know if he is sure.  Sam admits that he needs proof; he needs to prove that Lindsay was in Colin's house when Nora was there.  Seeing Melanie's hesitation, he asks her if she would tell him if she would tell him if she knew something about all this.  She says that she would, but would need to be positive.  He says that the time for deceit has come to an end.

St. Margaret's Stables

Cris is furious with Max for tricking Jess into thinking that he is the person responsible for the arrest.  Max tells him that it is the Buchanan way.  Cris is sure that Max will have earned himself a kiss from his Pa.  Max tells Cris that he is "Angel Square trash" and he doesn't deserve Jessica.  He needs to leave her alone and stay out of her life.  Cris informs Max that he doesn't care what the Buchanan's think and neither does Jessica.  When Cris gets a little physical, Max warns that he can arrange for him to share a jail cell with his friend.  After Cris leaves, Max calls Asa to inform him that his mission has been accomplished.

Irish Jailhouse

The constable tells Jessica that there are no visitors allowed.  She pretend to be Will's fiancé and says that she can't just leave him here.  She promises to camp out on the doorstep until they allow her to see him.  The constable finally allows Jessica in to see Will.

The Penthouse

Joey and Sophia are sitting on the stairs, eating ice cream and talking about Antonio and Kelly.  Sophia tells Joey that he doesn't have to pretend with her.  She knows that he is really hurting.  He tells her that there is no use in pretending - it's over.   Sophia comments that she is sorry for what Kelly has done to him.  He admits that it was his fault, too; he knew there was something wrong and he married Kelly anyway.

Cris's Apartment

While Antonio is lathering up, Roseanne takes off the last of her clothes and joins him in the shower.

Sam's Place

Sam reiterates to Melanie that he would appreciate her telling him anything that she might know about Lindsay and Colin.  She tells him that she understands, but she needs to make sure that she isn't imagining things.  The two are interrupted by a call from Jessica.  She tells Sam that she is with Will in Ireland and he has been arrested.  Will needs Sam to come and get him out of Jail.  Sam promises to be on the next plane and asks Jess to tell Will that he loves him and will be there for him.  He thanks Jess for being there with Will.  Melanie thinks that she should tell Lindsay about this, but Sam disagrees.  Lindsay doesn't want Will home, because Will has information that can link she and Colin to Nora.  He promises that Lindsay will be the first person to see Will when he gets home.  Melanie agrees and offers to take care of Matthew.

Irish Jailhouse

Jess returns to Will and tells him that Sam is on his way.  Will wonders if Sam is angry.  Jess assures Will that he isn't; he has spent the last two months worrying and wondering about him.  Will tells Jess that he heard her say she was his fiancé. She explains that it was necessary for her to see him.  She thinks the whole thing is her fault, and blames herself for coming.  She feels like everything they have done up to this point has been a waste.  Will assures her that it hasn't.  He then asks her if it was Cristian who set him up.

The Stationhouse

Lindsay comes in and sees Bo and RJ talking in Bo's office.  She bursts in and says that RJ is lying.

The Penthouse

As Joey is leaving he asks Sophia if she is certain that she doesn't want him to stay.  She assures him that her brain is now intact and she is calm, cool and collected.  She thanks Joey and tells him goodnight.  She comes back inside and takes a rose from the vase on the table and starts to daydream.  Sophia is at the station and finds another red rose on her desk.  She is trying to figure out who put it there.  In the meantime, she overhears Antonio telling Bo that he can no longer be her partner.  Upset, she asks Antonio what she has done and he confesses that he is falling in love with her.  The two kiss.

Cris's Apartment

Meanwhile, things with Roseanne and Antonio are hot and steamy in the shower.

Irish Jailhouse

Will tells Jess that she doesn't need to answer his question.  He can tell the answer by the look on her face.  She says that Cris denied everything, but Max showed up and it seemed as if they were working together.  She tells Will that she is sorry for all that has happened and that she is going to stick by him, no matter what.  Will takes her hand through the bars and kisses it.

The Stationhouse

RJ tells Bo that he has no idea what Lindsay is talking about.  As he is leaving, he tells Bo to let him know when the war between them is starting; he'll be waiting for the first volley.  Bo wants to know what Lindsay thought RJ was saying.  She tells him that she had just misunderstood.  It's been a long day and she is glad to see him.  Bo wants to know what is going on with RJ and Lindsay.  He tells her that she has been seen with him.  Lindsay wants to know if she was being followed.  Bo tells her that it was RJ who was being followed.

She tells Bo that RJ had called her, pretending to be interested in art.  He was really interested in getting dirt on Bo, instead.  She claims that RJ threatened to spread lies about her and Matthew's paternity test.  She tells Bo that the whole paternity mess was her fault in the first place, but she did think Matthew was his.  He explains that that is a fantasy that can never happen.  She tells him that she knows that now, but it was nice while it lasted.  Bo tells her that it is late and she should go home and get some rest.

Bo receives a call from Sam, telling him about Will.  Bo asks Sam how he is doing and tells him that he'll  try to send John Sykes with him.  Sam tells Bo that this means they will have proof against Lindsay and Colin, because Will saw Nora in Colin's house.
